Absolutely wonderful accommodation. First class hospitality, top class location, highest standards on customer service when greeted to departing. Couldn't ask for a better service in breakfast traditional Scottish cooked breakfast to continental caters for all allergies too. Rooms had more amenities than a 4 star hotel, bed made each day, tea/coffee facilities, unsuite bathroom, wardrobe with hangers, tv, bottled water, hairdryer, shampoos, towels, extra blankets etc highly recommend a stay if ever visiting Pitlochry.

We were warmly greeted by our hosts, Bea and Ryan, who were throughout attentive to our comfort in their lovely home. It is very modern and clean, with all the necessary amenities, including free parking. The full Scottish breakfast, made-to-order, is delicious and ample, and a wonderful start to touring and hiking around in this spectacular area of Scotland. The hosts are also willing tour guides, and happily provide excellent information and advice for getting around and what to see.

I just stayed July 8th and have to say, it was PERFECT! The room was gorgeous, the owners were so welcoming and wonderful! They recommended I drive up to the Queen’s View and I thought I had made a TERRIBLE mistake as it was my first day of driving in Scotland. But even though it was a little scary, it was well worth it! I sat on the patio and read for a while and it was such a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and made me want to sleep in late. I am glad I did not because I would have missed a delicious breakfast! I cannot wait to come back to Pitlochry and will definitely stay at Derrybeg B&B again!

More of a hotel than a B&B feel. It's quite big, so not as cosy as the other B&Bs we stayed in. Bathroom window was locked so couldn't be opened at all. Quite a small room with almost no space to put the suitcases, unless you wanted to unpack things into the cupboard (we only stayed one night). But the bathroom had a tub and was quite big. Very good breakfast, nice owner.

Very professional hosts. The owner was like a Hotel General Manager as well as a Guest Relations Manager. Fantastic garden, stylish & clean rooms. Impressive B&B.

1st class B&B in Pitlochry, owners are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 2, what a view… beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic and the B&B is a short walk into Pitlochry. The weather was lovely so we had the chance to sit out in the garden and enjoy the evening as well.

Our honeymoon was off to a rough start after a 9 1/2 flight, 6 1/2 delay and then complications with our car rental. However, the owners of Derrybeg B&B turned our trip around and gave our honeymoon a fresh start the next day. The room, service and breakfast was amazing! We absolutely loved the atmosphere and friendliness off the owners and staff. After a long and tiring day all we wanted to do was sleep and we got the best night of sleep we've ever had at a B & B. We will definitely be returning to Derrybeg B&B and wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night. If you go to Scotland you HAVE to stay here, no where else can be better than this! Thank you so much for making our honeymoon wonderful!

Cute little Bed and Breakfast! Cosy and welcoming! My only thing about it was the shower was a big fluctuating with the temperature, it never stayed the same — not sure if too many of us were using the hot water at one time? Would stay again though, staff are really lovely and welcoming!

Excellent B&B! The rooms were comfortable and clean and it's the best nights sleep I've ever had staying at an accommodation. The hosts were perfect, very friendly and attentive but also respectful your privacy, very well balanced! The breakfast was very nice and the location was great too. Very peaceful with a short walk to the main streets. I would stay here again and strongly recommend it!

Really enjoyed our stay at Derrybeg. We were made to feel very welcome. Our room (no. 2) was immaculate with a huge comfortable bed and superb views from the first floor bay window. The breakfast was excellent and catered for everyone’s tastes.
Pitlochry is a lovely place to visit and we would highly recommend staying at Derrybeg. We hope to visit again soon.

Just home from a lovely weekend in Pitlochry. Our time there was made all the more pleasurable by the accommodation and facilities at the Derrybeg. Our twin room was lovely and bright with comfortable beds and a spotlessly clean bathroom with great size bath towels. The breakfast was fantastic well cooked and presented and using local produce. Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this bed and breakfast to anyone visiting Pitlochry.

Clean, quiet, and perfectly located. Our hosts had great ideas about things to do and places to eat, we visited them all and were not disappointed! Delicious breakfast, modern style. Helped with any requests we had. Definitely would recommend!

Would recommend excellent room rates excellent rooms and brilliant choice of breakfast. Nothing too much trouble and very friendly all in all a lovely place to stay in pitlochry.

Our 3rd return visit and we are never disappointed. The rooms are spotless (looked after by Katie and her efficient team). We particularly like room 2 with its lovely view and super king size bed and smashing shower. Bespoke breakfasts are catered for by Nick who always goes that one-step further to ensure guests are happy. The full cooked breakfast with haggis is excellent! For evening meals try The Old Smithy (but book). Pitlochry itself is a lovely collection of independent shops. And don't forget to visit the dam to see the salmon. Red squirrels can be seen at Cluny House Gardens.

Very nice service, free Wi-Fi, easy parking, nice staff, did not have the breakfast so I can't comment on that, walking distance to the rest of the town.

Very nice bed and breakfast. First time visit. Fresh and new inside a quaint old stone house with a view located on a quiet street. Very short walk to town and attractions. Parking available. Lounge. Lovely staff. Breakfast extra for our fee, but very nicely cooked. Would definitely revisit.

Very nice welcoming place, very clean, great breakfast, Katie & Nick are excellent hosts, with lots of advice on walks and places to eat.

During a recent visit to England from Australia we spent a wonderful week at Derrybeg with our daughter and her partner. We were made very welcome by Nick and Katie, the rooms were spacious and spotless, the food was excellent. They told us of the local attractions, the best places to eat and interesting places to visit. We couldn't have asked for either better hosts or accommodation. Thank you Nick and Katie. We found the staff were very attentive throughout our stay. They gave fabulous recommendations for restaurants in the area and places that we should visit in the surrounding towns. The room was lovely and comfortable. Definitely somewhere that you should stay if you want a high quality stay at a reasonable price! We'll definitely be back.
