Good simple hotel in a nice location, easy access to the north coast of Wales.

Clean, friendly staff, great location. Oh, superb value too!

Its good old british bacon and eggs.

Decent accomodation. Room lovely and clean and everything you want for an affordable price.

The decorating was tired downstairs but the roons were nice enough and very clean. The breakfast were good. We wanted some drinks in the evening but was told that the bar wasnt being opened as if they opened a bottle of wine they may be left with so. E There was shorts in the optics too, but we couldnt have anything. As the guest house was clearly a distance from any pubs and one of our group had difficulty walking this was not what we envisaged. No drinkk even though we could see there was some. The owners were nice enough but felt the 2AA rating and the cost was rather high.

Needs some repairs, owners are friendly enough tho.

As we arrived at the hotel with my partner my 7 year old son and my 2 1/2 year old twin girls to get changed for a party we were going too the children were very excited and playing. BUT as we were on our way in the lady said oh 3 children you only booked for 2 children 2 adults which was correct but my son wasn't staying with us he was staying with my mum n dad at my uncles house. Then on the way down the stairs to go out the man said "oh have you brought the herd of elephants down with you? Your right above my office I have a head ache now" not being funny but why welcome children to stay if you are going to complain?. Also the morning after at breakfast time the girls say an ate there breakfast an were really good but they then found the toys that were in the corner so began to play. Then they saw the seagulls through the windows and was saying raaaaaaa at them (remember they are only 2 1/2 YO) the lady then told them off and aaid don't do that you will scare them! And finally just to annoy us that one last time before we left the man said "oh you could do with a sheep dog to round these 2 up couldn't you" also on our way to checking out we felt like they were eleushing us although we were checking out 1 hour earlier than we needed too. DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WELCOME FAMILYS AND CHILDREN WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND! Family room is lovely and very homely BUT it is cold and there was no hot water or heating.

Proprietors excellent hosts — friendly but not overbearing. Food quality and quantity excellent, with varied choice. Ensuite bedroom — clean and comfortable — good night's sleep. Will definitely stay here again, when next visiting the area. Will recommend to family and friends.
