We stayed in a 6 bed apartment at the end of December for 2 nights. Very disappointed we did not have hot water during our stay and were unable to be re roomed. Even more so disappointing that 4 of the guests were children. The company have since admitted the water tank was broken and in need of repairing but refused to give us any refund. Shameful! A number of other unsatisfactory elements too such as no blinds on the window and a burnt heater (see pictures)
