Our daughter had her wedding here on friday 2nd August. Could not fault the staff. The food was lovely. Would recommend Bron eifion.

Myself and my husband had the most amazing day here on the 18th July! The most beautiful wedding venue. Every time we visited we fell more and more in love with the venue and the day itself was just perfect. Thank you so much to Mary for putting up with me for months and for everything you did on the day. Thank you to Finley who was just fabulous from start to finish! The food was amazing! Couldn’t of asked for a better day! Thank you so much Bron Eifion. We will Defo be returning. ❤️

A day we will never ever forget which was all made possible by the wonderful venue that is Bron Eifion and more importantly the wonderful owner and manager, Mary & John. Highly skilled staff who got all timings, set ups etc spot on and gave valuable advice in everything we wanted. Our Dwyfor suite was splendid and everything we had hoped for. … a truly wonderful day at a truly wonderful venue run by great people.

Just want to say a massive thank you from me and my new wife Helen for making our wedding day the best day ever. From the moment we booked this venue we didnt have to worry about a thing and nothing was too much trouble. It really was the most perfect day at a beautiful venue and would highly recommend it.

The day ran perfectly, and the attention to detail was incredible. The food and service we had all day and night was amazing. We honestly cant thank you all enough for making our day so special and memorable. We shal be back soon for more gins xx.

Just been to my friends Wedding… this hotel was just perfect. The staff & service fantastic. Our room was lovely.

We had our wedding at Bron Eifion in July this year and what can I say, it was absolutely amazing. I’ll break the review down into separate parts. The hotel- … The hotel is beautiful and set back slightly from the main road into Criccieth on top of a hill with amazing views across to the sea.
The hotel is akin to an old Manor House with a gorgeous spacious interior.
The hotel grounds are equally pretty and provide a lovely walk for guests.
The rooms are lovely and furnished to a very high standard. The staff-
The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you, special thanks to Marie and Mary for all the help they provided in making our day so special.
The food is also exceptional.
The hotel also has very extensive gin bar, certainly worth trying! The day- A day my wife and I will never forget, we got married at the hotel as well as having the reception there, I would highly recommend this, the large conservatory at the back of the hotel overlooks the beautiful gardens, sea and just makes for the perfect setting. After the wedding ceremony we drove down to the sea front with the photographer and got some amazing photos taken with the castle in the back ground. All of our guests commented on how brilliant the day went and also how brilliant all of the staff were, everybody was made to feel very welcome, All in all a fabulous day… thank you to everybody at Bron Eifion.

On arrival we were checked in and given a complimentary pot of tea. The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and comfortable and spotless. We went for dinner in the evening and had a delicious three course meal, the waitress and waiter couldn’t do enough for us.
The price was very good for the service we got, we will defiantly stay there again.

Terrible customer service from the female manager on reception. Painfully slow table service and over-priced, sub-standard food in the restaurant. An awful place.

Clean, beautiful area. Was looking on part of a wedding venue, very nice rooms and outside grounds and very helpful staff. A very spacious and open building.

Beautiful building, fantastic setting, shame about some of the staff and catering practices. Used the fruit from the nights buffet for breakfast, still had chocolate on the strawberries.

Mary and Marie gave us our perfect day in July. From start to finish the service we received was excellent. We really couldn't have asked for anymore. Thank you for our memories… highly recommend for accommodation, food or wedding ❤️

Pleasant hotel in lovely grounds. Staff are keen and helpful. Food ls good without being outstanding. Rooms are spacious, although a bit on the gloomy side.

A superb place to stay, set in beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff and the manager was excellent to deal with, nothing was too much for them. The food was cooked to perfection and it was a pleasure to meet the chef. The rooms are all immaculate and done with stunning views.

We stayed at the hotel towards the end of May 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were pleasant and quietly efficient, including the house staff. The food was good quality but would have been enhanced by some specials, rather than selecting from the standard menu each evening. The accommodation was luxurious, although the bed was a little large. If a smaller bed was installed, there would have been space for two easy chairs and a coffee table. The panelled sitting area of the hotel, with piano, and minstrel gallery are splendid and worth staying just to see these features. The garden and granite 'post and rail fence' are also worth seeing, and the sunsets and colours on the trunk of the scots pine tree were wonderful. A pleasant hotel with attentive staff and a good wine list. We may visit again.
