Absolutely stellar location. Love to been situated right between the bus station and the train station and walking right out to a mall. Everything was great and we actually extended by two nights. Anytime I come back to Aberdeen this where I’ll stay!

Very comfortable rooms, very convenient location. We were on the top floor so we could see the whole city, but we weren't paying attention to that because we had SKY… family friendly rooms (we brought our pet idiot) 10/10 would recommend again.

Perfect for a city centre break — we stayed following a days travelling. Even though city centre room was peaceful and the beds comfy which let us sleep really well. Staff were great and hotel spotless.

Comfortable room and bed, however we were informed by night staff that breakfast was at 11:30 when it in fact ended at 10. Due to this, we missed breakfast, which we had payed for. I initially spoke to management who mentioned that “night staff wouldn’t say that” which was effectively calling me a liar. Did he think we would be so annoyed if we had just slept in?! He then offered us “sandwiches” which was a bit of an insult, considering they most probably would have been ready prepared for night service. I said that I would be happy with porridge and was told that “it was difficult to make”… A less senior member of staff recognised that we were still unhappy and was a lot more obliging, allowing us to have the breakfast we’d paid for but the initial treatment was still very disappointing. I believe that it would have been a better experience if management had been more obliging and night staff knew precisely the protocol.

Beds comfortable and clean but air conditioning didn’t work well. Bath/ shower rooms were smelly and felt a bit unclean. You would have expected better for the money you pay. Breakfast good though and a fine selection. Handy for shopping.

Very decent hotel joined to the the Union Square, a shopping centre located in the centre of Aberdeen. Very practical for business travellers. Buffet Breakfast is superb and if you feel like something different or buying something there are countless restaurants and shops in the shopping center. Close to the train, bus station and taxi park but also quiet…

Helpful staff, comfy beds and fantastic breakfast. My only issue was I found the room and corridors stuffy even with the heat turned down in the room it was stifling. Maybe the option of a fan in the room would have helped.

OK hotel, too expensive OK to stay at, but you expect more for the price. The location is great, close to all commodities, and inside a shopping center. The breakfast is good, not thrilling. The rooms are rather clean, bed is comfortable. The bathroom is rather old, the air conditionned did not work very well, I found hair in the towels. There is also no power socket in the bathroom, which is annoying for shaving. All in all, small things but once again, for the price you expect it perfect.

Very clean and tidy. Had a room on the 10th floor. Great views across the city. Very nice check in girl. Fantastic location for any visitor to Aberdeen. Recommended.

Stayed one night in an executive room which looked much the same as a normal room but comes with a mini bar and sky viewing package as extra. Bed was monster size and extremely comfortable couldn’t fault it and room was very clean. Only negative was large cracks along the ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom which made the room seem a little tired which was surprising for un upgraded room. Also the toilet cistern ran continously which was very annoying during the night and in the morning I was going to report it to the receptionist but was told to drop my key in the box as she was to busy to deal with my checkout? Not very good customer service Jury Inn! Other than this really enjoyed our stay and in fact am back there next week for another night out.

Good size rooms, clean, well placed in the city centre with great shops. Breakfast good, too.

I haven't stayed in the hotel but I have eaten there. Great place clean & comfortable food is not the best but all & all it was good. Not great but good.

Stayed last year as were in town for New Year street party and staff were first class Stovies etc were available after we came back from the Bells Thought we would do the same again this year but despite being told that residents bar would be open we got back at just after half past midnight to be told somewhat abruptly that the Manager had decided to close the bar early Hardly catering for guests who were taking in the New Year Staff were off hand and when I mentioned my disappointment when checking out they weren't interested Rooms getting a bit tired now Not even any USB sockets for charging which the majority of hotels provide Would I go back, on this experience no.

Great party night on 9th December and great service from the very cheerful Milton the music as great too only one point thought there would have been tea and coffee included in the price of £46.50 it usually is.

In all my years of travel this place is the worst customer service ever. Definitely not worth the money. I will never stay again and will make sure it comes off our corporate recommended list of place to stay in Aberdeen.

Very clean and modern rooms. Bar and restaurant overpriced but plenty and other restraraunts near by. Would stay again.

Table service was fast and efficient, like it when this is available as our group can start enjoying our evening without having to get drinks ourselves. Craft ale selection is small, but hope they'll expand with more local produce.

Nice enough rooms, good views, really decent breakfast and lovely staff. Average bar, which weirdly plays music channels really loud.

My husband booked us in this hotel for our wedding Anniversary and asked staff if they could put nice box of flowers in room was not disappoint as the flowers was lovely big box, We have been befor food is excellent n staff are just great as well so helpful defo be back it's so handy for trains shopping everything for everyone room was spotless keep up the good work everyone. Our rm wasn't ready so we said ok we will have a drink in the bar and we got a token for 2 free drinks was told to come bk in a hour still not ready as the people in that rm didn't leave when they should have they offerd us another rm the first time we said we would go do some shopping they held our bags so we could go shopping with out them, and they Gave us a token for a bottle of wine very nice of them as they didn't need to do that. You won't be disappointed about staying there.

Had a meeting in the bar area. Good quiet space away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping centre but very accessible. Staff were extremely friendly.

Just had a one night stay, 3 ladies sharing a room, the room was huge, very clean and had lovely views. We found all the staff very friendly and welcoming. Our breakfast was very good and we plenty of choice. We would definitely recommend.

Attended a works meeting in the hotel. There was a very minor blip with the speakers for the PC which was rectified quickly. But. The hotel as a way of apology gave us all a selection of Hotel Chocolate. First class service.

Lovely hotel however staff seem to have an attitude about them which is very uncomfortable and a 2am false fire alarm really ruined my stay. I will not return to this badly run hotel. The extra star is for the cleanliness, the housekeepers have done a good job.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is located on the first floor of mall and conveniently located next to a bus AND train station. Easy to get to the hotel from the airport and go off to your next destination from there. Mall has lots to offer and it's just a five minute walk to the main street. The room for three was a little tight but clean overall. They encourage hotel guests to be environmentally conscious which I'd give a thumbs-up!

Were in July 2016 at this hotel. Very clean, with very friendly staff.
The breakfast was very good. Great choice, fresh fruit, hot food, everything wonderful and definitely for every taste something available. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, which is negative in size and can only surprise you. However, there is no problem to park in the parking lot of the corresponding shopping centre, which is directly in front of the door.

A lovely place to stay in Aberdeen, in the midle of shopping mall and a lot food (restaurants) you can find nearby…

Was quite busy so tables were not as clean as usual. Good atmosphere and brilliant location.

Had a wonderful overnight stay with family and friends for my mums birthday. Staff were lovely and food was excellent. Brilliant central location and nice relaxed atmosphere.

A pleasant one night stay in October 2015. I'd stayed here once before and remembered how deafening the noise of the seagulls were in the morning — wasn't the case this time, maybe facing a different side of the building or a different time of year/weather! Room was spacious, equipped with all the essentials, and I was pleased to see a decent hairdryer in the room (one of my measures of a good hotel room). Lots of choice of cooked and cold breakfast in the morning, which I would advise booking with your room (something crazy like £10 if you buy when you arrive). Price wise, it was in the £100 a night region, which is expensive, but I think Aberdeen generally is on weeknights.

A one-week stay for work + tourism. Very good location and friendly staff. The room and bathroom correct, clean and service acceptable, although as a whole it is somewhat expensive. Best rooms on high floors to avoid noise.

Everything was great during my 12 day stay, friendly staff, room services etc. But there were some minor things that I thought was needed, so here are some. — Mini bar (although there is ice machines on every floor) — Free faster internet connection — Shower curtains smelled funky (Shower cabin would be better) — Ironing table needs upgrade, current one was very cheap. (Had to use the bed to iron) — Toilet brush (You know why. ) — More T. V. Channels Would def. Stay there again. 4/5

Excellent genuinely friendly staff, particularly Jessie and Kirrian.

I seen, when the eastern european staff (polish, lithuanian) cleans the rooms. They wiping with used towels the glass cups. They also cleaning the toilet with used towels. They language knowledge absolutely nothing. I could not asking nothing from them, because They does not understood what I wanted. The supervisors always wait the extra money. Not friendly, and familiar.

Just lacks a few of the essentials that would make this much better if you are staying here for more than a few days. A mini-fridge in the room, a window that you can open, room service. One side of the hotel is also next to a busy road so it starts to get noisy from about 05:30 if your room happens to be on that side. On the upside the staff seemed very nice and helpful :-).
