Such a lovely hotel! The receptionist was so lovely (Marc) Would definitely recommend too Hotel room was lovely and clean! Really good price too! Will be coming back again soon :)

Hotel and staff good. Food and time keeping for meals not so good. Foods mostly cold. And time schedule for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rubbish. Feel sorry for kids that must end up eat almost at 22:00 where it is schedule for 18:30. I think time schedule and food can do better… for a quarantine hotel can do better. Definitely.

I was a friend of the gentleman who was killed in a hit and run accident outside your hotel earlier this week. I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the members of staff from your hotel that came out to him and sat with him and did what they could to help until the ambulance arrived. It means a lot to know that he wasn't at that time. I met some of them the other day when we went to lay flowers, they came over and spoke with me and members of Rob's family, they are lovely people and credit to your hotel, please pass on our heartfelt thanks.

Good food atmosphere and great food.

We stayed here this weekend as part of a national holidays tour. The food was lovely the staff were friendly, we had a problem with the heating in the room but were brought a portable heater up. We had a birthday in our party and the waitress was very helpful. Thankyou very much.

The food was lovely the room was lovely and clean with tea coffee and hit chocolate lots of towels etc was lovely hotel.

We stayed here as part of a mystery coach trip. Considering we didn’t have a choice in where we stayed this turned out to be the best hotel! Beds were comfy, food was nice, but the staff absolutely made the place. Liam and Luke are a credit to this hotel — they were chatty, kind, patient, funny, and really made us feel welcome. I would 100% come back and I would absolutely recommend to friends. Thanks for a great stay!

Easily accessible from motorway and decent parking for a coach.

It’s a nice place staff are friendly helpful food reasonable the only criticism is the cooling fans I think they would be better under cover.

Had everything we needed for the stay. Hairdryer in room. Lovely clean room and bathroom though walls a bit thin! Had a buffet dinner and they dealt with our dietary requirements no problem. Breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Have stayed here while attending an event event at the football stadium next door. Very friendly staff and the rooms are well looked after with very comfy beds. Morning breakfast was very well catered for with yet more friendly staff. Plenty of tea and coffee available and the food was very nice. Bar prices not too bad, would happily visit again.

I stayed there for a training course for 5 nights. Rooms were simple, clean and had air conditioning. Staff were polite and helpful. One night they did run out of change as a football match was being played at the Bescot Stadium.

Perfectly average hotel which is very near to Bescot Stadium. The rooms are fine — a decent size and clean. The food isn't anything special but the restaurant is convenient if you're staying there as there isn't a huge amount of other choice for food nearby. Easy to get to from Bescot Stadium station.

Pleasant hotel with a comfy bed and reasonable rates on the night we stayed. My standard gripe with all lower budget hotel chains applies though. Mirror on the opposite side of the room to the dresser, no plug socket near the mirror. Luckily we always take a long extension lead nowadays for my hairdryer / straighteners. Put my makeup on Sat on the floor with it lay out next to me! Breakfast was ok, cereal, fruit, toast/bread/croissants and selection of hot food.

Whilst the staff are friendly and helpful, be wary of prices and descriptions on menu. Had the Haloumi and peach salad, comes with the 'House Salad' which here means a plate of lettuce. Drinks high price, £3.60 for Diet Pepsi.

First night there had the works burger. The taste was good but the quality of the burger meat was "kebab shop". Good chips and decent 'pretzel burger bun. Curry buffet second night good curries. Not exactly traditional but good. Comfortable rooms with excellent shower.

Good hotel, a decent location from the train station. Rooms are always clean, staff always friendly and food always fresh.

Room was OK for the price, would be nice if it had a bath, dinner was OK but breakfast was super.

Nice clean rooms, nice looking hotel inside and nice staff. Would give it a 3.5 star but can't. Only thing that let it down was the food which tasted like it had been under lights for hours but was Luke warm. Nothing was homemade or fresh and even the sweet corn was chewy, how's that even possible to get canned sweet corn so wrong. If that was right then they'd get a 5 from us. Menu was fine and simple food but just cook it, don't buy in pre-cut veg and cook it to death with a heat lamp please!

Stayed for 1 night to go to a comedy night at Walsall FC. Perfect location. Nice clean room. Helpful front desk. Very happy and will stay here again. Not a place for views it really is for convenience of location but impressed.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, lovely warm welcome, food is perfect and the whole hotel is lovely. Only had one issue which was resolved in less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately 5* is the highest I can go but would give 100* if I could.

Clean, comfortable and with free fitness suite. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Rooms at the back of the hotel are recommended as the M6 is only about 100 yards away and there's constant traffic noise on the rooms at the front.

Stayed here for three nights for work. My room was clean, comfortable and warm despite the weather outside. The shower was hot with good water pressure. My only slight complaint would be that the room was a little dark, even with all the lights on. Restaurant food was enjoyable and quickly served. All staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This Park Inn is not a n a central location but is handy for the M6 etc. Good food and friendly service. The rooms are a little tired and have laminate wood flooring that needs replacing. Still, it is cheaper than most.

Got what was payed for. Lovely meal for tea and good breakfast but there was not much choice for fussy eaters like me. Room was nice. Television didn't work though didn't complain about it though as I only stayed for one night. View wasn't too great the landscape outside was quite neglected and the hotel is in quite a remote area. Did the job and had a lovely night sleep as well.

Our room was lovely. We had problem with the heating but it was sorted straight away. The only disappointing was the running buffet on the night. The hot food was not very warm but plenty of choice. Will use the hotel again excellent value and so clean.

I stayed here for 2 nights in January and I was very happy with the stay. I was greates with nice welcome upon arrival which continued throughout the stay. The food was great as well as the service. Good quiet night sleep, at great value in a very good location.

Arrived at 5:15pm — room was very cold and had to wait for 30 mins for heat to kick in Bed and bedding good, and comfortable. Food ok, would have prefered to have had vegetables with my meal instead of bread. Not much choice for healthy eating! Breakfast good though.

A few teething problems in my room — air conditioning making a buzzing sound, TV not working and window not opening. I was moved to another room where two of the three were better, so not too bad (TV didn't work in either). Wasn't the best first impression, and compounded when the quality of the dinner wasn't very good, and the dining room felt very noisy with people playing videos on their iPads on one side, and a rowdy bar on the other. Breakfast was hearty though, and with a wide range of options, and the room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Duty Manager helpful, and the manager has replied to my first review below, and so this is a slightly edited one which is perhaps less tainted by my frustration at the time of posting. Need to come back to the area in the future, and would stay again rather than go further afield.

Nice and clean rooms with kingsize bed as standard. Friendly and efficient staff Pet friendly too. Free car parking.

Great place to go for a very quiet lunch & drink. We were the only people in the bar & restaurant area so had excellent service.

We stayed at weekend and the room was pleasant and clean.
I was dissspointed at breakfast, no glasses for juice I asked for one and was told there is bo glasses… oh so I'm not allowed a drink? Dessert at the evening meal was very dry no idea what the cheesecake was as no labels. Staff need lessons in customer service it could make all the difference.

Ideally situated for travellers and football supporters. The hotel is situated next to the M6 but the triple glazing works a treat and I had a really good nights sleep. For those who like nature, just over the road is a river and footpath with plenty of wildlife to observe.

Lovely staff, breakfast and rooms. A little noisy at night. Some strange gurgling coming from the bathroom! Breakfast is £10pp and well worth it with a wide selection of everything breakfast related. Bed was a little firm for my partner but I found it fine.

Good little hotel for a one night stay. My partner and I were heading to North Wales but didn't want to do the drive in a oner, so we booked into this hotel just of the M6. Really easy and convenient, good sized, clean rooms and the TV was big too! Bed was also comfy.

Went in for a drink was a really nice atmosphere. Staff were pleasant. Beer tasted very nice aswell.

I was really dubious about staying at the Park, as previous stays in Park inns hadn't been that great. I'm happy to report that the Park Inn Bescot is fantastic. The staff are brilliant especially Tracey at reception who made us feel so welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms and facilities were clean and breakfast was fab. We will definitely stay here again not only for pleasure but I will use it for work. A true flagship for the Radisson group. Thank you.

Stayed here overnight as we were going to a wedding at another location nearby. The lady at check in was very friendly and accommodating, and remembered my name when I went to reception and the day after from check out which surprised me and I really liked. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. The shower is very powerful and really pleasant, although the bathroom is a wet room that floods pretty easily and makes the bathroom unusable after a shower it's very close to the M6 but I didn't hear any traffic which was a welcome surprise.

Stayed here for one night on a national holidays trip over the weekend. Hotel is near to motorway and the football ground at the back of a retail park. The hotel has a very modern layout. Room is basic but very comfortable with everything you need for a stay. It was also clean. Our food that night was a set menu, whilst limited it was nice. Breakfast is also very good. Full english, continental, toast and fresh bread, food is help yourself buffet. Overall good for a short stay. I'd reccomend it.

The hotel itself is about 100m away from the motorway so even with the window closed you can still hear the traffic in the morning. We had a double and twin rooms which were interconnected, the twin room was rather small but the double was very spacious. The bathroom was nice, but only had a shower and no bath. The evening meal was nothing special but for the price you can't really complain! Breakfast was a buffet with a cooked or continental breakfast to choose from. The scrambled eggs ran out straight away and took a while to replace. The staff were very helpful both in the restaurant and reception.

We had a super stay at the Park Inn. No issues with the room or bathroom. The staff were excellent and friendly especially the waiting staff. We thought our meal from the menu was amazing especially the Pulled Lamb (mine) and Red Snapper (my partners. We both had 3 courses and couldn't fault any of them in terms of quality, taste or presentation.

Staff were first class. Just a couple of hitches with the rooms, there was a problem with the heating so we were placed into another room which made sleeping a problem through the noise from the generator things outside. Food was fab, and the staff were great in informing me of the gluten free options, and this was the first place I have seen gluten free cereals on offer. Would defo visit again!

The staff I have spoken to are lovely… The rooms are ok but the wooden flooring makes the room look cheap and whoever thought to put the toilet roll holder in the position it's in and the type of holder needs to try it! The food is very basic and I haven't had one evening meal that I have really liked and trust me when I say that with food, I'm not fussy! The breakfast is adequate but unlike other hotels I've stayed at they don't seem to come out with fresh so I advise get down early. Plus I dont smoke but I vape and outside there is no seat so you have to stand. I would add that the room and meal were paid by work, if I had been paying I would have complained and I would not stay here again.

This was a social weekend to see the British athletics championships and Ia good deal on the hotel. The site is right next to a football ground and is not exactly pleasing to the eye but the hotel was clean and the staff were very warm and helpful. The room was good and although it did not have a bath, a wet room is the next best thing, with the shower being very warm and of decent power. The bed was Cindy although I wasn't a fan of the pillows but the room has a tv, sofa, hair dryer etc. The soap dispensers for both the shower and sink were empty but as we brought our own, we let it slide this time. We were out most of the 2 days so for us it was a pretty decent hotel which meet our needs. Breakfast was standard fair but good and service was good too. On another note they need to serve real sausages and not chipolatas but that's a personal preference. All in all a thumbs up.

Nice business hotel. No additional amenities on site such as gym etc. Rooms and well equipped with wet room showers.

Twin room — myself and brother in-law Y. Hamade. 24/25 March 2016. Duvet covers were worn and faded. Noisy neighbours that could be heard through a linked door which had been sealed up with plasterboard. Extractor fan not working in bathroom, so had to keep wiping steamed mirror whilst shaving. Loud music from restaurant/bar at 5.00 am in the morning. Would not recommend.

Very basic and exactly what you pay for. We booked here because we were offered a room in which to meet up with members of our national club. Food good but restaurant lacking in any atmosphere. Staff friendly.

Comfy rooms. Nice TV. Very well trained and good staff. Bad points very loud weird bass noses threw the night (sounds like somthing very large moving around) till the early hours. Guests with no manors running around screaming at there kids. DONT FORGET ID if you are paying by cash! Can cause issues.

I was really surprised about this place. The service they provide all round from food to condition of rooms is beyond gold star. Everything is so clean, fresh and contemporary. The staff, what can l say, they are so present, genuinely kind and friendly as well as professional and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better team. Can't wait to re-book. Even if l just wanted a break, l'd stay here again. Big thank you to all of Park Inn hotel in West Bromwich. 5 stars ★★★★★.

We come here every year for the Rod Stewart Fan Club Big Weekend and the hotel is excellent the rooms are clean, the food is great but most importantly the staff are great they make everyone welcome and really can't do enough for you.

Room was clean and tidy as you would expect from this type of hotel. Evening meal although expensive (standard for these places) was very nice. Staff were friendly. Lots of choice available at breakfast, quality was good and food was kept hot. In the middle of nowhere but would stay again if in the area.

The food is terrible, cheap ingredients, probably cooked with care but you can't polish a turd. Rooms small and cold, windows in upper floors open completel, death by fall will be in papers soon, staff unhelpful except for one lady who is the hotels only redeeming feature.
