Love the apartment style of hotel. Very spacious and well presented. Close to the river, station and city centre.

Beautiful room. Lovely employees. One even offered us his personal umbrella this morning due to the rain. Wednesday night… it’s 2:00 am and the continuous music pounding through the walls and windows of my room since has me very frustrated. Came from the USA and having had little sleep for the last 2 nights… I was looking forward to some much needed rest. Instead I am awake writing this warning to all who plan on staying here on a Wednesday night. The bar scene is too close to this location and it will interfere with your rest. Feeling a tremendous amount of stress right now. I hope that Friday night will not be another restless night. Friday night… worse than Wednesday… party goers are yelling right outside the room window while the music continues to pound through the windows and vibrate floor, wall and furniture. Don’t come here if you are not a 20 something looking to dance the night away, or are trying to get rest so you can get some site seeing in the next day.

Very spacious much bigger than expected. Very central. Kitchen is big with proper oven fridge and freezer. Cumfy sofa too. 5 star.

Myself and 2 friends stayed here over the weekend! The apartment was lovely and a great size! The staff were sooooo nice and chatty. I loved the decor through out and it was the perfect location!

This was our second visit and will defo be back again. Brilliant location, apartments are spotless and staff are very friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was perfect. We were particularly impressed by the location; directly alongside The Tyne Bridge. Perfect. Thank you. We will definitely stay again. Can someone please let us know how the baby seagull is doing on top of the lamppost (Room 303) please?!

Clean rooms, comfortable bed. The location is great. Rooms have been recently renovated judging by the USB power ports by the bed.

Smart rooms with all the bits and pieces that step it up to above the opposition. More plug sockets and usb points than you can shake a stick at. Fab rain shower. Firm but comfortable beds. Usual airless night though…

Very well appointed apartments for the cost. Of a hotel room. Great value and very friendly and helpful staff.

Good location by the quayside, limited parking options and difficult driving access to the hotel due to road restrictions. The room looked impressive but was noisy due to single glazed windows and bright due to the flood lights illuminating the hotel. The kitchen was not very well equipped and the bathroom had no heating or extraction. There is a £10 per hour charge for checkout after 11am. I would not choose to stay here again.

Poorly equipped kitchen, single glazed windows that have been painted shut, no heating or extraction in the bathroom. High intensity LED floodlights facing the building light up the room despite the heavy duty curtains. Checktime was not made clear on arrival and there is a £10/hr surcharge after 11am on day of checkout. All in all it doesn't quite live up to the level of luxury advertised.

Lovely set of apartments in. Great location, only let down by the fact that there's no frying pan and the couch was very uncomfortable.

Absolutely disgusted in your customer service we’ve had a booking since July had to change last minute you’ve cancelled our booking this morning without telling us yet you reckon you’ve called one of our party yet none of our party received a called and you couldn’t provide a telephone number very poor service certainly won’t be booking with u again.

Stayed in the apartment, great for a few people. Perfect location in the city centre. Lovely rooms and very helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and Nice apartment for stay.

Just back from Newcastle and stayed in this fabulous aparhotel. Lovely staff made us all feel very welcome and the place is stunning. Defiantly recommend a stay here, looking forward to returning x.

Amazing apartment and very clean, had two bottles of prosecco waiting for us in the room and the room decorated for a birthday thanks to Saad. Only issue was the air conditioning didn't work and no windows would open however the receptionist did bring up two fans so she was very helpful! Would definitely stay again it was beautiful!

These apartments are just gorgeous we stayed in the 2 bedroom and location is fab highly recommend them x.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was totally gorgeous. The location is fantastic and the staff are really helpful. The aparthotel represented great value for money whilst enjoying a little slice of luxury.

A nice centrally located hotel A little noisy from the birds outside Would go back.

I could not fault the Vermont. Service was excellent and the views from the Sky lounge were amazing.

Check in was simple. Room was beautiful and clean. Facilities were just perfect. Location is great (5 minutes walk from center). Very enjoyable stay.

Great hotel which is well maintained and breakfasts are great. They are self serve and there is a bit of variety. The hotel is at a great location with lots of pubs and local train station nearby. Keep an eye out for Sunday night specials for £50
