Nice place would stay again.

Tried to cancel with 24 hours notice and they still demand full payment. Genuine medical emergency but no compassion. Also offered the room to a homeless person since I can’t make it…. My suggestion of that completely ignored. Obviously not suitable for them.

Stayed here last nite well worth the money the beds were so comfy and the room was so spotless and clean too I recommend every penny to stay here loved it very much I be visiting again soon cant go wrong for the price of it lovely staff too and very pleaseant.

We stayed in the Sleeperz Hotel in Newcastle last night as a family of four, booked at short notice due to having no power.
We got a brilliant family room, with an excellent view from the top onto the river and bridges: super clean, space for us all and just all in all really cosy.
Very accommodating and friendly staff and a glorious breakfast buffet, so we all felt as if we had been on a mini holiday afterwards.
What a great place to stay for a family in the city centre, could not fault.
Thank you to the staff for being so friendly, it was just what we needed.

Stayed there last night and not only did out heating not work there was a strange smell and a stain up curtain which looked like urine, our corridor had sink tubs along to catch the water from the leaking cieling, they did bring a small heater up after calling a few times, not a very clean room and also loud.

I've stayed here a couple of times now and it's always been lovely. They staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and spacious with a lovely bathroom!

I always use this hotel in Newcastle. Clean with great staff and nice rooms. Right next to the street and the air con makes more noise than you hear from outside. Well worth using this if you are going to Newcastle or stopping over here before going further. A few minutes walk from the train station its ideal if you dont want to walk far with luggage.

The hotel is in a great location close the station and the city centre and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The rooms are compact and basic, but still well equipped and clean. They make good use of the space available and the facilities feel modern and well-considered when compared to similar budget-friendly hotels. The bathroom is a wet room, which is not to everyone’s tastes I imagine, but it is clean with trendy slate tiling. That being said, I would not choose to stay here again and I would urge caution to others when choosing a place to stay. The hotel enforces a strange kind of moral paternalism, employing bouncers to police every person who enters the establishment. I understand that central Newcastle can get a little rowdy at nighttime, but this policy is unnecessarily infantilising. It feels rather like you are staying in a secure facility. Sleeperz is definitely not the place for someone who might meet someone on a night out and wish to go home with them. Imagine needing ID to get to your hotel room?

Great location. Nice little touch in the evening when they provide fruit infused water and a snack (cookies and flapjacks). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Tv was a bit dated in room but for the price, cant complain.

Stayed for a long weekend, nice room great air con considering the hot weather, not the nicest view as it looked onto the train station and carpark. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was central to everything which was handy as taxis wasn't needed. I would definitely stay again.

Terrible! Bearing in mind it’s called sleeperz. Stayed 2 nights only managed at best 3 hours sleep! There was a club playing very loud music past midnight! When that finally stops the trains wake you up at 4am! Stayed there for work with 3 other colleagues! We all put a request with work never to be booked there again!

It certainly gets the job done as we were tired travellers in need of a good shower and bed. The staff are friendly and everything was super clean. Don't expect too much, but what let this place down was the bathroom. It was a wet room rather than just a shower. Water was everywhere, so just be careful and dry the floors or you could slip when you exit the bathroom.

The staff where friendly and helpful. I was a bit disappointed with the hotel itself though. We stayed in a premier room. The Air conditioner was quite noisy. Noisy enough that we had to switch it off. The shower took a long time to warm up. There's very little privacy for the toilet. The king size bed was two singles pushed together without a topper on so the gap between was noteable. Breakfast was nice though. I would not book again.

Very convenient for the city centre; just s couple of minutes walk from the train station. The room was basic and compact which was fine but not very well cleaned. The bed was comfy! The bathroom is a wet room (not my preference) and the shower soap dispenser was broken. That said, the price was very competitive and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The sleeperz is a modern, clean and friendly hotel with a great location. My husband and I have spent three nights four days here and we have been able to eat drink and shop within five minutes of the location. We will definitely come back.

Could use a bit of a clean. Rooms are fine. Breakfast quite good. Dinner okay too for a quick bite.

Brilliant place to stay. 5 mins from the train station. 15 min walk from the metro arena and close to all the pubs. Its lovely and modern inside. Immaculately clean! And very reasonably priced.

Good location, walking distance from Central Station. Room comfortable and clean. Note the view is of the station. Plenty of places to eat close by.

Excellent location its right beside all the good clubs, the castle, shopping district. Rooms are small and simple just perfect for a couple. The staff were all very helpful and lovely would definitely stay here again. Newcastle itself is a great "toon" and would recommend and return here too stay at sleeperz again. Comfy pillows as well.

Central, everything very clean and very friendly and nice.

Decent service, quick easy check out. Great breakfast! Rooms? Depends on taste. Quite well equipped. Modern decor including laminate flooring throughout the sleeping area, left me feeling less than warm & cosy. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Overall standard reflected in the price.

Very attentive staff they can't do enough for you. On arrival I was met by a young lady called Audrey within two minutes I was booked in and on my way to my room. The room exceeded my expectations for what I paid for a room like this was unbelievable. A huge comfortable bed a fabulous shower huge windows letting in loads of light a TV that works amazing. Breakfast was excellent everything you could want all hot and freshly cooked. I stayed an extra night I would give it ten stars.

Lovely clean, friendly place to stay. Convenient for mainline train station and metro. No frills, but everything you need. Breakfast reasonable value if pre-booked.

Really well located and surprisingly quite rooms. Not a long stay hotel but it doesn't pretend to be. Good for a weekend in the Toon or a short business trip.

Ideal, very good and cozy, the best its views and location. I felt like I was at home, thousands of miles away. I would definitely stay there again. Very modern but at the same time Super cozy.

Excellent room, good size and very clean. I was here for 2 nights and slept like a log being refreshed for the course during the day. Excellent location 5 minutes walk from train station.

The location of the hotel was rather central and very near places of interest such as the newcastle castle and about 15-20mins walk away from St. James' Park stadium. The rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable to stay in as well. The desk service was very helpful and quick in checking us in and out.

Usually great here, but a couple of problems this time. Firstly, tired after a long day, I checked in and went up to the third floor only to find that neither card worked. So back down and after a swift reply recode of the cards I managed to get into my room. I then noticed a loud noise which was linked to the A/C so had to turn that off. Couldn't be moved to another room as fully booked. A minor inconvenience as opposed to a real problem. Staff were pleasant as usual and the breakfast was good for this type of budget/business hotel.

Nice bright and clean spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Good hearty breakfast. The hotel is in a good central location. Very quiet at night with no traffic or train noise or indeed noise from the adjoining rooms to hamper your sleep.

Lovely hotel and staff are very helpful. Stayed here recently for a friends stag do. Central location to all bars, clubs, restaurants etc. Rooms are modern and comfortable in size and most importantly hardly any noise pollution from adjoining rooms. On site restaurant is clean and tidy I only had the breakfast one morning which was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the toon!

Located close to the center of Newcastle. Everything you need like food and entertainment is at walking distance. It is also close to the metro station so it is possible to go to further distances rather easily. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The facilities are fine and the rooms include air conditioning. It is possible to have breakfast at the hotel but you can also eat in the city.

Everything was good so far, staff very nice, breakfast was ok for the money.

Helpful and polite staff. A reasonable good range of drinks available. Bed very good. Wet room bathroom (so got all the floor wet after a shower but dried in good time). We had a back facing room so could hear the trains starting at 6am (not that that is a bad thing). Mugs in the room for me morning coffee.

Excellent stay in centre of Newcastle. Close to shops, pubs and train station. Room was clean, staff were helpful and breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

Spent a week here 5 12 2016 — 9 12 2016 a lovely hotel staff very polite and helpful rooms very quiet towels changed daily although we never ate at the hotel never heard any complaints I would return there in a heartbeat so near train station and the local buses.

Big hotel, with great style, rather magnificent. The breakfast is all-you-can-eat, and delicious. Rooms clean, beds nice, everything you need. Also has a gym. A little noisy from the street, but to be honest I did not notice when sleeping.

Room is lovely and service is great. Only down side is a lack of overhead light in my room although the lighting of the room doesn't suffer for it, just a personal preference. Free small wine bottle in the room is good.

Easy to find. I visited this hotel for a job recruitment event. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful.

Room was compact and clean enough, there was a lack of mirrors in the room — 123 only had one in the bathroom but 122 (a family room) had one in the bedroom too. The shower was a bit dodgy to work out, but showered ok.

Three year ago I would rate this place much better. Everything was new and flawless. I didn't have the same feeling this time. It is a good option, but they need to keep things working good if they want me back. The rooms and bed seems used, the bathroom was a bit old and clear indication of being repaired but not a nice job.

Its a great location and the room was a bargain price so the overall stay was a positive one. The room was spacious with everything needed and the best thing is being so close to the city centre and everything that is going on and close location to the train station. Would stay again, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Looks are deceiving! First impressions were good, but I'd never stay here again. No fresh air in the rooms, you can't open the windows. They have air-Con but it's rubbish! The room is really dusty, the mattress on the bed is awful, I can feel every spring and the pillows are rubbish. We went for dinner and waited 25 minutes for service, do we went to the bar to order. A member of staff came straight over so I guessed that I was meant to order at the bar. This is fine but I wish they would have told us this.

The Hotel is located quite centrally. The rooms are not very big, but okay. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, but it is still in the frame. The large Windows allow a great view over the old town. The Breakfast is typically English and very clear, but sufficient and very tasty. The price, however, is juicy (24£ for 2x Breakfast for 2 persons). The Parking situation in front of the Hotel is a bit problematic, but there are at the middle station, the possibility of Parking (extra 15£ Tagensgebühr maximum) or from 18.30-8.00 PM morning free of charge at the front door. The staff consists mostly of young, friendly people. The audience here is about 30 years, since the Hotel is located quite close to the party area. All in all a very nice Hotel. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, I would use this hotel again, didn't have breakfast due to high price.
