Excellent place, home from home, sue is so welcoming, I'm already looking at dates to book again.

Great dog friendly b&b in great Yarmouth, highly recommended.

If you have dogs this is the one and only place to stay you get a warm welcome and the that is every day you stay.

Dog friendly B&B with really friendly owner. Everything there is to make your experience happy! Parking permision available if requested. Two minutes walking to the center street and about 5 — 7 minutes walk to the seaside!

Very cheap so don't expect the ritz. Landlady is one of the most lovely and caring people ever but doesn't have staff to help so she works really hard to do it all by herself. Dog friendly guesthouse.

Fantastic little guest house, the lady was so welcoming to us and our dog, we had everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay, we would definitely choose here again.

Would not stay, simply for the fact that they underpaid every other conpetitor in order to win in the TV show "four in a bed" (unfairly). Due to their lack of character I'd most likely look for an alternative in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at seashells the breakfasts were delicious and consistent the room we stayed in was the poppy room it was a good fit for me and my other half plenty of room the owner of the BnB is hilarious and makes me and my other half feel very comfortable the owner will check to see if your ok but I never felt like I did not belong my only complaint is the bed was a little hard but it is only a minor complaint but the Main question I have to ask Is would I ever return and my answer is yes I would if I returned to great Yarmouth for a holiday.

Nothing isn't too much trouble for the owner. Sue todo thing's for you. Very friendly.

Wonderful place to stay. Very dog friendly and a very friendly lady in general. Great breakfast and a great nights sleep. What more could you want.

The owner is lovely and very friendly but even though we are dog lovers and this is a dog friendly place, it really wasn't to our taste. Completely over the top with the dog themed rooms. She encouraged us to allow our large dog to get up on the small single bed that was in the family room and I presume a child would sleep in. But our dog does not sleep on beds and I didn't want to encourage that. The room was so small with all the furniture that we had to walk sideways between the end of the bed and the wardrobe and every time our dog did the same she would leave hair all along the bottom of the bed. We found that the room was already covered in dog hair and not from our dog. Cobwebs were aplenty too. There was no sink in the ensuite bathroom as it was too small so you had to wash your hands in the bedroom. We had a room on the second floor which meant our dog had to go up 3 flights of stairs to the room which seemed unnecessary and impractical. The last flight was extremely steep even for us let alone the dog. Our double bed was 2 large singles pushed together which I didn't like either. Apart from being far too big for the room, we couldn't really cuddle up because of the gap between the beds! Parking was also a bit of a nightmare. Owner gave us a street permit but even with that there is nowhere to park and certainly not outside the premises. Breakfast was nice. No complaints. Even a sausage for the dog.

Normally I wouldnt write a reveiw, but I feel obliged to on this occasion. Lets start with the posotives, the location is great and the room size wasnt half bad. However, the bed was uncomfortable and had a few planks missing, the bedding and towels had stains on them, there was dog and human hair everywhere. Literally all over the bed and pillows. The TV had minimal channels and the light was missing a bulb. The bathroom had hair from people shaving and had a fair bit of grime and mold on the tiles. Basically looked like the room hadent been cleaned. So, to sum up, wouldnt go back, would reccomend.

Very good value for money. Fulfilled my requirements perfectly whilst working away from home.

Sue is a fantastic host, we had a lovely stay in the poppy room in February. Clean and spacious rooms, lovely breakfast in a fantastically seafaring-themed breakfast room. Only downside was the strange yogurt shower gel.

I stayed here (scott leader from leicester) with my boxer dog. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and breakfast was very filling. Will definatley return.

Hi there. Me and my husband (mr n mrs cuffin) came to stay at seashells for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and very helpfull and the room was so nice and clean and tidy. The breakfast was beautifull. I recommend that anyone wanting to stay somewhere for a few days or even a week maybe longer should go there u get your money's worth big time and its nice and relaxing there. Me and my husband will deffently be going back there again.

Stayed here for the weekend and what a great guest house, The cappuccino room was lovely, clean and roomy. Loads of extras like chocolates and wine. Sue is a great host and will look after you and you must meet her 3 dogs. This guest house is central to everything that you will not need to use your car well we did not anyway. Well done sue for having such a fantastic place you do Great yarmouth proud.
