Nice clean and tidy but juat too bloody hot 25.5. Also not honest people left ph8ne charger in room would not go and check.

Good food, good pub. Very clean, beautiful garden. The 1 star off is just for one waitress who was rude and let the experience down. I'd definitely go again though.

Met some friends for breakfast and it was a continental buffet with a set price for a cooked breakfast you just had to choose what you wanted. The food was good and the staff were friendly.

Always been a great place to go. The restaurant next door is good but don't go there on a busy day e. G Mother's Day.

Good clean hotel. Comfortable and well enough equipped. Reception staff very helpful. Plenty of free parking for guests. Good Beefeater next door. A bit pricey for evening meals but a big retail park other side of bridge with big selection of family restaurants and fast food places.

Very nice and cosy bed was spot on. Just what I needed on a relaxing break away.

Room was cold, heating did not work. No sleep due to load noise from outside the room all night. Breakfast open late! And nobody at the desk to report these issues to!

We stayed overnight here whilst our yacht was being repaired at Foxes Boatyard and we needed to visit to check on progress. The service was friendly. We also had dinner in the Oyster Reach restaurant which was very nice. The service at breakfast was also good. The bedroom was clean and well maintained. The facilities were as you would expect for a budget hotel and met our needs.

Overall this is a really nice Premier Inn I arrived at night and didn't realise how close it was to the harbour and the sea it's in a semi rural area so pleasant location. There is a late night newsagents nearby and petrol station opposite. The breakfast was excellent staff were very pleasant although parking was limited I think I got the last parking space when I arrived at about 7 p. M. So not good for late arrivals. Dining area could do with a refurbishment but I would stay here again if I needed to.

A nice hotel in a decent location by the marina. Rooms are a bit older but clean and spacious. The restaurant staff were really friendly and the food was okay.

Very nice place to stay. I had a nice view of the bridge from my room at the rear of the building. The staff are very helpful and the Beefeater next door is a good place to eat.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable, but winter weight duvet too hot for summer temperatures. As is usual had to ask for extra tea and milk.

Third visit to this hotel. Friendly staff. For my purposes the location is ideal. Great breakfast.

Lovely overnight stay. Bed was very comfy as usual. Nice and clean room. Had a meal and breakfast in the Beefeater joined restaurant which was nice. Only small complaint (and the same with all Premier Inn's) was the very small amount they give you to go with drinks in your room — Although they're always happy to give you more if you ask.

A couple of the members of staff were a bit too over zealous in enforcing their laws with noise and me as a Groom on the day meeting friends.

We had a great evening out, excellent value.

Rooms have been recently refurbished and big TV, although the building itself is old. Service for evening meal was bad when trying to get a seat, get a menu, have a clean table, but was fine after that. No issues at breakfast, had a lovely full English.

This is a very pretty hotel and and close to my 60 year old parents so we decided to give them a break and stay there while visiting fom scotland. Unfortunately the front of house female staff member can only be described as awfull. We were harrased from the bar at precisely 11pm with no time to drink up, so we retired to our room where the same staff member came with a noise meter and insisted that my parents had to leave due to fire policy. Fortunately its only a 10 min walk to there house so we packed up and stayed at there home. I have never met anyone so rude in my life and we will never stay at another premier in.
