Nice rooms, the TV and chanels were good in the room. Unfortunately the bed that I had was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also good.

Worst Premier Inn I've stayed in, out of 20+. Impossible to park on two evenings, had to park elsewhere and go to fetch it later on. Building work going on, presumably to give it the drastic update it desperately needs, but don't understand why it's still open whilst this is happening. Although it was really hot weather, the rooms were unbearable — moved to a cooler room which then had damp. Some of the staff were helpful but others ignorant and unfriendly. Don't stay here!

Wasn't provided with a key card upon staying as their system was down across the country to assign keycards to room numbers. Had to rely on a receptionist to let me into my room every-time I left it. Meaning I was having to stand around and wait for someone to become free on reception each time. Ultimately making me have less sleep than I would have liked and a bad sleeping experience all round. Was too afraid to leave to buy a drink in fear I wouldn't get back in. Reported it on their 'Good Night Guarantee' policy but told by rep that I had a good night and I will not be reimbursed. Really shoddy experience all round. Lack of sleep, lack of care when contacting customer services and overall no compensation of any kind. Not even a discount code or a free breakfast!

Great place to stay especially if visiting Drayton Manor good value.

Outdated rooms and shocking internet speed. Paid for ultimate Wi-Fi and got 0.09mbps. Reception very friendly though.

Premier inn central has a great location with the town on your doorstep, a huge park close by if you've got kids and as always with premier inn a beautiful comfy bed, the staff here are always pleasant with a welcoming smile, this is my 3rd stay here and I will definitely return, Jenny on the front desk is very helpful and welcoming.

Fantastic family room freindly staff clean well stocked room.

Ahhhhhh the parking at this place was a nightmare… (renovations happening in car park atea) so many people complaining on the day we where here — and car parks are so tight — if you don't want dents in your doors be prepared for a bit of a walk to park your vehicle.

Great staff and good food at the Beefeater, clean and pleasant rooms with the best beds ever.

Sadly no disabled shower! … only shower over bath that was pointless. Room very clean and staff very good.

Standard Premier Inn. Could do with updating, but nothing wrong with it. There is a Beefeater onsite, and within 5 minutes drive there are a variety of supermarkets and fast food places. Would recommend staying here to others. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and offered use of a fridge and microwave.

A great premier Inn with a beefeater on the side of it. Great if your going to the snow dome which is a 15 minute walk away. Friendly staff. We went for my nephew's 6th birthday and they kindly left a birthday card and balloons in his room for him. Everything was very clean and kept looked after. I would recommend.

When got the first room, it was smelly. Smell like someone through up. Got the 2nd room which has no toilet paper and hand wash n shower gel unit was empty. No air con in the rooms. Looks very old.

Very polite and welcoming reception staff no problems what so ever the room was what we wanted would recommend to others.

Was a last minute booking, weather determined this. Room was ok and as expected. Bed was nice but pillows were very disappointing. Found out in the morning that there was only 1 towel even though booked for 2 people. Shower was very weak and poor quality.

Great location to get to the centre of Tamworth, nice and quiet. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Shopping and snowdome just a short walk away.

The hotel is fine and the rooms clean and comfortable, but it's close to a major road and roundabout which you can hear even with double glazing.

Nice staff. Room was warm and had a bed which is all I ever need. Floors were very creaky and beds a bit too but had a nice hot shower so 50/50.

Good hotel, friendly staff and very quiet at night. Beefeater made extra effort to seat us at peak time for our included meal. Will definitely use again if in the area.

Great location for Drayton Manor, however the hotel's decor is quite tired looking, the floors all creak etc. Our first night, of two, we had a drunk couple having a raging domestic next door, woke the kids who were then awake most of the night; we were away for their birthday weekend. We should be getting a refund on the cost of the room from Premier inn as per their policy. The attached rest was hit and miss. The food standard is high, very tasty; breakfasts were lovely. However the service was patchy, we waited for ages to be seated, to have our orders taken etc; they weren't that busy, it's the little things like that that can make or break your opinion on a stay.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast wasn't the best I've had in a premier inn. Coffee was dreadful.

Great staff, very friendly, in nice location, 5 minutes from Tamworth castle and right next. To a big massive shopping centre. Drayton Manor is 10 minutes away to, they also have a beefeater restaurant next door, would recommend this premier inn.

Room was very hot and the bathroom smelt a little damp. However a fan was provided so the nights sleep wasn't really effected too badly. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff seemed friendly enough. Breakfast was as expected with a premier inn, it was very nice. Not sure if would return as the roads surrounding are a tad confusing. Also the Wi-Fi was poor.

Typical clean comfortable fare priced premier Inn with all usual facilities. Had adjoining easy access room for elderly mum excellent although a little pricy for one occupant (would not allow mum to share a room with us stating 3 adults not allowed in one room)

We stayed here for the week end had a fab time room was lovely very clean friendly staff if needed anything they was there had evening meal and breakfast at beefeater which was beautiful a young lady that served us for are evening meal was great drinks were empty she came with refill with out us asking. Recommend the premier Inn and beef eaters to any one.

Nice staff, nice room, comfy pillow comfy bed. Easy parking. And a Beefeater right next door. What could possibly go wrong? Well, the coat hangers in the room run the front to the back rather than side to side, which makes it difficult to see what you've got hanging up on the rail — who thought THAT was a good idea? There's no two-pin sockets in the bathroom any more, so too bad if you have an electric shaver or toothbrush you need to plug in. When we left, we couldn't get the TV to turn off. Probably the batteries in the remote.

Got a great nights sleep. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and well equipped for the cost. I stayed here during Friday night and Saturday morning snowdome sessions and it was well worth it.

A good sized room great staff and attached Beefeater pub is ideal for dining. Located next to a retail park and five minutes drive to Drayton Manor is ideal too. During our stay I dropped my sons tablet wrapped in his blanket between our car and the hotel. We reported it to staff and within 24 hours it was handed to us, out of pure luck that someone found it. Great stay and even better staff. Cannot thank them enough.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and polite. Very little noise from other guests so had a great nights sleep. Location very near major retail parks, but that didn't cause a problem. Easy pleasant walk to the centre of Tamworth. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms are good, just your typical premier Inn. Unfortunately the onside restaurant, beef eater, isn't the best. We had two meals there and found the food to be below standard.

Good sized rooms, TV, good showers, a comfortable bed, clean, 24 hour reception desk staffing. All you need really.

Overall a great place to stay with a fantastic reception staff who go out of their way to help! Will be back again — though it might be a while as it's a long way from Ireland!

Very nice hotel, well situated for Drayton Manor Theme Park. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the Beefeater pub next door is also friendly. I only have 1 small complaint, and that is how busy breakfast was. I didn't have long to wait though.

Clean and friendly, but there was a lot noise from outside from cars and and people, more that I would expect in a hotel. The staff were friendly. The bathroom fans see to get noisier at every premier in I stay at, which is the only thing that annoyed me.

Staff at night are friendly. Breakfast staff like at 5 star dinner. Could do with air conditioning in the room.

Arrived on 1st August with the family and was given ground floor as we have two disabled children in wheelchairs (Premier inn policy in case of emergency). Then receive key card for room No 3, found the room clean and comfortable but had a terrible smell of DAMP in room. Had informed reception desk about the Damp and asked them why no staff (cleaners or management) had noticed the odour before because it was that strong!, and advised them to inform customer's before they book. So be warned "Ground floor room 3" has DAMP Pub meal and breakfast very good.

Very good as always. Staff very helpful, extra fans provided in the hot weather and my lads were even given an ice lolly on check-in :-).

I never stayed at the travel inn but dropped in the restaurant/pub the ladybridge next door. Service, food, and atmosphere was very nice. Also the staff are are very friendly. Real good restaurant/pub overall.
