Nice small premier inn with 28 rooms on three floors. Note no lift so pack light. Our room was Which was very large and faced a small wooded area and stream. Nice to hear the birds but the restaurant had a very noisy air duct thingy which slightly spoiled the effect. Lovely staff who helped with our questions and any small issues. … The-bed was comfy but not that large especially since the room could definitely accommodate a larger bed. There was no sofa and only one comfy chair. They could probably charge a bit more for this size room if a bit better equipped.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms.

Good size rooms. Very comfy beds.

Enjoyed my stay here used it as a base to visit Blenheim Palace and en route to Somerset. Great food in the on site restaurant.

Nice size rooms but no Aircon, although a fan is provided.

Had a courtesy call from reception a couple of days before staying asking me the reason for staying. I mentioned the RIAT airshow …
Friendly greeting and found a lovely letter and sweet treats with paper aeroplane in our room
Came back after the show to be greeted by Chris on reception with a large jug of ice to take back to our room.
It's the kind gestures like this that count!

Customer service second to none. Small hotel with friendly team. Service in the Beefeat r could hate been better on Sunday night as another guest had to remind the waitress that if ordered a glass of wine to go with my main meal which was going cold… she did seen you be the only restaurant waitress supporting tho do was quite busy… and don't let that spoil a thoroughly enjoyable weekend away with my daughter for the F1 GP.

Very good bed and large room on ground floor as I avoid stairs and no lift is available in this smallish branch of Premier Inn. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Premises very clean. Conveniently situated in Abingdon close to Oxford but lots cheaper. Recommended.

Stayed here for two nights and initially I thought about giving this place 3 stars, this is due to the out dated rooms, however, it has to be said that the staff keep this place spotless and are exceptionally friendly, helpful and well presented. Despite being located on a busy main road, I never heard anything to keep me awake. With a reasonable pub/restaurant next door and lots of local shops, I had everything I needed nearby. I would recommend this place to stay, the rooms just need bringing up to date.

The hotel it self is brilliant, nice and cozy. However when it comes down to the beefeater restaurant. In my opinion it's rather over priced for what you get.

It's a premier Inn… Not much else you can say. It's clean, tidy, friendly staff. Connected to a pub. Abingdon is nice also with a friendly town and people. Even though the hotel is opposite a hospital I didn't get disturbed with ambulances.

Very comfortable & good value for money. Only downside was it was a bit difficult to find the entrance in the dark, & the outside area was not well lit.

Room smelt a bit damp. Otherwise it is a nice place.

Must be the worst customer service at the counter ever. Night receptionist was more interested in returning to what she was doing in the back room than booking me in. Hotel currently has no bar or restaurant and the nearest place to eat is the beefeater down the road. This is next to the premier Inn so may have been just as well to book there! Room was damp and smelly, hotel is very tired (going through a refurb at the moment and there are vans, materials and waste everywhere outside) and generally unwelcoming.

Checked in at short notice due to snow conditions getting worse and roads unpassable, travelling from Bournemouth to Birmingham, lovely spacious warm room and helpful reception. Great thanks.

I stayed at Premier Inn, Abingdon with my mother. It cost £128 for 1 night, really poor value for money. The room was tired but clean. No bedside table or bedside lamp, only one electric plug. The staff were friendly and the place was clean but I certainly would not recommend staying here. I have stayed in other Premier inn that are much bette and cheaper.

Typical Prwmier Inn, pleasant, clean, helpful staff. It's in a great location and we had a really good nights sleep!

Good food with decent priced options on the day menu. Evening menu looked a bit spendy though. Free Wi-Fi, but slow — probably an incentive to upgrade to paid Wi-Fi.

It was ok, I had a very large disabled room I don't know why as they weren't that busy. The room was right by the main entrance door, noisy but didn't bother me once I was asleep.

Good staging post on long journey. Staff friendly, our room clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast at the Beefeater was freshly cooked to order but tea and coffee self service idea poor. Staff at breakfast friendly and efficient but seemed to be only one on duty (plus kitchen staffs).

Booked via website and never got a xonformauon email. Phoned to check booked and told it didn't exist but there was 1 room left. I gave card detail and booked the room. When we turned up we had 2 room bookings neither payed for. Which is a concern as my card detail were taken. Also coming back late there was no car parking spaces so had to park by beefeater that has no cctv on its car park.

Hotel its self need a revamp/update.
The staff have been more than amazing at providing extra pillows, fans and extra teas and coffees.
My partner and I stayed in room 14 on the second floor.
The house keeping team were aware I am expecting, in particular Sarah and Nicki have gone above and beyond with their friendly attitudes, they also provided me with an ice bucket full of water, orange juice and Coke with a few treats. They tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible 10/10 for customer service from all staff at the Premier Inn Abingdon!

Very good value for money as always with Premier Inns. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming, restaurant waiting staff extremely helpful with my friend who has a wheat intolerance. Thank you!

Hotel was clean and well presented. Pub next door offer bellow average food but 10 minute walk to town centre has a good mix of nice restaurants.

All staff very friendly and helpful, even supplied us with de-icer as we couldn't find ours! Rooms clean and comfortable. Food also very good, will definitely choose this hotel again in the future when staying in the area.

All the staff are good, friendly and helpful, the room we stayed in 27, was at the back and quiet as requested but needs some attention, bathroom needs to have heat! Towel rail not hot so couldn't dry towels to use again? Noisy toilet? Bit tatty overall. Breakfast v good but toilets in the beefeater are not too nice and definitely need an overhaul. Overall staff& food good but parts need refreshing, which lets it down.

The hotel had very good access to the motorway, and is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Abingdon. Staff are friendly in both the hotel itself and the bar (which is a separate establishment next door). The rooms are decent if a little noisy (on the bottom floor at least). It's a Premier Inn, you know what you're getting.

Location was appropriate, given the need to be in Abingdon. The room was clean and at a good temperature, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was good and soap dispensers were sufficiently full. The cooked breakfast was good, and the service was friendly.

Friendly staff nice surroundings but our 2 course meal took 3 hrs! Complained and got money off.

Nice staff on reception but noisy thin walls and the most smelly bathroom I have ever experienced. Pub grub was fine.

103 for a night for two. Nothing to complain about but nothing special. But the staff were friendly.

The best play to eat in abingdon.

Beefeater was closed due to a gas leak so no food or breakfast. Room very large and very clean. Try not to get a room facing main road if you are a light sleeper.

Large room, friendly service. Did not have food so can't comment. Visited here on business, found the price to be reasonable. Would use again.
