Best location and best Hotel.

Coming from central London this hotel is in a very unusual part of the country, Corby old village. The staff are very attentive and do seem to try their best to make the most of what they have, but the rooms are small — bathrooms are even smaller and our room was above a chip shop extraction fan. Leaving our room very fragrant. I would not call this great value for money however there are not very many options around.

Good if you just want to get your head down for the night.

Cheap and cheerful. Shared bathrooms were clean and no que. Staff were lovely. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix available etc. Comfy bed. Reasonable parking. My only quibble was it was a Saturday night and the pub opposite was blaring live music till 0130 and then there was street noise too. It had double glazing, but still was fairly loud. I'd suggest having a thick noise cancelling shutter on the inside to help. Or provide at least ear plugs. I was so tired it didn't bother me too much. But good to prepare.

Only good thing was that internet speed was excellent! You get charged for check in after 10pm, shared bathroom (?! ), hot and stuffy with no air-con, but I guess that's what you're paying for low cost hotel.

Was given a upgrade which could only be described as a cupboard with ensuite was given a small fan We felt like dogs trapped in a hot car.

A very small but clean hotel. The bathroom was very small with a cloakroom sized sink. The room was too warm however. And leaving the window open 24-7 didn't help. Therefore ended up checking out early. It could have been due to being July, but reading other reviews I suspect it may always be the same. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Suitable for a one night stay but no longer.

Basic but inexpensive, friendly staff.

Not bad but having brown stains on a towel was a bit off putting.

Cheap and cheerful. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfy bed. Rear room was quiet. No parking. Takeaways and pubs very near.

Clean rooms, owner was nice only downside was shared bathroom. Great value and would definitely stay there again.

Clean room. Very small though, a double bed with around a legs length around the bed. A little scruffy in terms of painting, plastering, sealant etc. Radiator doesn't turn off. On the more positive side there is an iron in the room! Bathroom small, a fat person will need to leave the door open when dropping the kids off as their legs won't fit inside the toilet. Bed made of marshmallow. But for 39.50 I would stay again as it's ideal for a pre night for Rockingham circuit.

Very cold hotel with no food have to ask for. Tea and super when you only few tea bags I stayed and the room I used was flooded was not giving a penny back would stay again they need to drop prices.

Great accommodation if youre in the area and need a room. Its very basic but the price is reasonable for this. Bring your own pillow however as the pillows were like hospital pillows.
