The Premier Inn at Thetford is a great place to stay… It is so relaxing, the staff as so super helpful when required. And it's fab to have a bar and restaurant attached too… I can not wait to stay there again.

Stayed here on 23rd June … complained the following morning … complained 3 times since … no response. Disgraceful service …

I stay at this hotel atleast 3/4 times a year.
Never once had a bad experience.
Family rooms are always clean, spacious and fantastic value for money. We are a family of 5.
Breakfasts are spot on and staff are great.
Not a thing to complain about.

Like having a nice restaurant downstairs and found the room cool and enjoyed the shower very much.

Cant grumble with the premier inn, everything is spotlessly clean and there's always a great service, would defo recommend.

My wife and I recently stayed for four nights Monday to Friday. There was no problem with the room, it was very clean and tidy. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, even the chambermaids. Nothing was too much trouble for Simon who went out of his way to make our dining as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We would definitely return for another stay.

Nice clean room and roomy, too. The room is quite hot in during the summer heat, but they do supply a fan in the room. There are good facilities in the room and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location in Thetford is quiet and easy to reach from the bypass.

Always love Premier Inns — was able to book a very last minute and late night room here and had a helpful man at their 24 hour reception desk, saved us from sleeping in the car that night! Clean and tidy and always convenient.

We were very pleased with this hotel the staff were very pleasant and we appreciated the fans in the room in such hot weather. The restaurant was good as was the food. A very nice stay. Gat.

Great place to stay overnight to get into center parcs nice and early to start your break off early.

First time here will definitely be back staff very friendly and helpful nicely situated for exploring Norfolk.

Friendly staff when arriving. Hotel is very clean. Has the wide screen TVs in the room and the rooms are very spacious.

Can highly recommend this place, one of the better Premier Inns and the restaurant attached to the inn is bloody good value and is tidy, clean, well kept and the service is polite and friendly. Will be going back in the future to this little resting place.

Stayed two nights, first night was a nightmare with kids (teens and younger) running up and down hallways, banging doors.
I literally had to get up and go to reception as even rooms next to me were out complaining… was told… they were monitoring it and knew who they were and parents were in bar, not good at 10.45 at night.
Second night we moved and had great sleep, clean rooms comfy beds. Daytime staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and polite. The room was clean and tidy and big. It took quite a while to be seated at breakfast. And then quite a while to get my cooked breakfast. I could go up and get some continental breakfast which was good because of the wait.

Good Premier Inn, check in was smooth and the room as per the adverts, basic but clean comfortable and above all quiet. A big Freeview HD television was a good addition. The shower worked well with temperatures up to volcano heat available. The hotel is next to the usual chain style pub, set up for business users rather than a local, but the food was quickly delivered and fine. I opted for the full breakfast, again the service quick and the selection fine. I'm glad I didn't have to foot the bill myself, OK, a pretty late booking, but 3 nights was over £450, at this rate the ultimate Wi-Fi should have been included rather than an extra. (Subtract an extra 1/2 star from the review for this)

Superb, fantastic setting, 10 minute walk yo thetford. Norwich 30 mins away by car. Great hotel, friendly staff, and a nice pub attached.

Had a really comfortable night. Beds comfortable. Although the room was cold. I complained and they gave me a portable heater for the room. Breakfast was lovely, and plenty of cups of teas. I would recommend this place.

Room was good but dinner in restaurant was poor, the breakfast next morning was much better. Staff were very nice and helpful throughout the premises.

Good location to visit Snetterton. Easy check-in/check-out and it's quiet, for the most part. Full of drunk people stumbling into the lifts on the weekend but it's manageable.

Just ok, not great for the cost. Older room not great. One exit and entry in and out — unsafe. Midnight rep never at desk. You can't walk out freely must find rep to buzz you out and in.

Lovely chain hotel with recently built new wing. Enjoyed stay, and meal in restaurant and not far from town centre. Not great Wi-Fi, but really enjoyed our stay!

Easy to check in room was spacious and modern well maintained and clean one half of the hotel is a pub with a restaurant where you can get a meal ether included with the room or separately same with breakfast or a snack.

I would like to get some publicity for the staff at Thetford premier inn!
When my son Harry lost his comforter we all panicked as my son has had it since he was born and sleeps with it every night. I rang the hotel to check if it was there and it was!
They sent it recorded delivery back to us and as you can see he is very happy! The lady who done this for us is Kelly and I just wanted to say thankyou so much I’m not sure who is more happy me or him or me as it would have been so upsetting to think we wouldn’t see it again! Also the little letter was lovely too!
Made my sons days receiving this today!

I cannot fault either the hotel or bar. Premier Inn do what do very well. Hunt out the deals and get great value for money.

Group of 17 for dinner. Booking table very easy and service when we arrived was great. Food well cooked and tasty.

Stayed here as stay away for work got to site next morning and all drills from van fault were gone. And at least one other trade van that we know of was done as well. Pikeys only half a mile up the road and the estate next door is rough as well. And hotel staff including management very slow and unhelpful in regards to the reporting and responding to said incidents. Not hotels fault but felt like they didnt want to help.

Fast check in, friendly staff. Our room was spacious, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Bit noisy at night as our room was directly above the entrance. Only problem was being woken up at 8am on Sunday by a member of staff to be told he had the wrong room! Over all a good start.

Unfortunately had to leave without breakfast. Waited hand hour for a boiled egg and beans! Yes it was busy but the blonde lady who served me showed zero customer service skills and was down right rude. Chucking the said said plate with beans on on my table saying hers your egg and beans. All other staff were brilliant.

Overnight stay with evening meal at The Warrener which of attached. Decent sized car park which is free for customers. Check in was quick and receptionist was friendly. Ground floor room at far end of hotel was clean and to the standard you come to expect from Premier Inn. Considering we faced the main road we heard very little noise from outside and got a decent night's sleep.

I go here regularly with my family for dinner. I find the team friendly and welcoming, the food delicious and great value for money with regular offers such as bye one get one free. The children are catered for and the whole experience means we return again and again. Last night my family of 5 ate 2 courses with drinks for less than £40

Had a power cut in my room after the 2nd day so got moved. The room available was a disabled suite which was clean and up to scratch. The only problem with the room is the bath is designed for disabled clientele. Thus is extremely shallow, The staff are very friendly. My major bug bear is the Wi-Fi 0.56mbps is abysmal. I do have the oppotunity to upgrade for £5 per day with estimated speed increase of up to 8x. Good lord it is 2017 not 1994.

Very nice room lots of space beds where Comfy food was amazing and the staff were really helpfull I recommend any one staying in there and u will be going back wen I go up that way again.

Nice place but pillows are awful…

It's a Premier Inn so the essentially the same as all the others. A safe bet though for a decent night's sleep and reasonable food.

The rooms were very big and clean. It had a double bed and a sofa with a big 32 inch TV on the wall. The bed was very comfortable as most premier inn beds are. The only bad points are the bathroom fan was very noisy and the connections to the TV didn't work but these are very minor things.

Clean and comfortable. Proper sized tv. Good breakfast.

You get what you pay for and I certainly felt I got my monies worth. Staff were very helpful and there was a friendly atmosphere about the place.

All staff were efficient and polite as well as helpful, short of one star due to internet was down due to a fault with the router, one of the better Premier Inn's I have stopped in.
