Lack of air conditioning. Room fans are circulating warm air around the room. Nothing premier about this inn!

Do not put people in disabled rooms without letting them know. The wet room flooded out to the carpet. We did change rooms after complaning.

Very clean good location and good food.

Stayed twice lovely place and staff in hotel and restaurant are welcoming and friendly.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. A pleasure to stay here and nothing is to much trouble.

Found this place as we drive into Kings Lynn and found the amenities great with the food next door great. Only downside was it has 2 stories and no lift so you have to carry your bags up the stairs!

Would certainly visit again no problem great people great location.

Booked for 3 nights only stayed for 2. The staff are very friendly but I didn't like the hotel at all. I had to clean the bath myself before I could use it. When the bathroom steamed up there was graffiti on the mirror. No aircon which I knew about in advance but the fans in the room just move the warm air around. The worse part though was getting covered in bites in the room. I know it happened in the room because I felt a couple. It wasn't until this morning I realized just how bad it was, when I told the member of staff why I was checking out early he just replied they "would get it looked into". I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Appalling food at this property, do not book the meal deal. Sent food back as wasn’t good though. This morning popped across the road and ate breakfast at McDonalds and this evening will organise taxi to Kings Lynn.

We booked a family room so there was an extra bed in the room, this made the room very cramped but considering we were only to arrive late & sleep I thought it didn’t really matter and the room seemed like excellent value. My 10 year old was in the temporary bed but was unable to sleep in it as she was so uncomfortable, so I swapped beds with her. This bed was possibly the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on, rock hard and I could feel every spring. I tried sleeping on my duvet, sleeping on the floor. Eventually at 4.30am I reluctantly swapped with my husband (I wanted him to get the sleep as he had a long drive the next day), and he got a couple of hours on the awful bed and agreed that it was terrible. This was our first time booking a Premier Inn and I have to say it has totally put me off.

Booked in advance on Jo cancellation deal = £30 for a family room. Great value, only downside was it was a South facing room on a very hot day, meant the room was very warm, but for £30, can't really complain. Would use again.

Good clean rooms and very helpful staff. I thought the room rates a little expensive in August. Overall though a reliable place to stay. Bar restaurant next door.

This Premier Inn is ideally situated as a "half way" house for people holidaying in Great Yarmouth. It makes sense to travel the Friday evening to this spot to reduce the stress of the inevitable traffic jams on the worst roads on the planet. This Inn has two annexes, clearly "thrown up" due to the high demand shown for this strategically located hotel. However, and I say this with a great deal of confidence, the breakfast at this hotel is the worst cooked breakfast I have ever endured. I do not even need to elaborate, see for yourself. There is ample room for a 3rd, 4th, 5th and even 6th annexes. Yes we will stay again but the quality of this particular Premier Inn is sub standard. To be fair they are run off their feet. The Whitbread Group need to address this instead of just continuing to steal the money off families like mine and yours. Hope this helps…

I do love a Premier Inn, this one does need a refurb. Staff are friendly, nice big car park. Cleaning staff however, requested a iron, had to chase 3 times. Bathroom no toilet paper, how does a cleaner miss that? Otherwise this is a good hotel and so glad I stayed here.

We stayed here last night after a very long hectic day and I can not thank the gentleman that was on duty. We arrived around midnight and he couldn’t have been more accommodating towards us with 3 tired cranky children he looked after us amazingly getting us extra glasses and extra pillows as sheets for the children. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable and I couldn’t ask for a better nights sleep.

I’m not happy with my stay there, the staff in reception were rude except one lady who was friendly. In the restaurant always something was missing and you should ask someone to clean your table. Last day we asked for late check in but when we came back, they removed our suitcases and they were not sorry at all. Beside that there is no air condition at rooms is not good for summer (I guess all hotel in that city have no A/C).

Have stayed at this one a few times and always enjoy our visit. Only problem in hot weather is lack of Air Conditioning. Fans are provided but not ideal. This fault never puts us off because heatwaves are few and far between but it WAS hot the other evening and we suffered!

Popped in for breakfast on our way to Norfolk. Fantastic service. All food was lovely and hot. Help your self to as much as you like!

Visited on Bank holiday Monday with my partner, son and grandchildren are 3 and 18months. Not overbusy so difficult to understand why it took 3 goes to get 3 drink orders correct. Abject meal, and when I inadvertently knocked my drink over there was no offer to clean the table. I was disgusted to find that the play area which obviously attracted the attention of the 2 boys cost £3 per child. When asked why it was because the children were being watched over, by whom? Certainly not the 2 waitresses enjoying a chat whilst they dispensed the tickets Not a place I would ever return to, sad really when I have enjoyed many a pleasant meal at my local restaurant in Ipswich.

Great stopover… Clean and spacious room with very friendly staff. Nice pub adjacent to hotel for dinner / breakfast with excellent play area for kids…

The room was as expected. Roomy, clean and comfy bed. Our evening meal was a bit of a fiasco. Our first choices were unavailable and the service was abysmal. Breakfast was a free for all but perhaps we had chosen the busy period. To be fair the restaurant was not run by Premier Inn, but the Receptionist gave us contact details of its manager so that we could lodge a complaint.

The staff are always helpful after having stayed here quite a lot recently it is easy to say that they are helpful and informative. The layout is simple as it's an L-shape and you're either up or downstairs. There is a two floored annexe building away from the main building to the rear of the car park and associated pub. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds nice and firm, not had trouble with a room at all. The rooms have all been family rooms with the additional beds out so is very practical and very useful for a family of three or four. There are normal bedrooms but not stayed in one of these. The bathrooms have always been clean and well appointed. The associated pub, a Brewers Fayre chain pub, was very busy but worth while. If you intend to eat early evening, do book before hand at is very busy and an hour wait for a table is common place using the the buzzy notification systems some restaurants use. Once in food does tend to arrive quickly. Good hotel, needs A/C as the rooms can get very hot during the summer months but otherwise week worth the stay.

Stayed for one night for business. Very friendly and welcoming staff who talked me through the touch screen system at reception to check in. Upon entering the room, there was a stench. This was coming from the bathroom, closed the door and it went away with window open. Good facilities in room, lacking of iron and ironing board, but maybe asking for too much. TV was a great size for a England match. Would recommend for short stays.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were very helpful, room very clean. Would definitely recommend. We did eat in the Brewers Fayre which is next the hotel on both nights we were there. The food was excellent but did have to wait quite a while. The second night we were there we actually waited 50 minutes for our dessert.

Nice room, good comfortable bed and it is nice ti have a bath in your room. No proper air conditioning which was a shame but a good room all the same. I had the half board package which was good value and nice food but the service was so slow in the restaurant. Overall pretty good.

This site was the quietest one we have stayed in. The staff were polite and helpful. The only downside was the pillows were too soft.

The location was easily accessible as there was a car park. The room service was also very efficient as all the staff got the orders correct and were very polite to me and my husband. Although, I do think the rooms could've had more decoration in them as it was a tad bland.

Stayed at the Premier Inn on our wedding night as a gift from my in laws. Lovely clean room, comfy bed, staff were really nice and the Brewers Fayre attached to it was lovely to eat in that night. Also had breakfast there the next morning which was again a hit.

It's a good hotel with everything you need to rest.

Excellent, one of the best Premier Inns that i've stayed at. Don't bother with the utterly pathetic Brewers Fayre pub next door! The Shell garage and McDonalds over the road are better!

Have stayed here before in Al better room. This time the air con sounded like a jet engine and the pillows were terrible. Room extremely clean. (Thanks Carla).

Warning Kings Lynn awful. Beware of staying at the Kings Lynn Premier Inn if you are planning on eating in the restaurant. The place is over crowded with massive delays for food. The staff seem to be tired and over worked. Spent 4 nights with several colleagues at Premier Inn Kings Lynn. We were appalled by the lack of availability of the restaurant facilities. When I arrived, there was a laminated A4 letter on the bed pushing the meal deal. I purchased the deal from the reception then waited in the bar area with a pager for 45 minutes before giving up and going back to reception for a refund. The hotel reception staff did not give me any indication that I would not get a seat in the restaurant when they sold me the deal. I complained to Premier Inn and after nearly a month waiting for a reply, recieved a very poor apology. I spend 3 nights a week in different Premier Inns around the country and this is the worst experience I have ever had.

Lazy staff at restaurant next door closed down food and coffee early so we missed out on dinner. The next morning the hotel experienced a power cut… Not their fault but the staff's solution to queries from guests (including those locked out of their rooms because of the electronic locks) was to abandon the front desk and hide in the back cleaning room… Dreadful customer service!

Standard stuff from Premier Inn again. Friendly and helpful staff full of smiles. Good breakfast too, although my bacon was somewhat crispy (oweing to my late arrival to breakfast). Was stuck for a phone charger, but thanks to previous guests leaving thiers, I was lent one for the evening. Room (118) was one of the largest rooms I've ever stayed in at a Premier Inn. Bathroom ventilation was also the quietest of the PI's I've stayed at too. Room was quiet, warm, and the bed comfy.

Only stayed here for the one night but the staff mad u feel so welcome. Rooms were great no complaints there what so ever. Breakfast in the morning was well worth it had quit a lot off food on offer I would recommend this premier in to anyone who is up this way.

Lovely place for a romantic getaway. All food delicious. Friendly staff from front desk to all other areas. Nothing to much trouble for staff.

You know what you're getting with premier inn. Clean, comfy, inexpensive. Perfect for traveling with a family. And great value breakfast (particularly for kids who eat free up to 16yrs old! )

The staff have always been great been coming here every fortnight for 5 years only once have I not had a good night sleep.

Clean, comfortable and family friendly place to stay. The Harvester chain restaurant is next door and provides breakfast in the morning.

WE had a lovely stay at Kings Lynn. The reception staff, particularly the young lady on duty when we arrived, were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast too. Highly recommended!

Hotel as good a premier is… the restaurant is awful. Asked for a rare sirloin it came well done. Chips cold. Poor response from staff. Next night " fish and chip night" guess what … all the food warm. Terrible place to eat.

I arrived late on but was able to check in without any hassle. Unfortunately for me I'd chosen the only Premier Inn seemingly in the country without air conditioning in the rooms on the hottest UK day for 40 years. To say the room was sweltering work be an understatement. To their credit a tall and very efficient fan was provided but after blasting it for nearly two hours the temperature in the room had only managed to go up! It was a rough night but only really because of the weather and lack of air con which is always a luxury in the UK anyway. All in all a decent stay. The attached Brewers Fayre was air conditioned but I only went in for a quick drink to cool off.

Very clean with very comfortable beds, the staff were very helpful, there is no shaver point luckily the staff had an adapter plug, also there was no rubber mat and no hand rail in the bath, being unsteady on my feet l found it a bit worrying in case I slipped getting in and out, also it would have been nice to have two hand towels instead of one. We had a nice meal at the Brewers Fare.

The service was great and staff were friendly, the location was good, with the Windows closed you couldn't hear any traffic, the room was clean and comfortable including everything you need for your stay.

Awkward to find the entry road, I drove past due to poor entry lighting. Other than that it is clean, hygienic, relaxing and welcoming. Good food, good ale.

The rooms are actually really good but as I'm not a fan of pub restaurants, that's just personal preferences but families would enjoy.

It's another Premier Inn, just a bit tricky to get to down what looks like a dead end road in some wasteland. Two big blocks of rooms, quiet enough location even though it's near a busy road. A Brewers Fayre is attached for food and drink, but there are nicer places over the bridge in Kings Lynn. Pretty standard, but convenient and we'll priced.

Disappointing food at the brewers fayre pub, better going to McDonalds instead for breakfast. Pretty basic rooms but clean.

Great place to stay very clean and tidy easy to get to always stay here when in the area.

Good place for the family to stay and sleep at with good Brewer Fayre pub. Breakfast in the morning is a good experience but they should make sure that they have the hash browns and bacons available at all time. My girls aged 4 and 7 said that this was a lot better than TravelBodge.

Cannot fault it the best basic hotel you can go to super super clean and absolutely recommend the breakfast its eat as much as you like there is an amazing selection, fry up, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juice, teas, coffees, twinings and much more. The best breakfast experience I have had! Next night I stayed at a travel lodge and never ever again it is nothing compared to premier the travel lodge had not even been cleaned.

Bedroom windows don't open more than an inch so of it's hot your room will be like a sauna! If premier inn wish to limit opening windows in this way they should provide aircon. What use is a good night gaurntee if you have HAD a bad night and at 85 pounds its not a cheap room.

Food nice people a bit commom but the rooms TV signal was poor blippin all the time also not much tea and the tea was cheap and nasty the kettle had lime scale in it. And smells like wee the carpet had white stains. Lovely.
