Fantastic 4 star B&B. Beautifully decorated throughout service and welcome was faultless. 8 mins from promenade and station. Great choice of breakfast in morning one of the best I have ever stayed in. Would defo come back.

This bed and breakfast Hotel is absolutely beautiful inside. TONY & KATHIE the owners can't do enough to make their guests feel so at home. The rooms are immaculate very clean and just with the personal taste everybody should experience. The food is home cooked and lovely. I would definitely stay here again. It is 110‰ First Class. Also it has a tariff that is in Normal League, not over the top. 10 out of 10 its beautiful.

Two Friends and myself stayed here October whilst attending a Conference. I highly recommend it, the rooms were spotless and the attention to detail was excellent. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you Both again.

I cannot thank Tracy and Steve enough for making us and our family feel more special over our wedding. They couldn't do enough for us from the day we booked and all our wedding party loved staying. A wonderful place to stay. Steve and Tracey make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door and the decor of the Townhouse also makes you feel at home. A spotlessly clean and comfortable place to stay. Perfect location for the seafront and excellent shopping centre. I have been staying at The Ambassador on and off for about10 years and will continue to do so. A great place to totally chill out.

A stunning townhouse. Decor and furnishing amazing. Our 2nd stay here and again we were bowled over. Steve and Tracey excel in all areas. Food amazing, most importantly we were made feel like we where at home. Cant wait to get back.

This is one of those amazing finds that every now and again exceed their billing and all expectation. Why the Ambassador Townhouse isn't rated 5* I do not know. It's set just off the Prom near the pier and about the same distance from Lord Street where all the shops are. Its owners are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are decorated more like a friends than a B&B. They've though of everything and there's a room guide packed full of info about the B&B, Southport and activities in and around the area. Worth every penny for a special weekend or short break. 10 stars out of 5.
