This hotel is cheap and rude staff avoid there are better hotels out there for the money z hotels is a good option.

My partner and I arrived after a day of drinking, last minute plan to stay over. Paid via booking. Com Guy behind the counter was so unhelpful, said he couldn't find our booking. So paid again with him, money came out of my bank straight away… he said it had declined? … So, paid again… money came out again, he said it had declined again. I then said I would pay again, but only if I could hold the card machine as he kept hiding the screen when I paid. He then replied… I am refusing you service, you are drunk and being rude? So, I basically paid for 3 rooms and didn't get to stay in any of them.

Worst place ever! Terrible service!

Maybe one of the top best buy hotels in Liverpool. Behind The Cavern Pub, on Castle Street towards the Town Hall. Perfect for 2-3 days trip, with light baggage, backpack preferably. We had the double room with Window, the bed had around 140cm, comfortable enough, the view was with the British style front building. Good shower, really hot water, towels provided. Tip: it is located in front of Sainsbury's store for the morning coffee.

Hotel quite comfortable, located in the centre of Liverpool, I highly recommend it to all.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! They stole and rip off me money. His employee Mohamed is very aggresive.

Smack bang in the Liverpool City Centre not far away from the docks friendly staff… Very posh air conditioning key card entry Cafe Bar very clean tidy… Highly Recommended.

Excellent value for money. Check in was quick and painless with Eva. Room was a decent size and clean.
Jack was very helpful in the evening when we were looking for food and was able to recommend a decent take away and took delivery for us.
Very convenient for sight seeing and will definitely stay again.

For the amount of time we spent in the room 7 1/2 hours it was perfect, the rooms are small but you get what you pay for, would stay there again.

Best customer service. Was able to readjust my booking after a booking error. Only flaw is the phone number provided doesn't seem to work. Email is best method of contact. This place overall is a really nice budget hotel. But just know that the rooms are a bit tiny, just learn to work around small spaces, amenities do cost extra. But if you're here to get a decent night sleep well that is no problem. It was actually really nice not having a window for once, I don't get the sun screaming at my face at 5/6 am in the morning which allows me to sleep in a few extra hours. Not sure if all rooms are the same but there is a small space under my bed to store a bag or 2. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel on a budget. Super comfy bed. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Stylish interior decor. I stayed over for a concert, location was ideal, right around the corner from L1 and only a 15 minute walk or so to the Echo Arena. Would stay again.

Shanon on the desk (night shift) is a delight, such a welcoming smiley check in. Rooms clean, perfect for one nights stay. Massive window makes it super bright and easy to wake up in the morning. For 39£ its a bargain. Gave it 4* as there was a used sanitary towel in the bin and some dust on the tv.

Upon arrival, Police at reception seeking CCTV and statements from staff. Bathroom door is only partly frosted. Shower drain backed up quite badly — the water was over my feet. Fire alarm was set off 3 times at around 4:30/5am. We were advised to ignore the first one. Second was turned off after 30 seconds. And the third we had to evacuate. 5am on a Sunday morning with ONE member of staff attempting to sort the alarm. Kept outside for upwards of half an hour for the fire crews to essentially reset the alarm. For the inconvenience, was offered a free TV code for my next visit. Will not be visiting another EasyHotel.

Myself and my best friend stayed here for four nights and would definitely come back again. We’re 2 students and we were just looking for a place to crash after our nights out and it was perfect. The rooms are small yes but it’s a budget hotel so was expecting it, however they were spotless and during the heatwave the air conditioning was ideal. The staff are all so friendly and I would particularly like to thank Jack and Rickey for all of their help and for being so friendly and easygoing. It is in a perfect location for shopping, the docks and of course the clubs. We’ll be back very soon. Love from Julie and Ellen xx.

Teeny tiny rooms. But clean, comfortable and in a great location. Great value for money. Had a couple of issues with not enough toilet roll to last the 2 nights we stayed. Was only given 1 towel between 2 of us. An the key to our room didn't work after a day.

Layout and size of rooms pity full I have seen bigger dog kennels only they had windows. It had got to be a man that designed these rooms. I'm surprised they got away with this with health and safety ex. My sister and I where lucky we managed to get a window room but the rest of our group in a box room u don't think they should sell as doubles they should be singles.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL! They do not pay their workers and many days there are conflicts … Very small rooms. I know what I'm talking about. Unfortunately, I worked for them …

Can't knock this place for the price. Excellent location. Staff were friendly. Just what you need for a city stop over.

Great window view and great modern decor in room. Rooms are small but are cosy! Random but their toilet paper is so thin it could be used as tissue paper.

For the price what more do you need? Clean, compact and surprisingly good. Easily recommended. Want something fancy go elsewhere. Great place smack in the centre of the city.

Stayed for one night and thought it was clean, comfortable and with friendly staff. Will definitely stay again in the near future!

Good location. Rooms adequate and the bed was very comfy. Great location for everything Liverpool has to offer.

The room is small, cramped for two people and that had window. I can't imagine being without a window. You could hear a noise all the time, like a cistern constantly. It is surrounded by bars so queen the weekend Night is impossible to sleep until they close. The staff were polite but not friendly. They only accept cards so if you want a coffee (in the only machine they have) will not have change of tickets. If you can pay more you will definitely go to a real hotel.

Stayed in this hotel Monday night with my partner, a woman let herself into our room through the night and took her pants off and got inside the bed with us after us repeatedly shouting get out the woman got up n left. The manger tells us there is no cctv of a woman entering or leaving our room when I have a picture of the pants to prove this as we gave the pants to the night staff Nathan, he was a big help moved us to a different room. Wouldn't advise anyone to stay in this hotel, if that could happen to us it could happen to anyone. Never been so scared in all my life and find it strange how the manger is hushing it up!

Great location and helpful staff, but rooms really too small where it is difficult even to open a suitcase for the little space available. The bathroom is new and well furnished. Wi-Fi, breakfast TV and other services are chargeable. Okay at best for a couple of days.

Excellent location although a bit essential.

Stayed here for three nights. Check-in was fast and efficient. They had originally put me on the fifth floor but since the lift is out of action, they gladly moved me to a room on the first floor. The room I stayed in (108) is exactly as advertised. Compact and clean with a comfortable double bed, clothes hangers on the wall, nice shower cubicle, sink and toilet. You're not going to be spending much time in the hotel, so why worry about the TV or lack of storage space? The …location is fantastic: right next to James Street Station and sheer metres from the main shopping streets. There are small Sainsbury's local and Tesco express stores a few feet away to stock up on any essentials. My only complaint would be regarding the lift. It's been broken since I arrived on Sunday, so I'm glad I'm not on the 5th floor!

Nice, clean, basic n friendly. Knew this anyway as used easyhotel in Den Hague n Berlin!. Berlin cool easyhotel 24hr shop next door 4 all your needs!

Great location in city center, rooms are small but they look really nice and clean, you have to pay extra for Wi-Fi and TV, the receptionist was nice guy. Would go there again, fair price.

The hotel is in the center of the city. The double rooms with window are pretty good though they don't have any wardrobe. The toilet is minimal, but enough. The doubles without a window are too small, there is no room to put the feet, just the bed and the toilet. TV and Wi-Fi are chargeable: 10 lbs. Per room, for 4 devices. The price is acceptable compared to other hotels in the city and, above all, taking into account the superb location.

Great value, clean, great nights sleep never heard any noises, ie doors banging, people walking around in rooms above you, would happily stay there again.

If I could give if less than one star I would! 10 pound to book into room early, 5 pound for Wi-Fi, 5 pound to watch TV! Insulting! I'm surprised they don't charge star to breathe! Sh*thole!

Stayed here on the weekend, myself and my mum went to a concert at the echo arena so we wanted to stay somewhere central as we also wanted to do shopping and go for a nice meal beforehand. We also didn't want to pay sky high prices. For what we paid, we thought it was so good! Yes it's a small room but a big enough double bed for us both and also had a shower/toilet in the bathroom. The rooms are very clean! & The location was perfect! 10 minute walk to the echo arena, bars/restaurants literally on the doorstep and around the corner is the city centre for shopping. Would definitely stay here again, such good prices too!

Stayed a couple of days after it opened, couple of teething problems, but not surprising, nothing major. Very good value for the location. Basic facilities but clean and tidy. Didn't hear any noise from other rooms, other than doors closing in the corridor.

Functional and in a great location. This is a great place to rest your head for the night. A dirty toilet and a small leak from the otherwise fully functional shower were slight negatives. I got a special introductory price, which was excellent value, also.

This hotel is a joke. I booked a room over 6 months ago to stay the weekend of 18th November (just over a weeks time). They recently emailed me to let me know my card was invalid (expired last month) and asked me to update credit card information which I did. They took £1 out obviously showing my card was valid but I later got an email saying my card was invalid and my reservation has been cancelled! I rang hotel and they said there was nothing at all they could do and hotel was fully booked! I am furious. I have booked train tickets, concert tickets and other reservations which has cost me a fair bit and I am going to have to lose it all as none of them are refundable! I don't understand how your customer service can be so appalling?

There are some teething issues with the rooms, they only opened last week, so it is expected, just have patience. The rooms are like domatories like in uni, bed and bathroom not much else. I recommend booking via their site and not a 3rd party as the optional extras are easier to manage. Excellent location 2 seconds from the Cavarn Club and all the main live music bars. And everything else is very easily walkable distance and easy to navigate to museums, shops, pubs and knick knack shops. Excellent cheap break away.

Fire alarm going off at 0130am. No staff customer service. Wouldn’t stay again. 1 towel between a double room. Won’t be staying here again ridiculous. We ended up just going home at 0130 we had enough of the lack of organisation and manners.

Booked this hotel in march they cancelled 2 weeks before I was meant to be staying there in July. Had to pay £200 for another hotel as not many other hotels left. They shouldn't be taking bookings if they are not open.

Booked months ago and received email today saying that room was being canceled as the hotel is not ready to open. Rooms have since trebled in price, so now will have to pay far more for accommodation. Will never book with "easyHotel" again.
