Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome and for all your hospitality. Great place to stay very central and the fishing not too bad either. Holt fishing club.

Me and my partner have returned home today after spending a couple of nights here. We loved every minute of it Pat and Adrian do a awesome job made us feel very welcome and breakfast was delicious met some awesome people there too will never forget them and will definitely be returning at some point thanks for having us Pat and Adrian it was a delight from Claire and Darren xx.

Nice staff but guest house is dated and needs a good clean.

The guesthouse was really lovely spotless clean in all aspects food very enjoyable and situated very good for all amenities. Pat and Adrian were very willing to please and made our stay all the better will definitely return next year. Mr and Mrs hughes and family.

Very friendly helpful pair at the B&B. Very convenient for beach and near good Chinese buffet. Recommended.

Must be one of the friendliest guest houses we have ever stayed in. very good location plenty of parking near to all facilities Adrian and Pat welcome you as one of the familyOur first stay here but will be back.

Absolutely Lovely Guest House! What a good find, so clean, friendly, comfortable, nice gardens, very close to everything. Was greeted by their adorable dog. They were very helpful, room was exerlent for the price. Very good value for money! Breakfast was just right as well! Can not fault this place one bit! :)

Thanks to Pat and Adrian who were a joy to stay with, in a nice setting and a stone's throw from everything we needed. Couldnt be happier with the stay but I must say I'm glad I called them first however as Google cant seem to locate their B&B exactly. It shows picture of 'The Tea Rooms' which isnt the actual place. That aside however, I wouldnt recommending staying anywhere else for a warm welcome and value for money!
