Just been for afternoon tea, absolutely delicious food and a great atmosphere.

Celebrated my 25th Birthday with my fiancé here! Food was amazing and it was our first time eating here. Will definitely be returning again and recommending, the atmosphere was great and the staff where friendly and welcoming.

My friend & I enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea here. We felt safe & the staff all wore face masks. They were very friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

Lovely ambience with really lovely food. Decor is nice and charming very clean. Busy on a Wednesday evening toilets are basic but spotless. Lovely staff.

Visited Softleys last night with the other half for Valentine’s Day for the 1st time as we had heard so many good reviews. It lived up to every single expectation. We absolutely loved every single course and the staff, although young, were very professional and warm. 10/10 — will definitely visit again soon!

What an excellent venue, we had the afternoon cream tea and the variety of sandwich was good and pots of tea were plentiful. The young staff were very attentive too. We will return and recommend it others who enjoy cream teas. Many thanks for a lovely afternoon.

I went for an afternoon of catching up with friends. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, my only dislike was how cramped it was. The staff are very attentive and happy to deal with any request you have. As for the afternoon tea it was very well presented with a good chioce of both sandwiches and cakes. The best I've had locally and would recommend to everyone. Thank you xx.
