One particular Manager (Coloured lady) was Very rude to us our entire stay, & I mean RUDE! Complaint going in to head office. everytime we asked for anything she Tutted & sighed, & there was always a why, never listened properly & got other staff to do it. She was the same to others. Yet guests that were her colour she was all smiles. She had no clue what she was doing behind the bar & I notice this too when a mother & daughter came in one evening, 3 times asking for a drink & she still got it wrong.

Poor front of house staff — room stank and had to be changed — one lift out of order as was vending machine — self check in (both) not working — had no option but to complain and apparently that’s aggressive behaviour — well — waiting 10 mins for a lift to take us to the 6th floor would test anyone’s patience — not told that we had to request our room to be serviced (every 3 days apparently) — honestly is that acceptable? — surely a room should be checked before it’s allocated to a guest — grossly overpriced and poor value for money — never again!

Not enough chefs. Just over hour wait after ordering… only one chef working No explanation of how meal deal works Very unapologetic staff.

The manager went out of his way to help us, when the lifts were out of order he offered to take us to the 6 th floor as they could only be operated by the staff.

Food not good. You buy a meal deal and end up paying extra on most of the menu not worth 24.99

My no for recommendation is not for the hotel itself but for the overall experience. The rooms are as you would expect but my stay was booked with a meal deal! The service in the restaurant is pitiful and so painfully slow. I was shown to my table and then waited 35 mins before having my order taken. I then waited another 40 mins for my food, fish and chips. It was edible but not great. I have to stay here next week for work purposes and will be cancelling the meal deal. More staff needed and a chef that moves faster than a glacier.

Firstly the staff in this hotel were very polite and helpful on arrival. However the only reason that we have not rated this Premier Inn a 'Five Star' is that we had a couple of minor problems that we needed to be addressed and no one was available to see to them. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Big enough for more than two if needed. No disturbances through the night. Bed comfortable. Be prepared to pay for parking here. However we thought it's very reasonable currently £3 a day. (2018).

Comfy large rooms. Breakfast was great! Evening meal was great too! Overall, I had a very good experience staying here, for two nights on a business trip.

Check in straightforward and a very comfortable room. However, the hair drier did not work and only one set of towels provided for double occupancy. These problems were fixed while we were out for dinner. A very good night's sleep.

Hotel clean with nice size family room (double plus 2 singles fitted no problem). Breakfast and evening meal for all were good as expected at Premier Inn — standard food selection. Parking £3pn outside front door. Would recommend and probably 10-15mins drive to tube stations.

Staying here for 4 days with the family left this morning and came back to the room all made up with the children's toys set out on the bed when we got back too the room a very nice touch by the person who made the room up this morning thank you.

Booking was made on the strength of excellent stays at other Premier Inns. Had it been my first stay at PI it would certainly have been my last. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself was grubby with an air of being uncared-for. The restaurant was definitely not clean. Window-sills in the restaurant were dusty with some dead flies evident, picture frames were dirty, the glass shelves in the bar were very dusty, table legs, chair legs etc had been ignored for some time and showed it. Overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Only one lift was working and that one creaked and groaned like it was on it's last legs. Our stay was on one of the hottest days of the year, but the rooms were hot, the corridors were hotter and the lift was like an oven — I ended up carrying our cases (6 floors) down the stairs.

Had a lovely stay apart from the 1am wake up call from the idiots outside having a smoke, who obviously can’t take a drink. We were in room 303, window closed and still woken up by a group of lads this morning. Why the person on reception, who may have been made vanish by Harry Potter, didn’t stop this immediately I don’t know. We stop in many Premier Inns over the year and don’t tend to ever have a problem but this was ridiculous. The girl on reception this morning took our details but I don’t think she understood the point I was trying to make. And no I don’t want a refund.

Great place to stay for access to London by tube from stanmore which is about 3miles away. Staff at premier inn very helpful and on site restaurant very good.

Room was a good size, comfy bed and good food. Only let down was TV in room only had about 5 channels that actually worked.

Stayed here for our visit to the FA cup final. Top class location. Very nice family room and superb food and service in the restaurant.

I'm a truck driver and on May bank holiday weekend I was working nights so sleeping during the day. It was just far far far too hot to sleep in the lorry, after thinking what to do I saw this Premier Inn across Road. Life saver! Hadn't stayed in a Premier in for years and wasn't expecting much for £39 but I was pleasantly surprised. They have refitted them in a very nice way, room was cool and comfortable and everything spotlessly clean, good TV, tea and coffee facilities, bath as well as shower. Will happily stay in Premier Inns again.

Great stay here. The room appeared to be newly refurbished would of liked a king size bed in such a large room but your given all the usual premier Inn offerings, TV, Air con, en suite. The staff were very polite and we had a nice chat with them on arrival. In the evening we sat in the bar and enjoyed a couple of ciders. The price is fairly expensive but it's what I expected. The parking is behind a barrier so you need the code to get out, be sure to ask for it when you leave! Overall a good stay ideal for those visiting Harry Potter studio tour near by.

Came with a large group of people and the staff dealt with it amazingly. Nice rooms and good food.

Only had a meeting in foyer and a coffee but no complaints. Plenty of tables and plugs for laptops.

Usual premier Inn rooms, food good. In an industrial park, so views of car park the best you'll get!

Modern hotel. Big rooms. Large TV. As you would expect from a Premier Inn. Comfy and nice.

Ive stayed here a few times now. Always clean and the restaurant staff are great. Restaurant does get very busy on some occasions so we found ourselves eating earlier to avoid the rush. Not alot around the hotel so not many options to eat elsewhere.

Clean, well sized rooms with nice en suite bathroom. Friendly staff and good service. Good breakfast served from 7am. Parking available on site for a small charge.

The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and in very good shape. The lifts were slightly worrying as they made strange noises and moved unsteadily but I didn't feel unsafe. Recommended if you find yourself in Borehamwood.

I was there on a business trip. Cosy rooms with comfortable bed. Nice and helpful staff Breakfast well stocked and the restaurant serves good dishes.

Rooms were perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable and cosy. Evening food was restaurant worthy and breakfast was worth the money. Staff were extremely present and helpful throughout our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

We paid £94 for one night (21/9) so this isn't budget in my book. One of the two lifts was out of order the whole time we were there, the waste bin contained waste from the previous guest, and the "free unlimited" Wi-Fi continually dropped out so was useless. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We won't be going back — The place fell short on too much.

Fantastic hotel and in a perfect location… just off the M1 and m25… ideal if your visiting London but don't want to pay the inner city prices… on sign parking… We stayed as two adults 2 children and one 10 month old the hotel provided a crib… th hotel room was spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The rooms are spacey and comfortable. The food is also very nice and the staff are brilliant. Vasi and Corina are absolute superstars! Big ups! -Boris.

Family room up to expectations. Clean and very roomy. Very quiet. Good breakfast. Parking was extra… £3 per car. Very good value all round and highly recommended. Very convenient for Warner Bros studio tour (20 mins away)

This is a wonderful Hotel. Great Service. Good beds, the only problem was the AC in my room wasn't working. I left it on for the whole day but still didn't work.

Easy to find. Ridiculous £3 charge for parking in hotel car park. Car park was really small. Rooms were decorated to a really high standard and maintained extremely well. Thick duvet was disappointing due to it being one of the hottest days of the year.

Easy to find. Ample parking which is charged a £3 a day. The staff are friendly and helpful — nothing seemed to much trouble. Card key required for access to lifts and rooms. Rooms we're very clean an comfortable. Free Wifi kept the children happy.

Well, I have to admit if I had the time again I wouldn't book this particular premier Inn again.
Firstly the room stunk of weed (marajuana). New room given.
Next food. Totaly and utterly a waste of money we paid for the evening meal and breakfast and the evening meal was a total wash out. Burnt chips, sirloin steak you could sole shoes with.
Breakfast was ok but could of done with being a little warmer.

This premier Inn realy needs to up its game. By far the poorest run one I have stopped in. Very disappointed.

Standard modern premier Inn with lovely Thyme restaurant, however dinner was slightly disappointing. Had the mixed grill and all the meat was overdone, breakfast was excellent though so 4 starts this time.

Good location, room could be cleaner and was too hot with no air conditioning (or was broken). Check in was a rushed procedure but staff were generally polite and attentive.

Very happy with this hotel. All the high standards that we are used to at Premier Inns. HOWEVER, it would have been a huge help, had we been notified that the chambermaid had found a pair of trousers and a cardigan in our room after we had left. After all they did have both our email address and telephone number. We did eventually realise where it had to be, but I still think that a bit of proactively would have been a good idea.

As with every Premier Inn I've stayed in the standards are consistent. The family room was a spacious size with a queen sized bed and 2 singles. Bathroom had a shower and bath, was clean and contemporary. Breakfast was good and at staff were polite, helpful and keen to make sure we were happy.

A great place to come and have a drink. I wish there were more seats. It tends to get really busy in the evening on their happy hour time. 2 drinks for the price of one. Food is good but it doesn't match the price at all. Friendly staff when you find them. Good parking availability. For the restaurant food only seats, you must reserve your seat before.

Good, clean, modern. Happy hour at the bar, 2 for 1 in the evenings. Quite room, slept like the dead.

Unable to gain entrance to car park due to Road being resurfaced. Staff knew about planned work yet failed to inform guests. Not the best start to stay after several hours of driving with children. Then to be allocated a room that was facing the road works made for an eventful night, not in a good way. However breakfast was great.

Good food, good drink, good night's sleep.

The restaurant was pleasant and the staff nice and friendly. I'm a returning customer and will continue to be.

My wife and I stayed for one night on Saturday, 18th April 2015. The room was of a very high standard and the staff were courteous and extremely helpful.

Stayed there many times and never had any issues. The staff is really friendly and helpful :) Also the hotel is really clean and tidy :).

Clean tidy and great staff. Slightly more attentive to the bar than the reception/check-in desk, but other than that had a great stay. Food is pricey but taste is good.

We stayed couple of times with crew film in premier Inn the price is very fair and staff are very helpful. My room was clean and comfortable.
