I have recently stayed at the Radcliffe Guest House and felt compelled to leave a review. It’s rare in these times to receive an excellent all round service from hotels. But this is certainly the case with the Radcliffe. The owners are friendly, adaptable and cannot do enough for their guests. The room was well ventilated, was beautifully furnished and Was found to be extremely clean. The shower isn’t the most powerful — but blame Triton the shower manufacturer not the hosts. Breakfast was tasty and delivered hot. Coffee fresh from the cafetière. I was not able to take a taxi to Hereford this morning due to poor availability of taxis and sensing my stress levels — the owner offered to take me (for a fee of course). What company in this day and age offers such customer service? Maybe they aren’t the biggest of the hotels in Ross on Wye, but after staying at other larger ones previously I can say in my opinion — they are the best. A keeper for me and I’ll be staying again in October 2018. (if I can get a room now I’ve been singing their praises)
Another visit to our favour guest house. Very clean and relaxing place to stay. Andy and Beth are the perfect host and the breakfast is brilliant.

This place is lovely. Our room overlooked the river Wye and was very comfortable. It was a b&b and breakfast was superb well cooked and filling with a good choice.
