It's ok it's clean but small and the staff are friendly and possibly the best on the polygon.

This guest house was recommended and I was delighted by its central location for the city centre and a couple of minutes from Southampton Central station. I was looked after by Harry and he was an excellent host. The room was comfortable, clean and good value and Harry's breakfast will set you up for the day. I will return for my next trip.

The staff are so lovely and warm and friendly, room is just right for me. Breakfast is good. Perfect placement in Southampton, close to major shops and travel routes.

Stayed at the City Park Guest House overnight as I was attending a gig at the Talking Heads the same day. Turns out the B&B was right next to the venue! Anyway, staff were super nice and welcoming, was more than happy with the room (bed was perfect for me) and breakfast this morning was beaut. The main thing I liked about this place was that it was modest and easy attempting to be a super reserved hotel (like the place I stayed at yesterday). Only real complaint is that the room wasn't completely spotless but since I'm not a contender on 4 in a Bed, that doesn't really bother me too much. Overall, I was rather impressed with the place and would stop here again if I'm at another gig in the future!

This is a very layed back comfortable, clean family atmosphere I've been staying here for 2 months and look forwards to coming back, the landlady is just like your mate, thanks christine.

Lovely welcoming owners. Clean and well presented. Parking was really awkward as it was all permit outside, though no fault of the owners.

Perfect central location, owner is really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Parking is on street and can be a bit pot luck but there is a permit available and they do everything possible to accommodate you.

Does what it says on the tin. Extremely happy with my stay. Stayed in a twin with my son when we came down to watch Southampton V Swansea. The room small but cosy and clean and the beds were really comfy, had a good sleep after a bad game. Definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
