Small boutique hotel with a very large parking lot. You will find a typical English house. Narrow and highly built. The rooms are individually decorated and clean. The size of the room was sufficient. We had a small desk with stool next to the bed and a small sofa standing in the Zinmer. The bed was large and comfortable, so pleasant sleeping was possible. In the room there was coffee/tea including sugar/milk as well as two small bottles of water. Breakfast was adequate. In addition to fruit (small selection) and cornflakes (different varieties) you could order toast, eggs and the classic English breakfast. For 1-2 nights ok.

Such a lovely boutique hotel. Modern furnishings, clean and lovely staff. Gorgeous breakfast.

We loved our 2 night stay. Our room was immaculate, clean, stylish. The blonde lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming. Lots of choice on the breakfast menu plus fresh fruit and cereal. If we are ever in the area again, I'd definetly stay again.

Had a lovely stay here during a very cold February weekend. Hotel was warm and inviting and staff were lovely.

Nice room, no views. Friendly staff very helpful. We didn't visit the fine dining or gastro pub but they look beautiful. Will do the next time.

Ended up paying out £132 last year for valentines day on an executive king room with shower. Nothing executive about it. A dull room with a horrible mattress. Smelt of wood and a window that looked out to an alleyway. Didn't bother with the breakfast as we couldn't even sleep and people walking around above us from the reception. Seriously your better off in a travel lodge. Even when we complained we heard nothing back. Never again. Really wish I kept the photos. Only remembered to do this review because of valentines coming up.

Friendly welcoming and accommodating staff, off road parking, lovely room and breakfasts what more could anyone ask for. We loved it and would be happy to recommend. We were close to amenities and the sea, lovely.

A boutique hotel with staff who really care; rooms of unique design which are clean comfortable and well fitted out. Shower room or bath available with boutique cosmetics and gels. Large car park and easy access to bus, taxi and the beach only a short distance away. Has its own gastro pub with extensive menu that will satiate even the most discerning palate. Quiet but with attentive staff who go to great lengths to ensure you have a good experience.

Overpriced and underwhelming, we were booked into an executive room for our wedding night. It cost £175, the room was small with boring decor. Breakfast took so long we had to leave without eating it, the manager was more concerned with whether we were cancelling our order than the fact we had been waiting so long. Rude and disappointing : (

UPDATE** BE WARNED! Because I left the objective review of the size of the room I was given and the price they charged for it, I was removed from the hotel. This is how they value customer opinion *** Room 4 is literally 6ft by 8ft, too small to open the door fully. Not suitable for disabled or anyone over 6ft or 14stone. Too small for a cupboard, just 5 hangers on the wall. Too small for a door on the ensuite, Im spending the night lieing in the bed touching distance of the toilet! Hotel wouldnt refund as I had mistakenly prepaid. I paid an astonishing £68 per night and this was good value because of "the toiletries and decoration" Their offer was "i could sit downstairs all evening if I wished, they would even clear a table for me" They might be able to move me to another room for the further nights, but at my cost It might be a decent hotel but they really dont understand customer service. This isnt a room any genuine quality hotel would sell and certainly not for this price. Honestly, think of the size of a service elevator and thats actually it.

Hotel looked lovely but unfortunately had to cancel and lost £30, the receptionist was so rude and didn't care for the genuine reason we had to book and took them over two weeks to actually refund the money after taking the whole amount!

My Wife and I stayed here on our wedding night. The room was really nice with a personal touch/feel to it. We only stayed there one night as we were flying the next day but will always recommend this place to anyone. It would have been nice to stay there a couple of nights because it felt very relaxing here and and staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very nice and and the room was very clean and spacious. I've only put good down for facilities because I was only there over night I didn't check anything out. One of the reasons I choose this place was also the free parking. Lovely stay.
