Staff were all really lovely and helpful, gorgeous apartment with everything you need supplied, and we got upgraded to a bigger room for free so definitely no complaints.

Was lush clean, well looked after would defo stay here again ❤

Stayed here last night. Got an email this morning saying we had been smoking in the apartment which we hadn’t. They attached pictures of DRIED tobacco saying that was evidence that we had smoked in the apartment. Surely would be ash not DRY tobacco? We had a balcony therefore no need for us to smoke inside anyway! Also a picture of a full cigarette which had fallen in a drink which is again apparently proof we had smoked in there. … Make up false evidence just to keep your security deposit!

The apartment was very spacious, it was clean and had everything we needed. It was a bit on the expensive side for 1 nights stay but it was worth it. My only complaint was that our bedroom overlooked a small courtyard which was apparently the back of the Comedy Store. People were coming out the back door shouting and talking loud into the early hours with no respect for others. Not the landlords fault but was annoying.

We stayed her the May Bank Holiday weekend and the location is perfect for walking into the city for bars, food, shopping etc. It was easy to find, but the parking is a 5 min walk away, so with heavy bags it's a little tough. The apartments were spacious and the beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. However the sofa beds were not very comfortable at all. Having said that, after a night out they were certainly more appealing than the floor. The showers were lovely and the kitchen well equipped. Would definitely recommend for a groups of friends looking for a central location and within walking distance of Piccadilly Gardens and the Arndale.

Great place, staff friendly. Lovely apartment, only complaint is the noise from the pub behind the building but I suppose this can't be helped. Would stay here again.

I stayed here with a group of friends only last week for 4 nights and we couldn’t have been made more comfortable or welcomed, our penthouse apartment was beautiful, loads of space and spotless clean. Staff were lovely and friendly too. Would highly recommend.

Lovely clean and spacious room. All the amenities you could possibly need, windows that actually open, good heating, a lovely bath/shower and a great location. All the staff were great, very warm and welcoming. Ideal location for a small family or a couple of friends on a weekend away.

This is a very good hotel for the city centre, the rooms are extremely large, we had 2 bedrooms, a lounge, dining room and bathroom. There was a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. We were also lucky enough to have a penthouse which had a balcony. The only downside is there is no parking, however there is a public car park just behind the hotel which about £10 per day.

Lovely staff. Convenient position. What a wonderful. Diverse city. Will definitely be back and stay here.

Somehow no ventilation at the toilets. Sofas very uncomfortable.

We booked in last minute after we were unable to continue our journey on the m62 (thanks "beast from the east"). We had two tired kids in tow, but the reception was very friendly and understanding and the apartment was great. The kids were thrilled " so fancy! ". We had a great meal at nearby Brazilian restaurant and fantastic coffee and pastries at the nearby General Store. A perfect refuge from the storm.

I always book here from now on every time I come to Manchester, I love will, Micheal and sunny for there hospitality and service they provide to us every time we come and we loved our stay Monday just gone :) if you ever get the chance of staying in their Fabulous penthouse, you need to experience it, such lovely apartments here and great location for the gay scene too. My only disappointment is that “Will” was our first greeting to the apartments and sad to see him go part time to directline where I think he is a peoples person and was born for hospitality but glad he is still working there. Can’t wait for our next stay which will be March time now.

I was so looking forward to seeing these apartments and I wasn't disappointed. The staff were welcoming and friendly and I will stay there again. I have just one negative and that is the settees they look tired and tatty and let down the look of the apartment. John.

Pictures were accurate check in and out was straight forward. Room was warm and comfortable. Will stay here again for overnight trips.

All very slap dash! Carpets really rough. These apartments could be really nice if a little more was invested in the quality of finish.

It's a little noisy with a window open due to the location but you can definitely get a good night here. Will definitely be returning and making it my regular place to stay when in Manchester.

Friends were staying for the weekend, like staying at a friends apartment, furniture and decor to a high standard and all appliances.

Brilliant stay good clean appartment fully equipped a little noisy at night but hey we are in a city the staff were so helpful will was great.

Clean, modern, great location. I personally found the bed and pillows a bit firm, but I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Stayed there the night of the Ariana grande concert — my friends were very close to the bomb and were traumatised. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They gave us water, and offered us our apartment as long as we needed as we were worried we couldn't get back to cardiff. The gentleman in the office overnight was so kind and helpful, as were the people in the daytime. Being able to rest in a beautiful apartment and being treated so wonderfully by such kind people really made our lives so much easier on what was a really difficult time. I can't recommend them enough.

Stayed in the penthouse Saturday night was great. Loved the room got everything you need. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend to stay here.

My sister booked a room out for new years eve'14. When I got the the security guard was advising me and my intoxicated friend to leave, but we wanted to spend the night upstairs with our mates, so we eventually convinced him to let us in, because there was still room for us. This place has a beautiful view of the busy roads attached to Oldham road. The.

In a perfect location, lovely bedroom with comfy beds and the food was amazing. The staff were great and very informative.

At the biginning bad reception and they are not committed to providing bookings As they were not friendly and it seems to me they're rough.

Friendly staff with 24 hour desk. Excellent facilities, a real home from home. Well placed for the quirky bars, cafes and tea tons of the northern quarter. Thoroughly recommended.

If I could I would give them 10 out of 10 my names jazz gill and I have stayed there on two occasions. I would like to say how friendly the staff are. Right through from booking with Edward and checking in with james and adam the experience was absolutely fantastic. They really do care and I would like to say a big big thanks for making my stay enjoyable. All serviced apartments are very clean and kept clean to a high standard. Cant wait to come back again very soon. Thanks guys for everything.

Great place to stay — home from home! Well furnished, very comfortable. Bathrooms could do with a bit of care, but apart from that i'd recommend to all. Staff are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure guests are satisfied.
