Clean, but TINY! Having to squat and tuck my knees in the sink to wash my face in the sink was a challenge. Knees touch opposite wall when sat on toilet… my non smoking room was not quite non smoking as people were smoking in the central courtyard directly next to the window. No air con, or would have closed… too warm for that. Room furniture requires a small bit of tlc (doors not aligned, chest of drawers broken) blown bulbs, etc…. Won't be coming back, 2 stars given due to cleanliness.

Nice and polite staff. Very good equipped although very small rooms. Freezer, fridge, microwave oven, and basically everything you need. Very small bathrooms.

Charming little hostel, rooms are quaint and in a great location to see the city of London. Would recommend.

Great location. Quiet. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Good enough beds. Kitchen is really nice to have even if you have no intention of cooking.

The first time we came here it was lovely. Big room, kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and very spacious. Our visit this weekend has been very different. The room is so small you can bearly move in it. Your knees touch the wall when you are on the toilet, it's so cramped. There were crumbs in the bed which was a bit annoying, and the room above us had such creaky floors, we could hear them all night long. But on the bright side the shower was lovely. And as usual, the guy at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Despite our room this time, it won't stop us from coming, as our first visit was lovely and we still had a good time this weekend.

The apartments are in a very quiet area but very well connected and near the center. The room as he says the world is tiny but very functional has everything, and to rest there for the night is great. The heating is very good does not nothing happens to you cold or make you lack blankets and in the bathroom there are several tarritos of shampoo and gel that depending on the days that you are enough and you don't have to take anything the towels will change if you let them down but don't clean the room. In addition to near at the stop of Warren Street to the metro there are a few supermarkets where you can buy EVERYTHING for cooking in the apartamentito though I would cook a lot because you can smell it but what is oven and microwave perfect.

The smallest room imposile, no hygiene, worms in the toilet, I have seen dolls houses with the largest bathroom, the bed broken and incliada to one side, the sink is not suitable for people taller than 1, 50m. And so everything else… I do not recommend. (For that price you expect something better).

Good location, very small environment.

Great location and very comfortable for the price with everything you need. Much better value than equivalently priced hotels with some good basic kitchen facilities for a few days away. Wi-Fi also worked well.

Clean, convenient location position.

Great place to stay near Euston station. Within walking distance of lots of great places to eat. Clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful.

Very well located few meters away from Euston underground station. We were having the last and 3rd floor quiet, but there is no lift to get up and be aware stairs are not really easy ones. Rooms/apt are around 15m2 but really nicely organized. Stand mirror, closet, hair dryer, fan, foldable chair, small table next to the bed and kitchen whit all the necessary cooking set. Perfect for a short stay!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable. A but… the bathroom too small.

Not like pics. Grimy and the room STUNK — literally. Lights flickered, TV remote broken. The lone star is because it is in a convenient location. Learn from me, unless you only plan to spend a few minutes per day in the place max, spend a bit more money and stay in a better place.

Convenient yet quiet location near Euston, clean and generally well equipped studios of varying size and shape, comfortable though ventilation can be limited, no air conditioning. Reception friendly and helpful though not 24/7.

A few steps from the Metro with the Euston, and 5min from the train station, very comfortable, small but confortable rooms equipped with microwave, sink and coffee table. Common outdoor Area with very comfortable small garden.

Small and clean hotel with very Little rooms. Good Prices.

Hotel soundproofing is not good, the door to speak clearly, the hotel around there is a bar, very noisy at night, lived five nights every day is very noisy. Police car ambulances are also often heard nearby. The kitchen is not bad, but it can't make up for the noisy problem.

This is the better of the studios, studio4let owns. The rooms here have air-conditioning and just feel a bit bigger. Overall the rooms were clean, the location was good. The room was secure. You can't go wrong.

Clean, tidy, convenient to train stations and easy to walk to city or Camden. Would stay again if ever back in London.

Lovely room, good facilities, in a nice area. Staff all friendly and professional.

Those tiny flats are really great. They are located close to saint pancras and to the tube, the flats are not big but very clean and with everything you need inside. Highly recommended!

Just a great little spot to call home for a few days while touring around London. The staff was very pleasant, and rooms were immaculate. Highly recommend!

We had an ikea — styled, modern, well organized and small appartment. I really appreciated the cleanliness. In 20 minutes walk you are in the soho, it is a very good deal for its price. I would recommend it.

Stayed here a couple of years back. It was a nice place. Had an issue with the heater, but they got it fixed quickly. It is much smaller than it looks in the photographs though. Overall, it was good.

Mattress was the worst ever. Not only was it saggy, it was so worn I that the springs dug into me. The door didn't stop any noise from the hallway, maybe because of the large gap between it and the floor. Each night I had to listen to the people upstairs moving around because, I imagine, their floorboards were squeakier than mine. Three very unpleasant, sleepless nights. Oh, and my room has no pots or pans for cooking. I told person at reception about mattress on departure and was received a (solitary) apology.

Great place for stay in London. Stay here for 4th times.

Everything as promised and much much better than regular hotels in the same price range.

Great location, good price.

A little disappointing compared to other apartments I've stayed in for a similar price. I had a basement room which was extremely warm, smelled a bit weird and was very small. Although clean the fit and finish was a bit tired, for example the TV was partially hanging off the wall. I couldn't report it as it only has a staff presence during certain hours of the day. The bathroom was a bit laughable, it was so small, and the toilet wedged so close to the shower, that I had to sit sideways on it to fit on. The sink was very low to fit in, with a glass shelf above it at bending over height, ouch.
