Location is good. Service was also good. The place does feel very old. Room was very small. Breakfast was good. I'd use it for a work trip again, but if I had more budget I'd try and find another place.

Rooms so small don't try to walk past each other. No air con so melted during the heatwave in June. Breakfast and staff lovely. Handy for train stations and local pubs. Expensive as well.

The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Close to the station, direct metro line to Heathrow Airport, an hour's drive to the terminals. Good Internet.

Good situation. The only highlight was the breakfast. The price of the room too expensive for what it is and the bathroom better not talk, lots of smell of humidity and if you measure more than 1, 60 you have it raw for showering. The attention was good but a hotel should offer better room for that price. London is London…

Made an idiotic mistake and booked a non-refundable room the week after I intended. I called up 4 minutes after making the booking to see if anything could be worked out. I was told this was impossible and that they would not refund, cancel, or even amend my booking. Look, it was my fault about the room booking, however, the room could have been re-advertised merely minutes later. They have taken £75 from me for holding a reservation for less than 10 minutes. There's a difference between not being able to refund somebody and not wanting to refund somebody and making a disgusting profit. They are an inconsiderate business so be alert in case they try and pull any similar scams to make money!

Located near the railway station and subway station, walk to the subway or train station or bus stop for about 5 minutes, the location is very good breakfast, English breakfast, but also on-site production, hot breakfast, the quality of the meal is very good disadvantage is a small bed, small room, the bathroom is smaller, often hands will touch the wall and glass.

We came from Malta and after last year that we visit it we want to try it again, Great service, the staff are very nice, even it's small but it is very nice and comfortable and clean hotel, it's very near to the station really recommended.

Stayed here for three nights rooms are very small but the cleanliness is AMZING and the staff all so friendly Breakfast was very tasty location fantastic if room was a week bit bigger would be five stars.

Extremely, rude Nosy Reception Staff At night make sure which buzzer to ring, there are three and only one works. The reception guy is a heavy sleeper… please don't disturb! Grumpy, Extremely, rude bad listners Tiny small rooms that Small Cabins in a boat are more comfortable than these rooms. Bathrooms are too small! The shower is a serious joke! The bathroom door doesn't close properly and there a humidity problem! Apart from the breakfast staff there's nothing worth mentioning, I am afraid! I think the star rating is away too much exaggerated compared to other ⭐⭐⭐ Hotels. Oh I forgot to mention the price. It was too expensive and very exaggerated.

Very handy for Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston, British Library just down the road. Good pub next door. Breakfast good. However, the room was cramped, the bed too small and the lack of aircon made for a couple of uncomfortable nights in July.

Good location and room, nice breakfast included. They charged our card before arrival but the booking said 'on arrival'. Would have given 4 stars but the receptionist was unconcerned when we mentioned we'd been charged too early.

Noise all through the night. Slamming doors, creaky floorboards. Not on in this day and age.

The hotel was acceptable, however, the manager I met was quite objectionable and extremely rude. I booked a double room which turned out to be extremely small, room number 37 was only fit to be a single room. If they can market them as doubles it obviously makes lots more money. The rooms were very dated and tired. Not to be recommend, only to someone I didn't like Klaus Phol.

I don't mind about small room as long as it's comfortable. The bed is small but firm and steady. The shower is too small to be honest. I'm an Asian woman and I don't even have enough space to turn around once I'm in that tiny box. Imagine a man try to get in there. There is no air conditioning in all room', only a fan. You will need to open the window to get some breeze. If you stay on the lower floor, it quite loud from the street and from the people at the bar on the first floor. Staff is not friendly, period. To sum up, I'll not stay here next time I'm in London. The price is not cheap for this room, I can get more comfortable somewhere else in the same price. I guess I wouldn't mind that much if the staffs are friendly and helpful, but they are not.

Went there in March stayed 3 days 2nites. Location was the main reason. Very near to all major transportation. Room was small but overall experience pleasant. I am from Singapore and the receptionist worked there bfore so he was quite friendly. Would recommend friends for short stopover stay anytime.
