Great location, comfortable bed and helpful staff.

A lovely place in Kensington. Convenient and near amenities. Room is nice and functional.

Worst hotel ever. My wife’s La Mer and Chanel cream was taken from the bottle. The overall damage was more than £500 and the staff could not do anything. My family have stayed at hotels around this areas many time and nothing ever happened. This is the worst thing that could ever happened when you stay at 4-star hotel. Avoid this place!

Fantastic room friendly staff on the desk is close by to shops cafe bus and trains super clean and even has a small kitchen I’ll be coming here again.

Lousy heating service. We have to call every night to turn on the heater which is simply ridiculous during winter. Worse of all, it gets turned off automatically at 12 midnight which got us freezing. We cooked our breakfast but The living room stinks of food even after days of housekeeping. All the hospitality service which should be ‘automatic’ is not auto. So much for Fraser’s reputation.

I travel a lot to all parts of the world and I can honestly say this is the worst hotel experience I have had in a decade. Rude and useless staff, rooms which are sub standard and noisy, breakfast is terrible. Do not ever stay here! Great location but there are many hotels nearby you can stay. Do not pick Fraser Suites Queens Gate!

It's a place where they haven't heard about safe & healthy Policy. Some of the rooms have Live covers of the light plates. (102-second floor). No return ventilation at all, some of the vents in the bathrooms are connected direct to light switch, no ground on bedside lamps, false path testing stickers. If I continue, it will take me ages. One of the worst and dangerous places I ever been.

I stayed for some time in Fraser Suites Abuja where the service and facilities are of a very high standard. That is why I was a little disappointed by some faults in the service of the Fraser Suites Queens Gate. I had to ask to the staff to make again my bedroom because they did not fix it properly. During the breakfast buffet something was always missing (forks, water, coffee…). Guests had to stand continually from their table to ask for these things to be brought in. In the other hand I must say that the hotel has an excellent position in a nice and very central area. The price is convenient and the staff is very friendly. All in all my stay was pleasant.

In the heart of South Kensington I felt at home. A quiet and cozy place with super well-equipped studios — including a washer and dryer — comfortable, clean and close to two metro points, buses in front, trade and super markets in the surroundings. I've been there twice and I'll be back every time I pass through London. Recommend!

Staff are very helpful and respond quickly to requests. Nice large rooms with modern appointments. A nice place to call home when travelling. Very convenient location.

This hotel basically ruined my high regard for Fraser Suites! There were so many poor experiences here that I would have to recharge my phone to communicate all. 1. Room wasn't cleaned for the 3 days I stayed there! The house cleaner would clean then room after 2pm after we were out all morning then asked if she could come back. 2. No Wi-Fi for the full 3 days, this is completely unacceptable as a business provider. 3. Wouldn't provide room servic coffee, the front desk indicated that they wouldn't bring coffee to the room and that I would need to go to the breakfast provided on the ground floor. 4. Requested an Iphone charger from the front desk and the male Indicated that they couldn't provide it and I would need to get one from the local store. These are only a couple of examples, but the feedback is very bad. I would strongly recommend not staying here. There are far better hotels close by.

This trip we had some problems. Quite many I think. But the hotel did all they could and really helped us out. Friendly staff and there service was the best. The room we had. The water pressure in the shower was really bad. So bad that u almost couldn’t take a shower. But I think the hotel deserve 5 stars. So 5 stars it is. Thank u for everything!

Great facility, lovely room with great location. Only issue I had was you could totally hear the people walking in the room above. It woke me up and kept me awake sadly.

Superb and. Functional. Just small. Flat. One problem: Water cut off when we got back after dinner on a Saturday night. Shower postponed. I would have liked to be made aware when I came home.

We were in the executive loft suite and it was nice! The furnishings were really new. The only downside is that because it is a loft, the heat from the heater makes sleeping up top unbearable. Sleep downstairs if you can't take the heat! The sofa bed also isn't the best…

Very nice hotel/apartments. I stayed in the slightly larger room which includes a very large bed (king size? ), couch, large TV, desk, dining table, fully fitted kitchen — and underfloor heating which is so nice during the colder days. Nice and modern decor and furnishings, immaculate condition, friendly staff. Highly recommended — I've already booked another 2 night stay.

Very nice rooms and facilities. Quite limited breakfast options. Good rooms. Our room was quite small but nice decore and very functional and with a balcony with great space outside. Good service. Good location in Gloucester road.

Great location — neighborhood clean and quite, metro station is literally 5 min away walking. The metro line brings you direct to the airport. The hotel is modern with clean facilities. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is breakfast — it’s quite poor for the price you pay (10 pounds)

My husband and I have recently spent 12 nights at this lovely hotel. The hotel was great, location superb and staff amazing. The hotel is extremely close to the Gloucester Rd Tube and great pubs and eateries a very short walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The amenities in the room were great with a kitchenette and washing machine. Still trying to work out the dryer however, the towel warmer worked a treat for drying jeans! The only disgruntlement was the lounge. Very old and tacky and when we would sit on it we were touching the metal frame underneath. Housekeeping did resolve it by putting doona underneath… all in all it was a lovely location for 12 nights!

My overall experience of Fraser Suites Queens gate has been memorable and enjoyable. Efficient, polite and courteous staff. Lovely property with cozy apartments. Attention to details in the apartment is commendable, with a well stocked kitchen, clean and nice bathroom and all the necessary amenities. Location is a great advantage to all the travellers. My only concern in the apartment is the water pressure in the over head shower. It needs improvement as the low pressure of water eats up a lot of time while taking a bath. Rest everything else is perfect hence no complaints. My requests were taken into consideration at the time of booking and I am really grateful to the hotel staff for providing the same. The atmosphere is very reassuring and comforting, it felt like a home away from home. So kudos for that as well.

This place, even though not cheap at all, gave a very bad service, had cold water at the shower and was way too old fashioned. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Stayed here for 3 nights recently while we were in London. Staff were great and the room was very comfortable and well equipped for our purposes. Great location with restaurants and tube station close by. Only issue we had was someone in the room above doing a lot of jumping about.

Large and clean room. Although they do not respect the sign of not disturbing. And it depends on the location of the room. Because it has many stair mezzanines.

One of my favorite experiences, thanks to the staff they're friendly and housekeepers too, one of them is cute she always says hi haha, but the only issue was the water. It's too hot! But you'll get used to it hope that's fixed by now though. ALSO INTERNET IS GREAT for anyone that's wondering.

THE frasers suites Queens gate are very well situated, near highpoints of London. THE check in was okay, no more or less. We had room 413, Good for a stay of 2 nights. The shower is indeed a problem, water too cold or too hot. Please checkout the refrigerator, very dirty below. Very comfortable beds!
Breakfast is okay and the lady on the 17th of march very friendly and helpfull.
The bar is not really inviting, it's rather cold to sit there and the lady at the bar was not very professional, lack of the english language.
Will we come back, probably yes, because of the good location.

Very disappointing experience. Plumbing issues meant only scalding hot water in shower for 2 days and then noisy boiler caused us to have to move rooms in the middle of the night. Night staff were apathetic and did not even utter a cursory apology. Required us to request to speak to the manager on the day we checked out to actually get an apology or recognition of the poor service / issues which you do not expect at a hotel in this area of London.

Lovely hotel, well located to Gloucester St underground station. Had everything I needed for 7 nights. Good closet space, well stocked kitchen area with table and chairs, plenty of bathroom storage, inoffensive bath products. Helpful, pleasant staff. Not 5 stars because mattress and pillowes were way to hard for me.

Excellent staff, location and service. I recommend this place for both businesstravel and family vacations. The price to service ratio is excellent. Will visit again.

1) Aircon rattles every 15 minutes Complaints to staff no response 2). Given a room with handicap toilet on checking in Requested for a change but was told no available rooms till next day This in spite of the fact I made the booking 3 weeks earlier Was told by front office to request for a non handicap toilet next time.

Very nice room, great night's sleep. But couldn't get hot water from the shower.

The staff was outstanding and always looking for ways to make our stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and frequently serviced. The location was pleasant and convenient to all transport.

Air conditioning pipes banged every 30 minutes even when turned off. When complained to reception at 11pm they were not suprised and said it's the pipes: (I was in a corner room and it was noisy from outside traffic. I would not recommend.

Big, modern room in a central location. What more can you really ask for? :-).
