Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, always smiling and willing to help. Lovely rooms and the garden is a wonderful touch. Only breakfast provided, not dinner, but some fab eateries just around the corner. Afternoon tea, glass of champagne at 6pm, hot chocolate mid evening and a well stocked honesty bar add to its charm. Will go back as also great location just off Sloane Square for tubes and Uber. Thank you

A hidden gem… a home away from home. Cosy and unique, one of the most comfortable boutique hotels in London. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, the facilities are warm and the stay will be truly unforgettable.

We are having our last night at the Draycott tonight and what a wonderfull surprise. Perfect location outside of the traffic yet close enough to everything that matters in London. Comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpfull staff with great little restaurants scattered around the hotel. The Village Ridge Boutique Hotel in Pretoria, South Africa is a similar niche luxury stay. With such nice offerings, the branded chains are sure to lose some regular business!

Had a nice stay here. Staff very receptive and rooms very clean however bed was a tad small and the room fridge didnt work.

We loved the quaintness and the amazing staff at the Draycott. We live in Surrey and have lived in London before and know the town very well. We decided to stay in Chelsea as we are looking to move back town in Chelsea and thought a new experience at a boutique hotel would be a nice change from larger hotels like the Mandarin etc… We had an issue the first night because the heat was not working in our room when I checked in during the afternoon. Unfortunately the technician was gone for the day. The only complaint is that everyone somewhat avoided my request to change rooms and never addressed that query. A couple of different people came up to tell me it was in fact cold in the room and did not seem to be working However, they did come up with space heaters to our suite. The following day our heat was fixed and the room was warm. The staff are VERY friendly and welcoming. They try to make the hotel fell like a home which it very much did. There are definitely renovations happening and I can see where they are needed. One thing I will note is this… they have an area where all of these travel guides and cards are displayed. I would advise to not have these displayed as they do make things seem a bit on the tacky side. Having these discretely put in the back office and available for tourists looking to explore is far more appealing. We shall definitely try staying here again as we house hunt.

We go here every year and it's magical each time. More staircases than Hogwarts but it's just wonderful at Christmas. Highly attentive staff and lovely decor and rooms.

Outstanding stay. Very quaint. Very British.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff were very friendly. I was allocated what I considered to be a child's bedroom at the top of the building. It had a small single bed complete with a teddy bear! For £200 a night it represented poor value in my opinion.

Very handy for Cadogan Hall and the Sloane Square end of the Kings Road. We arrived to find we'd been upgraded to a very palatial room with sitting area, much appreciated. Great breakfast, excellent service, really helpful staff. This is an up-market area of London and the Draycott's not an inexpensive place to stay, but save up your booking web site loyalty points; everyone should do this at least once.

Great hotel! Great location near Sloane Square (right by it, a blocks walk) where you have the subway station, many bus options and some great stores. Staff was perfect and so acomodating! My room was very good and clean. I loved te decoration and thought into every little detail. Do not miss in the PM: tea at four, champagne at six and hot chocolate at nine :)

Amazing quite location for the heart of London. Incredible rooms and unsurpassed service. Honestly could not ask for more, my family has come here every Christmas for 5 years in a row now. Could not recommend this more.

Quaint & cosy with a great location.

A home nestled in the quiet community of amazing boutique hotel. Each room is unique and very comfortable. Every room has a writing Desk, a hotel must-have items for guests to leave a message, Message, thin, and a United States power outlets of 120 volts each). Wireless network very fast. Towels, toiletries and other stuff is very good, very comfortable.
