Decided to try a new hotel in London for a change. All I have to say is amazing! The owners are Italian, from Puglia and the Italian influence is very evident. Staff are lovely and the room we stayed in was amazing. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and Benedetto was a pleasure, he could not do enough for us. Definitely will be going back.

Well I want to highlight the attention of the staff, especially Rafaela and the guy who did not ask him the name that came to the night in two opportunities to help us with a lamp that did not work and with a question about the shower.
On the other hand, first time in 5 star hotel and it was acceptable. It went down many points the fact that I did not walk the bathtub in the room as I largely booked it for that, although I was warned before entering the room.
I was able to do the checkin at 11:30 and it is to highlight knowing that it is at three.

Superb staff. Friendly and helpful to the Nth. Very comfortable accommodation. Beautifully appointed sitting room. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

I stayed for 1 night as a last minute birthday treat. I had one of their junior suites. This place does not have a restaurant, so you mainly rely on room service, which was quite pricey. The room had a minibar and complimentary but no tea/coffee making facilities — usually come as standard in 5* hotels? The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. And it is in a very convenient location.

Generally nice hotel but heating seemed to be broken in our room making it very hot. Slightly dated but that's part of the charm.

Best experience after 4 weeks touring the world. San Domenico staff looked after all of our needs, even organizing a surprise birthday and sourcing a gift. Thank you team.

An outstanding hotel, that offers all the comfort and amenities of a five star hotel. The staff are extremely hospitable and efficient and the service is fabulous. I would highly recommend.
