There really are no amenities. The staff are lovely and the only positive. Property needs serious updating.

Place itself is good but I cannot understand why a hotel like this that is filled with contractors etc doesn’t do evening meals it’s crazy there is nowhere near to get food seem rediculous to me.

Excellent stay. Clean and comfortable rooms with all' comforts. Staff is verticale Kind and the breakfast is very good.

Location hard to get to from Gatwick airport, I took a train that was 40 min late and then a bus, and then walked for 15 min. 2 hours in total. Screaming people in the hall (no fault of the hotel but not nice), room overlooking a busy road. They could have given us a quiet room given that we were with a baby. Oversight on their part.

Stayed there to gain easy access to the London zoo and it did not disappoint! My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay.

Stay here all the time and have been doing for 4 years now. Great staff very friendly and the place is alway clean. I would recommend staying here and it is only 1mile to the tube.

This is located on busy highway into London from M1 gateway so it isn't quiet. Good place to take tube into centre of city just 15 minutes walk to Golders Green station and local restaurants. Free parking is a huge saving.

Staff very helpful for any clarification, breakfast very good to review wooden floors floating lights in room and minimal washbasin. Price and cleanliness OK.

Friendly and helpfull staff. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. The food was delicious with plenty of options. Within good distance of a train station.

Obviously no bidet and noisy air conditioning at night if you are a light sleeper and not as heavy as mine.

Excellent location with a free car park, just 5 miles from Central London. Comfortable clean room, very good food in the restaurant, and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend.

A little bit out of the centre, it takes about an hour and serves to use both the Metro and the buses. Very nice and clean hotel.

Great value hotel 40-50 mins from Westminster bus/underground. We managed to park in the hotel car park which was great. Rooms were good standard and comfy beds/pillows. Bathrooms were on the small side we had a 3 day stay and found all the staff to be very friendly. No e bar area for an end if day drink. Would stay here again.

Room was suppose d to be ready for 2pm, we arrive after 4pm and it hasn't been looked at. They then tell us they will send some up to do it. Checked the rooms at 5:30pm now one had touch it so chased front desk and was told it would be done now… Long story short we had to chase 3 times and it was cleaned until after 7:30pm. No manger to speak re complaint and th amount of noise outside our room was horrific. The actual hotel isn't to bad (has a weird plumbing/sewage smell throughout, which is stronger in certain places) but would not recommend due to the lack of service.

Stayed here the other week for my girlfriends 21st as we went to watch wicked, arrived 2 hours before the check in time but was allowed to check in with I thought was fantastic then we was shown to our room, the reception person carried our suitcases there, lovely modern room with fancy shower sky TV with all movies and sports included, all tea and coffee making station. Breakfast is also available if not booked in advance at the price of £10 pp which wasn’t bad as they was all you can eat with all English breakfast and Continental also fruit juice. A very modern and clean hotel with very friendly staff the only down side is the main road outside the hotel but I couldn’t hear it. I was that impressed whist I was staying there I also book this hotel for my next visit to London in February. Keep up the good work guys.

Decent hotel for the price, about a 15 minute walk to the nearest tube station, Golders Green. Rooms were comfy, though there was a slight musty smell, but I think that's due to a lack of ventilation. Breakfast was tasty with quite a bit of choice, from continental to full English buffet. Staff were friendly & attentive & there was free parking on a first come, first serve basis. I would happily recommend this hotel.

The entrance to the hotel is attractive and pleasant. The room my wife and I stayed in was quite nice with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and contemporary and the shower was very powerful — didn't want to get out… Parking is limited to a small car park (with an electric security gate) to the rear of the hotel and a few spaces to the front. After hours on street parking is free. The front desk staff, though polite, did not ask about our stay, etc. — this was a little disappointing. Also, if your room overlooks the dual carriageway (in the case of our son), then the road noise will be an issue. Despite having double glazed windows, it wasn't enough to create a quiet atmosphere in the room. Nevertheless, give them a try.

I am writing this review as I lay in one of their hotel rooms. I have just overhead 2 members of staff discussing my sisters and I outside of my hotel room. I not only found it unprofessional but disrespectful. The check out time is clearly stated as 12pm, so I am concerned that they find it acceptable to knock our door not long after 10 saying ‘I was checking if the room was empty yet’. This was more than a coincidence as I was just about to open the door to get breakfast and overhead them in front of my door saying ‘I wonder if they know check out is at 12’ whilst laughing very sarcastically. If we had overstayed the check out time and these comments were made that would have been remotely understandable. On my way out I will be requesting to speak to the manager. I don’t expect this kind of service for £148 a night.

I recently stayed for two nights at the Best Western Palm Hotel on Hendon Way. My stay was extremely comfortable, in a beautiful room with excellent facilities (including Sky TV). My stay was made really special however by the hotel's superb staff: Atricia and Paulina on the front desk went out of their way to ensure I was absolutely happy with my room. There is also an excellent young manager there (I believe his name is Brian) who was extremely attentive and keen to know if there was anything he could do to improve my stay. Lastly, the food in the restauant was absolutely delicious and good value for money. The waiter, Andi was another first rate member of staff. He was very attentive and put me instantly at ease (not always easy when you're dining alone). He had a wonderful sense of humour and made everyone in the restaurant laugh. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again on my next trip to London.

Very noisy, 20 minutes from a subway, parking lot too small for the number of rooms in the establishment. Decent price for London but still expensive for this hotel.

A bit far from the Metro but for the rest exceptional.

I can only say good things about this place. The rooms are big they also have sky in the rooms. There is a lockin car park out the back so your vehicle is nice and safe. Will definitely stay here again.

Not happy the corridors smelled of sewage and when I asked for the vegan option in the restaurant I was told they could only offer something from the side menu.

The cleanliness is ok, perfect is something else but for a trip totally suitable. Bus connection is Sufficient.

Hotel very clean and genialea facilities. You can't smoke in the rooms or you have Q pay 150 pounds fine.
The receptionist only speaks English, the letter is only in English… Nothing in another language and I guess there is different q but M seems a lack of respect and little dedication Q not this nothing prepared for tourism, when I went was full D people from all over the world not place Dreams.
The staff were very disease. Closed the kitchen at 21:30, we arrived at and 10-15, instead of telling us: "Look you can not anymore, excuse me" or something, we closed the Pyerta in the face Q plan not enter Q if not… The waitress came running and just said "excuse me. " Horrible!
If you go I hope Q only look for cleaning and order pq something else has not.

Absolutely lovely staff. Nothong was too much trouble! Excellent breakfast. Really comfy beds. Clean and fresh. Will most definately return.

A lot better than I expected quite frankly. I needed a place to crash booking last minute, the staff were really helpful and polite, there's a free hotel car park and the rooms are excellent too without costing an arm and a leg.

It served out purposes very well close to the M1 and only a short drive into the city. Once you enter the nice modern reception room was clean spacious and shower really nice. It's on a busy main road into London so you have to expect some noise. Rooms are double glazed so nouse level was acceptable. Definately will be returning.

Well appointed — common areas spacious & tidy. Service natural' in particular bar food well prepared and good/attractive; bar popular! Car parking tight but sufficed — a relief!

Great hotel on the main road.

Not a terrible hotel but our room was a small reccently refurbished one and the bed was short. I'm only 6 feet tall but my feet were hanging out of the end! Good bathroom but the recent work on the decor elsewhere in the room was of poor quality. The upstairs rooms are very warm and made it pretty uncomfortable. The bar and restaurant menus are dull and very expensive for the quality of food. The service is slow and the staff seem more concerned with chatting and socialising than serving or attending to customers.

Nice large room, large bed, upmarket decor. Sky Tv, Tea and Coffee, complimentary toiletries. Onsite parking, also street parking after 6pm. Restaurant and bar with snacks. Close to busy road but the noise is barely audible. Air Conditioned rooms.

Friendly staff; clean and modern rooms with a shade of vintage. For those who want to reach the city centre faster I recommend bus 113 to Oxford Circus from Garth Road station just up north from from the hotel on Hendon's Way. Faster than walking to Golders Green or Willesden Green tube stations.

I arrived at 6pm and due a wedding struggled to get parking having to drive around the block twice! Luckily some expert parking skills and I found a space not a great start, bedroom clean and spacious but right on the main rd which made it noisy at night and also it was very hot! Buffet breakfast — I've had better, cooked breakfast basic but ok, dry pastries and weak tea however the worst bit cold wet plates that were supposedly clean!

Booked this hotel owing to it having a free parking only to arrive and find it very limited and full. Fortunately we were staying on a weekend and able to park a short walk from the hotel on the road side but still inconvenient as we arrived later than hoped and had tickets for a show so this further delay did not help. We were in room 007, which is a matter of feet from the 6 lanes of traffic of the A41, which turns into a bit of a race track at night meaning a decent night's sleep is impossible.

Booked here as it meant we could drive (wife had a bad leg) we were going to the Adele concert at Wembley. We asked for a room overlooking the back to reduce the road noise as had read that it was quite loud and we were allocated one, so happy there. Read that the breakfast wasn't great. No idea why. It was buffet and not a la carte, not surprising for a 3star hotel, apart from only having scrambled egg which we both like, so didn't ask if there was an alternative, everything else was either fine or where not quite perfect the staff were more than happy to help and it was pretty busy. Our only gripe of the visit was not to do with the Hotel, but shocked at the cost of cab fares from hotel to the stadium and back. I suppose that's what happens when 100, 000 people are all trying to get to the same place (and back) at the same time.

A really nice hotel, in a good location only 15 Mins from the underground at Golders. Sky HD in the room and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Hotel has parking to the rear and it's easy to get to.

Lovely hotel, luxurious room, friendly staff. The only negative was the breakfast was quite disorganised (running out of milk @ 8:30am! ) and staff not communicating very well. Overall I enjoyed my stay, will definitely visit again and recommend to others.

The hotel is situated within a 20 minute walk from Golders Green tube station. Rooms are clean. Big comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities, free wi fi and tv. A buffet full English breakfast included in with booking. Definately recommend if your looking for somewhere reasonably priced and within easy resch of central London.

Spent 2 nights here and would happily stay again. Parking no issue despite arriving after 6 on a Friday. Stayed 1st night in a family room in 1st floor at back of hotel so absolutely no street noise at all. Lovely room and facilities. 2nd night there was a function in the room directly below; music was so loud the floor was vibrating! Spoke to hotel staff and we were offered a room change to ground floor front of hotel… had a few concerns about road noise but unfounded. After cold water and duff batteries in remote thought the 2nd night would be spoiled but actually it was the bed that was the issue… with about 6 matress toppers it was far too soft but maybe that's personal choice.

Noisy hotel with very poor conditions. Staff is nice but lack experience. Management is completely oblivious to what continental breakfast means…

Didn't particularly enjoy. Through no fault of the staff who were great, but it was everything else: nowhere near a tube station, nothing in the surrounding area except houses, mattress was horribly soft and you just sunk into it, random steps everywhere in the corridors which you forget about and can't see until it's too late because the lights are motion sensor activated. Crap view from my room too. Oh and the temperature control in my room was broken or something? I tried opening a window, didn't work. Tried putting on the AC fan in the room but that just shut off after like 5 seconds. Useless. Had to phone down to reception at like 5am to tell them it was too bloody hot and they managed to sort it from their control panel. Spend that wee bit extra to get a hotel closer to town, this one's pretty pants.

Last night we went to winter wonderland, lived here. Very lovely hotel. There is surprising, very modern and very clean. Room is clean and spacious and very modern. The bathroom is also very good. Velux blinds are great, they shut out all the light we slept for a good night's sleep. Staff is very friendly. There is free parking behind. Train only takes 10 minutes to do. Also live here.

In terms of value for money, it is satisfactory. However, corridors are smelly and rooms are different to what is shown in the hotel website. Parking is free, but there are not many: you should fight for it or find some where else. Breakfast is average. Overall, I won't book this hotel next time.

Arrival reception staff were pretty snotty. Overnight and following day were exceptional. Room was great. Bathroom had quite a bit of mold round the sink.

Area a bit decentralized. Hotel not bad although the room was a little chilly as temperature, despite having set the thermostat at 27 degrees. Result to other people and my work colleagues. Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast.

The location : Good, but quite far from the nearest tube station. Room : Good for a standard room, although window didn't close properly and could hear Road noise from outside. Service : good, but requested an iron and was handed a part broken iron, possibly the worst I've ever used.

I have worked for this company 3 months ago, They did not paid my salary properly, it's missing some hours and they did not paid my holiday entitlement when I left this company, should all the guest be aware of this company is doing and messing up with Best Western name, The manager Brian Wildash don't want to pay what they own from me, tried in a friendly way, but they refused to pay me, so I have made a claim on Small Claims court, It's not a huge amount but it's still my money, it's still my money I worked for it. They are breaking the law treating me like a slave, The slavery doesn't exists anymore, therefore you should pay your employees correctly. Why you refusing to pay my wages, what you own from me, after I have worked for this company and gave my best? The owner probably doesn't even know Brian didn't want to pay my missing hours and holiday entitlement which wasn't paid.

Preparation of Spartan hotel with large bathroom but lacking any comfort (toilet, shower with curtain and wobbly axis "pond" consequent, no window but with forced draught, washbasin, with dimensions of nursery school and nothing else but a tiny shelf).

Very good internet connection with LAN cables in rooms ad Wi-Fi AP all around. The room was good and the bed comfortable.

I have bad the worst sleep ever we were right next to a motorway. There is nowhere to park my car.

The rooms are great. We had booked only breakfast and it was lousy. But apart from the breakfast it is a very good hotel. Even free Wi-Fi AND free Ethernet in the rooms.

Rooms are very big and spacious however I've only stayed there 1 time. Very nice.
