When we booked a room for £98 online, between that and confirmation, the hotel changed the price to £471, then refused a refund. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Con artists.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, the room 204 made my stay perfect.

Air con didn't work; too much heating and nothing adjustable to get the temperature down. Needs some redecoration as paint is peeling in my room. Positives: helpful and friendly staff and liked my upgrade.

Depressing experience, this 'apartment' was in serious need of maintenance. The heated bathroom tiling would have been a nice touch in the winter but it had been left on for us on a 27 degree celsius day — we were given only one key card so we couldn't leave the air on to cool the room down. This wouldn't have helped us anyway as the air-conditioning was locked to turn off every 6 mins and we couldn't change the temperature — just the mode. The carpet throughout the hotel and rooms was stained and buckling in places to assist tripping over, the corridors were like saunas with zero ventilation, our room smelled of cigarettes and even had ash fall in from the open window,. There was a hair in the bathtub, the 'cold' water took 5 minutes to get cool, there was no tea towel provided. There were holes left in the walls where shelves once had been, cracks in the kitchenette wall, chips all over the desk, the thinnest pillows and smallest TV in a hotel room I think you will ever see by today's standards. And just to reassure us our door handle had been filled in at the side where we can only assume someone had once kicked it in. This place is classed as 4 stars! And it was up at £380 on one particular date. Incomprehensible. I guess they think that as it is a decent size nothing else matters. I'd personally rather stay in a room 1/2 the size but with some thought to modernisation. Nothing but depressing.

Family Hotel, rooms with kitchen, clean and close to bus and trains. Good area, possibility to shop at a supermarket nearby and dine in the room.

Comfortable room for 2 adults and 2 children, charming staff, hotel a little "worn out"

Me and my family of 5 arrived at the appartment fri 24th Nov. When we arrived in the room, there was only 1 chair for the dinning table of 5, 3 cups, 3 glasses and not enough towel's. Also the shower flooded the bathroom floor because the plug hole was blocked. We also found a creepy crawly in the bath, which also wasn't cleaned. The kitchen was dirty, there was greasy hand prints on the wall, blood stains on the mattress, and the sofa bed was broken, with large bent and buckled up pieces of metal sticking up either side of the bed. The receptionist man came up and tried to help us out with little success. They had no other other rooms so we had to stay in this room, and it was late, so I had no time to try and find anything else. They did put us in another room on the following day, but that first night was an absolute nightmare. The receptionist that was on the following day said, that we were polite compared to the others that used this room the night before, so why the hell did they give us a room that quite honestly should of been condemned. We are still awaiting a reply from someone in charge who we complained to by email. Horrible.

A great place that ticks many boxes, particularly if there's more than two of you. There is an overall need for maintenance, and if we had been staying longer we may have complained about the shower not draining well and the sparse kitchen supplies. Also, the Wi-Fi here is very good — no drop outs and a strong signal throughout our suite and the lobby.

Clean quiet and great location for battersea park.

My parents are staying there and it's a good location with great public transport links.

Loved my stay at So Park. Staff was very friendly, room clean and well stocked. Decent location, not too far from things to see. Room was very spacious and had a kitchen and massive bathroom. Perfect for couples ♥️.

Good deal and good price bearing in mind that you're in London. Very close to Battersea Park and with good connections to the city centre and airports.

The first hotel I've ever stayed where the receptionists never smile or say a word to welcome the guests (is this the norm in London!? ). The window didn't open in the room, and the staff member said they'd send a maintenance person. Never came. The room itself was not bad. Spacious. Good location as the bus stop is right outside, and it is a short walk to the Battersea Park. The free Wi-Fi was fast, which was nice.

Great price. Could use some upkeep and better house keeping, but you can't beat the price. Good bus service to the tube. I would stay here again. Large rooms.

Reasonable rate, great location 5 min walk from station, directly opposite late night bar. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Fair price, the 44 bus stops in front, the kitchen is really a plus, a great park right behind. I enjoyed this apart/hotel during my last stay has London, I will surely return.

A nice, modern room that's starting to look a little tired. For example, the shower screen has at some point been replaced with a curtain, the desk surface is all broken, the carpet (tiles) are worn. The room was spacious, the bed not too soft. It was far too hot in the corridors and consequently a little to hot in the room, even with the window open. The room had a bath, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall very good, but would have been excellent when it was all new.

Decent rooms! Problems with shower, no remote for TV and rooms are not the cleanest.

The hotel was average but as I was only using it to sleep I couldn't make much of a complaint. The rooms could do with a repaint in places and could be a little bit cleaner for the price.

The hotel and the rooms seemed pretty attractive on the various photographs published on the website, however, a closer look will expose the deception. Once in the room, the use of cheap decorative materials is evident. Also the fixtures & fittings and furniture clearly reflect a tired look by the extensive use they have endured. You could argue you could live with this cosmetic deception, however, plenty of irritating defects, such as dripping taps, leaking showers, stains on the carpets, sofa and chairs do not offer a pretty sight nor experience. The missing cutlery, malfunctioning lamp and loose socket will start undermining your happiness and — ultimately — the harmony with your other half (if — like me — you emphasized the luxury part of the hotel! ). If on top of that you have a room facing Park Lane, be warned. There is a popular pub opposite the So Park, where at evenings a loud crowd will gather. At closing time (around 02:00 AM), it is recommended to have a pair of earplugs at hand, as the intoxicated crowd will not leave the establishment quietly. On the bright side, the staff are courteous and friendly. They will acknowledge your complaint (s) as if it was the first time such an unfortunate incident had ever happen. On a more serious and very important note, the So Park tends to overbook its rooms and — being part of The So Luxury Hotels and Apartments-, it will offer to relocate you to one of its "sister" hotels.

The shower drain didn't work so we could only take :30 showers. Even after we asked about it, it didn't get fixed during the day we were out. There was also a lot of construction noise and planes taking off during the night. The staff was friendly but overall, it was average.

Worst Company, I have worked for them last month, and they did not paid my wage, I am seeking legal advice in Employment Tribunal, Dont stay in this Hotel, They dont pay employees properly, They are not HONEST.
