I visited them for afternoon tea and it was delicious.

Smaller welcoming boutique style hotel with professional staff and great attention to details.

Clean. Great comfy bed and tasty varied breakfast. Found them on laterooms at last minute due to a delayed flight. 120 quid OK for that standard and location. Per double room price.

Staff were friendly. Check-in took a long time. First key card issued didn't open front door. A/C controls did seemingly nothing. Breakfast was not great. Rooms were well-furnished and modern.

Had a lovely weekend away here worth every penny some reviews say over priced for small bedroom but ours was just right in the ground floor. Reception gentlemen was very helpful and would defiantly consider coming back here if you want to get out of the very busy hustle and bustle of London City. Paddington is very much more relaxed but a short walk you are on Oxford Street. Lovely hotel and would recommend to anyone.

Very small rooms but equally excellent value for money and unbeatable location to tour London by Metro.

I booked this hotel Park Grand Paddington online based on looking at website photos. When I reached the hotel I was surprised to see the hotel room sizes. What it shows in photos on website and what it really is are very different. Website photos make it look much nicer and bigger than it actually is not the case, there is barely space to keep luggage and move. Some rooms don't even have a lift access. Having seen this on arrival I had to change my hotel due to this reason. Hotel staff at reception argued and wanted to charge me for 2 nights room tariff which I did not let them do. I had booked 8 nights with them, I could only get 6 nights elsewhere at another hotel. 2 nights I stayed with them in free upgraded room that they ended up agreeing as I told them I am going to be sharing all this online as my review. I was also overcharged, they have discrepancies in charges also, total lack of transparency, I would never go back to stay at this hotel and would recommend to all to thoroughly check everything before you book your stay at this hotel. Not recomended at all, only because they come across as not transparent and unfair.

Excellent 4 star guest accommodation. Great location near to Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube station. Very clean and well presented. Friendly and professional staff. We were even provided with a mobile phone to use free of charge.

We took the triple room for four nights. Several problems encountered: this one is in the basement, and mediocre. Does not look like at all what we bought and it is very cold, the heating was not put before our arrival while it snows.
No hair dryer in the room, we had one after claim.
Housekeeping on the first day, the cups are not cleared, the sheets and pillows crooked, no care brought, housekeeping very poorly done.
Housekeeping Day 2: The maid did not pass at all, and no hot water.
Stay two more days! Very disappointed.

The hotel is ideally located and super accessible. We were greeted warmly. The room is small but modern and practically furnished. The bathroom is clean and there is plenty of room.

Lovely hotel, easy to find. Arrived early and able to store bags until we returned later in the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Up grade on arrival with a lovely surprise in room for partners birthday. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast very good. 10/10 would deffinetly recommend and return in the future.

My mum and sisters came a day after me and they lost the room but then kindly upgraded them into the other hotel of theirs around the corner. With no extra charge. Very nice of them and it went smoothly. Really nice people who work their who make you feel at home while keeping a high standard. My room was lovely and spacious. I would go again.

The helpful nice check in staff must be off today. Slow service complete balls up with our room that apparently was cancelled yet the other sister hotel found the booking when we went to the wrong place. Ruined what was meant to be a special evening visiting my partner who works away from home pretty gutted actually won't come again or recommend. I will say that the manager tried his best to appease us after but by then it was just too late and we felt too shit and stressed to go out and do anything waste of train fair and time.

Booked 2 nights found we could only come for one of them rang to explain would be there the following evening arrived to find it had all been cancelled. Customer service from woman at the check in was poor to say the least. Suddenly after watching us cancel our restaurant booking the whole reason I was coming down, they 'find' our booking. Granted the manager couldn't do enough for us after but our evening was already ruined… So much for a romantic getaway wouldn't recommend to friends.

Cold room but overall good hotel.

Wouldn’t recommend here at all! We arrived here nye at 10:30pm to be told there’s a maintenance issue with our room and we were being moved hotels (on our 3 hour drive down I rang twice to confirm the booking and ask for the closest place to park as they don’t have parking, neither times were any maintenance issue mentioned). We also checked the site after we were told we couldn’t have our room and there were still two advertised on there! We were asked to share a cab with a drunk irritated man who had the same ‘maintenance’ problem as our room which we wasn’t comfortable about. We got the cab and got to our hotel around 11:05pm, we paid £180 for a deluxe double and there is nothing deluxe about the room we stayed in! The double bed was tiny! The room was a box, there were no room for our luggage. By the time we’d checked in and dropped our luggage in our room it was 11:30pm which left us with no time to get to the fireworks or any attractions! What a wasted journey it was. We was offered a ‘complementary breakfast’ to make up for the inconvenience which was a warmed up buffet served in the basement of this awful ‘sister’ hotel which isn’t actually listed on the website where all the other hotels are AND they’ve charged me twice so it’s cost me £360 for a night in a horrible box! You’ve completely ruined our London NYE experience and I will never be returning to this hotel or any sister hotels! Be careful when booking this hotel!

Stayed here Boxing Day 2017, staff were excellent very hopeful and polite. Room was very nice stayed in a suite very clean and lots of room would definitely come back.

The hotel s in a good location. Myself and my friends girls group of Six altogether went there for Afternoon tea. Their Indian Afternoon Tea was absolutely yummylicious though I cheekily asked if there are top ups for what we finished, unfortunately not but the staff was extremely friendly and the best customer service I have received till date. As soon as we got there we were given a private room as staff had already instinctively gathered we were out to celebrate something which was a birthday and a graduation. Seated in a private room we were served by the most polite staff I have ever come across. As soon as staff found out we were celebrating a birthday without our knowledge Came in with a slice of cake singing happy birthday with flowers we were all pleasantly surprised and happy to our core that staff would go that extra mile to give one of the best service ever. For me small gestures matter and that slice of cake mattered as the thought behind it counted so much for us. It absolutely made our day. Staff that attended to us were ALISA and CLAUDIA the stars of that day for us! I Cannot thank Alisa and Claudia enough for making that day so nice with the best service and the best gesture ever. Wish you both all the best and we would without any doubt attend the afternoon again anytime!

The service was excellent, very friendly and very polite. We visited the place on the 4/11/17 for an afternoon tea, The 2 staff who gave the amazing hospitality were Claudia and alisa. We enjoyed it very much.

Hotel conveniently located between Paddington Station (20 ' from the airport by the Heathrow Express) and Hyde Park. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are well appointed and the breakfast is good. Very good value for money.

Absolutely great hotel to stay if you going for family weekend in London. It's only 5 mins walk from Hyde park 10 mins bus from all the main attraction such as Zoo, museums and Oxford street etc.

The Location is excellent a short walk to stations and lots of places to eat. The four stars here a for the Staff, Monica and Luanne and all of them. All of them are very friendly efficient and really provide 5 star service. The room is great value for money, comfortable, clean and great hot showers. We will recommend this accomodation to all our friends as a wonderful place to stay in London.

Nice but not the best location, 5 mins from Paddington station. 5 mins from Hyde Park. The best thing is if you're going to Heathrow via Heathrow express the station is near. A great thing that they provide the guests with a mobile phone with free calls and unlimited internet "free of charge". Very tiny room and bed, it wasn't a good sleep for two persons. Not enough space to put the luggage. Very small shower for a big guy like me, I had to squeeze in and out!

On this visit after getting back from day out our bed was lovely decorated with rose petals in shape of a heart also had piece of strawberry cheescake! Great.

Staff were all very nice, the double room on the 1st floor was tiny but well laid out and was very close to Paddington station.

Good hotel, rooms not very big but very well equipped, with a microwave and a kettle with plenty of coffee and tea, very friendly staff, had a technical problem at another hotel chain and we were here, the truth is that the treatment and facilities were appreciated.

Location was in quiet area, no train noise, vibration or ambulance noise when staying next to paddington. A short walk but could be miserable if raining or wet streets so check the weather. Very comfortable bed, got the double room, for some space. Excellent bell boy. A bit of a wait on checkin and checkout. A robe, slippers. Lotion and toothbrush would have been nice. Room service has limited service until 9 I think. Clean room except for hair on shoe mit box. No view from room 120. I would stay here again if it is not raining. Free Wi-Fi about 3-4 MBps.

Comfortable rooms in a recently renovated hotel. Staff was very friendly. Convenient connections to the west end and further via nearby metro station.

These days we have had the good fortune of staying at this hotel. We lost the flight back to Spain from the deplorable attacks in Brussels. We found this hotel for the days to pass until you find a new flight. We had a great time at the first hotel of this chain. Many thanks to Francesca for the interview as well and fix the problem of relocation. The second hotel we were attended by Marian who also did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for your empathy to you and to the rest of the staff.

The hotel is reasonable and you get the service paid for. The hotel can be recommended for business travel but should not be considered anything spectacular compared with any other options in London. Staff was friendly and took good care of me through out the visit.

Rooms very modern and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to find from Paddington station and was roughly a 5 minute walk. The rooms were spacious enough although slightly on the smaller side. Good facilities big flat screen TV on the wall and hair dryer in the rooms. Overall a good hotel.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. The rooms are literally shoe boxes and the shower was made for only the VERY thin. Literally! We have a "double deluxe" room; I shudder to think what the regular rooms are like.
