Unable to sleep, sweltering heat, very little insulated walls which allowed me to hear my neighbor talking until hours not possible.
But it's not the worst, get ready to hear the train pass all 2 minutes (without exaggerating), impossible to spend a good holiday in such conditions, the staff seems completely absent and they are right considering the night I spent, run away while there is still time.
Ps: the free Wi-Fi allowed me to take care of my insomnia, well thought out on their part.

This hotel is close too the coach station and the train station, very close to Buckingham palace. The hotel offers cheap rooms and basic breakfast which is cereals and toast, coffee and fresh orange juice. Staff are very bubbly and friendly.

It's an alright place, I guess, if you are desperate. The staff didn't seem super friendly. The bedding, while it seemed clean, it was old, worn, and stained. The mattress was heavily stained and the bed frame didn't look like it had been cleaned in years. The carpet was coming up by the door and there was quite a buildup of hair and dirt along the walls. The ensuite bathroom was little more than a closet. Honestly, it seems a bit pricy for what you pay, and I feel that some jail cells might be more comfortable.

Very small rooms and the inside bath is smaller still. The cleanliness is good as well as the beds. Breakfast is enough if you go sightseeing from first thing in the morning and you don't give importance to breakfast. If you are just going to stay with thought of going to sleep it is economical and comfortable.

Predominantly toilets in the hallway, small, tight, hostel. Term Hotel doesn't fit.

Breakfast is served, takes relatively long and shortly before nine o 'clock you are no longer served, but thrown out. So service deficient. Toast and coffee good.

I have photos of this horrible filthy place. Stains on carpets pictures hanging off walls. Curtains ripped. Mugs for coffee in rooms were dirty with mouth marks still on them. Bathroom was cleanest place in room, noisy outside only single pane glass. Fridge next to head where I slept. Couldn't turn it on heat and noise would of kept me up all night. I will put my other sd card in and upload photos.

Surprised there is not regulations preventing places like this from being called 'hotels'. Extremely tiny rooms and bathrooms, misleading images on the website, poor cleanliness. More like a 1 star motel or dingy backpackers.

Pure cochambre, grim, horrible. Pauper. Pathetic, sad and unfortunate. Need an inspection of urgent work (hygiene, sanitation, and working conditions)

I think that is the worst establishment we have experienced in our existence. We are all known that the hospitality industry in London touches the quality which ranges from sleep in four walls or on the street, but this has exceeded, long and negatively, all of our humble expectations. Starting with the check in, where the receptionist with the amounts and bad words threw me as the ball in the check in document to fill out, and tried to despacharme at the maximum possible speed, commenting that the room was in another building from the street, which had more properties. And the breakfast was on another site. Stairs from vertigo, carpeted floor, without elevator, only made for thin people. The space is squeezed to the maximum. The bathroom and shower, shared, and already knew, but one for an entire building is insufficient. Once in the room, we wanted to cry. A bad odor, space similar to a matchbox. The window is tiny not closed and allowed the entry of thieves. The fridge leaked and sounded in the night. The tele was switched to the 5min and you could hear all the noises and slamming doors, as if they were in our room. The upstairs bathroom, not working or out of service. Bed extremely uncomfortable, we would have slept better in a barn of straw.

Very small Apartment for 3 people, the shower was half bathroom and the rest included the WC. Point in favor is the really low cost, the location near Victoria station, if it is to sleep 3/4 nights is perfect.

The room was relatively small and the bathroom/washroom is barely wide enough to turn around in. However, you get what you pay for, and as I was not in the hotel room much during my time in London, I can't complain too much.

We had two rooms with ample space, shower, toilet, mini fridge and kettle with different types of tea. The staff was very friendly. For breakfast we went to another house, two entrances continued, and at breakfast we were very friendly with toast different kinds of jam, several varieties of cornflakes, milk, coffee, tea, cocoa, as much as you wanted. The stairwells in the houses were cramped and the key cards did not always work flawlessly. All in all, the value for money is right.

The rooms for 3 people are too small. No possibility to unpack the suitcases (no cupboard) … The suitcases have to be placed because they do not fit open in the room… The bathroom is 0.90 x 1, 20 m without shower curtain (after showering everything is wet) breakfast. The table sticks. There is toast butter jam coffee and tea… Cornflakesspender and Milk.
Conclusion The most expensive cheap hotel.

Very dated and quite shabby rooms. However bathroom clean. Good location. Staff friendly.

The rooms are very very small and sntiguas, the bathroom is a built-in wardrobe turned into a bathroom (all in one WC and shower together). You have towels every day clean and the room is picked up every morning, the beds are comfortable nothing from the other world… The street is quiet and the breakfast service is fine cereals and toast together with juice and coffee, you can repeat it.
The location is perfect.

Amazing Value for London! Decent clean bedroom with fridge and tea making facilities, booked on booking. Com, we stayed in sister Hotel couple doors down called Alexander. Nice powerful shower, toilet facilities adequate. Breakfast was as much toast as you like with butter and jam and as much cereal, tea, coffee as you like! And at a price of £49 is amazing value for me and my young daughter! Will definitely book here again, very close walk to Victoria Station and the London ‍ /Westminster.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful… don't expect a palace because it's not… location a short walk from Victoria station important starting point to visit the city. No Elevator rooms quite clean and big enough. Shared bathroom and shower. Breakfast included which is served in the room below… Wifi Dancer… Flexible check-in times.

Great hotel The only thing that had no hairdryer as it puts and is a bit old but central centric.

We had a family room with 2 double bed 140 a bunk bed a small room but correct when we were there it was cold (outside) and very hot dedansc'est true that this is not modern but for our part C was propreils spend every morning ve rs9h to change us if we want bath towels, toilet paper, trash after we did not go inside in addition it is well placed for transport or races spent a good stay.

The experience on the whole was in my opinion alright, but could easily be improved. When we arrived we greeted the member of staff at the front desk and were met with silence, granted this could be in part due to my relatively thick, out of town, accent. However, personally not what I expect from a hotel. The room was clean and had its own toilet and shower facilities contrary to the information online. My only unexpected issue with the room on the whole was the bed shook a lot whilst moving around trying to sleep and it sagged slightly in the middle. But not wishing to sound completely negative, when we got into the room there were clean towels and a soap for each of us, which is to be somewhat expected from a hotel, but still I have stayed in places where this is apparently not the norm. The train outside was loud but didn't disturb sleep and in fact I woke feeling the most rested I had felt in a week or so. Honestly you get what you pay for, and if you are only staying a night and need somewhere cheap which is also close to a transport hub this was the only place we could find that suited that bill, and honestly for the money you get far more than I'd expect in that part of London. If I was looking to stay for one night I would likely stay there again, but any longer than one or two nights I would choose somewhere less close to the railway.

Good, clean, continental breakfast, the rooms are a little small. But well located to visit London, overall quite well. On the other hand near the station Victoria, we can wait for the passage of the trains.

Great value for money. Five minutes from Victoria station. Friendly and helpful staff. They checked us in early. Room was small but clean, and the bed comfortable with a small fridge as well. Shower and toilet clean with new fittings. Holly will be my first choice for future trips.

This hotel is part of a street hotel conglomerate. Small rooms with a small double bed at high prices. Rather a hotel, as this clientele was spotted during my stay in it. Small bathroom with defective shower. In the room it was hot, no air conditioning. Windows could not be opened overnight because right across from the train station and despite closed windows, rail noise was still noisy. Just what hard-of-hearing with frost bumps.

Three stars for the location a few steps from Victoria Station (train/bus/Metro) and for the friendliness of the staff.
The room was small but average for London and hotels like that.
I did not like the carpet which obviously was not cleaned well and the shower which in practice was as if the entire bathroom was the shower and inside we had put sanitary.
For the price (very low) and to have to stay only two nights I would say that it is more than acceptable. I would not recommend it for longer stays.

We've stayed here several times and continue returning because it's perfectly located, reasonably priced for central London. The rooms and bathrooms are always pristine. The staff are friendly and polite. We look forward to our next stay.

The location is perfect. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, next to the train station, which you arrive in half an hour from the airport. It has good subway connection and is next to a car rental branch.
They are small rooms, with a tiny bath, but that perfectly fulfills its function. You sleep very comfortable, have full heating, and no noises disturb you at night.
There is little choice at breakfast, although the staff is very friendly and if you ask them something you can do it. We ordered toast and juice and they didn't put any glue on it.
The value for money is very good.

Great as area. The rooms and especially The bathrooms are tiny. The breakfast has only bread butter and jam. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, especially in the breakfast area. Only good note is the price.

For an Italian a place like this is a nightmare: tiny, bathroom with mini sink, and shower in the wall without its compartment, without bidet and also without toilet brush. Despite the whole room is spotless, washed every day, change of towels every day and the staff welcomed all my requests. In addition it is in a fundamental area to move with the means.

Very close to the train station Economic. The bathroom not only small but with shower on the ceiling and a tiny washbasin. The cleaning is lacking. Breakfast hot toast, butter, jam, cereals, tea, coffee and industrial orange juice. So breakfast does not vary but plentiful.

Very good location but old small rooms and the ones that give the train life a lot of noise.

What to say. If I were to evaluate the quality of the service offered, I should give 1. Small rooms to which we fit easily but the bathroom is something terrifying. Ceiling and continuous floor shower. Breakfast is called English breakfast but offers maximum of toast, a coffee and a tea. Since when you are on vacation you are more out than inside, having to judge the position I should give 5. It is in the center, close to the metro station and all the places of interest can be easily reached on foot.

Worth the price, but still… We had two rooms. None of them was like on the pictures, they were much tiny. The breakfast was poor. One of our rooms was very stinky. It was hard to understand the staff's english.

Tidy, clean, simple room, close to Victoria Station, at a good price. Breakfast was generous, with refills of coffee, toast, cereal, juice etc offered by friendly staff. The hosts own a number of buildings in the street, so they're clearly good at what they do.

Unless you have extremely low standards of living DON'T COME TO THIS HOTEL. The room is extremely tiny, dirty, moldy, and ugly. The bathroom is outside the room and it is just a toilet, no sink or anything in the bathroom. Shower is also outside the room and very bad separated from everything. This hotel made me regret my trip to London and I would rather not travel than have to stay here. Horrible experience and really bad hotel. Not worth it to me even though the price was good.

I didn't need to take Metro, because central to all the attractions of this city.
Small room with relative bathroom in room, but super heated (I went this winter) and equipped with all the amenities a person needs.

Breakfast in the basement really nice, served by the girls, the classic Continental.
The only flaw, the carpet, but a pair of slippers and passes the fear.

Excellent value for money species taking into account the excellent location, close to the Victoria station, in the Westminster district. Some flaws for the bathroom not optimal.

Correct, sleeping room and little else. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Breakfast more than adequate. As a negative note, basin was tiny and the shower was not "separate", was an "all in one".

Very strange nights sleep! When we got in we could instantly smell a strange funk in the room. Nothing too offputting but it wasn't pleasant to say the least. After getting situated and comfortable we took off the covers from our beds only to find large cigarette burns in all the sheets! The sheets also all had stains and hairs on them with made it hard for us to get comfortable. It was 12am and we still couldn't sleep because all we could hear were people "making love" in the room above us and some people laughing and screaming all night in the room next to us. Feels like there is no privacy! After a while the stink started to get to us and we found some chicken in the fridge wrapped in paper. Managed to get to sleep and it wasn't too bad during the sleeping phase but everything else was very iffy!

If the sound of trains running through the nights gets you off then this is the hotel for you! The staff were unhelpful and rude, offering no basic manners when arriving or leaving. I'm so glad beforehand that I paid extra for a ensuite bathroom as the thought of sharing the filthy tiny toilet and shower gives me shivers. It is understandable that a hotel so central would charge a little extra but the price I paid for two nights was out of this world. I wish now I spent a little longer searching! Overall, poor establishment and poor two nights of sleep, book somewhere else and pay a little extra.

Not a good B & B, rooms very small and private bathroom not very nice, booked on one hotel, slept in another 5 doors up and breakfast was in another hotel 2 doors away, not worth £85.00

Its agood hotel with small room and all basic amenities. Plus its not that expensive being at central location just 5 mins walk from victoria station.

The best part of this hotel is the location. It is central London and close to Victoria Station, so getting there from any airport of London is easy. The worst part is that the rooms are very small, even the ones with ensuite bathroom. And the later, the bathroom, is even smaller, compared to the room. The ventilation through the window is no good and we had to fight the heat of July with two little fans. There is no wardrobe avalaible in the room, since the furniture suposed to serve as it, has an unusual shape and little room for anything. The breakfast-room was also small and crammed with tables and chairs, and the breakfast itself quite poor. And finally, the price of the double room wasn't cheap at all (85£ /111€).

Basically it is a dump. Id stay away.

Hotel inadmissible practices. The day before our departure we were contacted to tell us that our booking was cancelled (supposedly because of our credit card) and that our room had been re-booked, leaving us with accommodation only a few hours of departure then we booked three months in advance.

The only good thing is this very central, the others is terrible, painful bed shared bathroom and room super small.

Don"t know about other people, but we found this hotel basically good, sheets and towels were very clean. Ok room was small but we are talking about a victorian house here! Breakfast was good and always asked if we wanted more, didn"t get much better staying at the President Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, even carried our bags upstairs coming in from shopping, So overall very good for the price you pay for being in central London, If you want luxury go to the Ritz.
