I see that the 'owner' (who doesn't actually 'own' the place), claims my review was fake; in fact, it would appear you do this with every poor review. It's no coincidence, when you have many reviews of the same nature — i. E — your rudeness and unacceptable behaviour towards customers. I booked / stayed via Booking. Com three weeks prior to my review, booking confirmation 2109717708. From the minute I entered, the 'owner' was sat on her laptop facing me. There was no initial acknowledgment, despite she had just released the entrance door for me. I then gave my details, and part way through speaking, the phone started to ring and joy proceeded to answer it, ignoring me in the process. I was veer annoyed at such rudeness & ignorance, which I've never experienced before! After checking in, I asked where the lift was. You told me, but I couldn't understand. As it happens, the lift was actually 5 meters in front of me, but hidden on the left. You had to repeat yourself as I didn't quite hear you, and on the third time, you became very annoyed that you had to repeat yourself, raising your voice and being abrupt. I later came down, walking straight past you, and you ignored me! On my last day, I told you I found your customer service non-existent, and damn right despicable. You told me how dare I speak to you like that! You shouted over me, disregarded my comments, and acted like you're done superior person. It's disgraceful and unacceptable. STOP dismissing genuine customer reviews, from people who have had similar experiences to me! … And get some manners, or another job where you don't deal with the public and real business owners.
