It was a very nice place to stay.
Upon our arrival, at the time of payment, their POS receiver did not work (as long as they had it). We were asked to pay in cash, but since we did not, we were told that we could safely pay in the evening with the card. In the evening we asked to pay with the card (they never bothered about the payment), but it still didn't work, and the manager assured us that the next morning we could proceed with the POS payment. The next day the scene was repeated, but this time, although I asked to pay and the problem was them, the music has changed and they have annoyingly demanded that I go to withdraw to pay in cash, saying that now was passed the first Night and had to pay (I had asked to pay, after breakfast, they were forgotten). I went to withdraw, obviously paying the commission, when on the site it was written clearly that you could pay with paper, and I was told that on an account of 517 pounds, by their concession, I would subscribe to 5!
In the evening we asked for two blankets because the children were cold, and they told me to open the wardrobe doors, and I would find them inside, too bad that the closet had no doors! I reported that there were no blankets and rudely told me to Andarmele to take in another room! They gave me the key to a room, out of curiosity I looked inside the closet in which they had sent me (this wardrobe at least had the doors! ) but there was no blanket, so I took two from the two beds in the room and I brought back the key.
I don't dwell on the description of the room, I knew that paying "little" (it was not the first price of London for those dates, but had a price that I considered reasonable compared to the location) I could not expect much, but find the sheets with a huge hole, and full of Hair, the dust cats on the bedside tables, the closet, in fact, without doors, the mirror completely ruined, the tub visibly chipped and the mold on the walls of the bathroom seems excessive.
The breakfast was poor, supplied only with cold milk, coffee, tea, sour orange juice, jam, brioche and Paninetti. The brioches and Paninetti were stale and chewy, I personally only got coffee and decided to have breakfast outside, as everything was filthy.
The price can "entice" because it is among the lowest, but the "service" does not deserve even a quarter of the requested price.
To avoid absolutely.
