Hotel was lovely and the bed and room was very comfortable, breakfast was vast and tasty and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Me and my partner stayed for 2night's and from checking in to checking out we was looked after 100%, the room was very clean and the bed was so comfy I slept so well, the room was cleaned Dailey. The breakfast was delicious and lot's to choose from, all the staff was lovely. We will def be back.

This was not the biggest, prettiest or luxurious Hotel room have been to but loooved it none the less. It was a basic but comfortable room. Restaurant inside the Hotel had a very good breakfast buffet in the morning with great selection. And the location of the Hotel was perfect for me. It's 15 min away by car from the Buckingham Palace 30 by public transport and approx. 50 min or so walking distance. If you love walking like myself than you'll have a blast.

I upgraded the room to the suite and it was soooooooo worth it! Their suits are so good in comparison to the normal rooms. I really recommend it and I only payed £60 pounds extra. They breakfast was quite good and it had a good selection. I wish the staff were a bit more polite but in general my experience was excellent. The park around the Hotel was super beautiful and it is so worth it to take a look around there.

We all know. It need renovation. But was really quiet for London. And so close to shop and local restaurant. The proximity to the park is wonderful. For my it just the temperature of the room was really cold. And took a long time to go up. 0, 5 every 30min. Ans stop at 22. I was cold all night. And it was a cold night outside too. So I count turn it off it will go down… I try and woke up at 18 in my room. Im sleeping with my coat. I got a cold. And this wasn’t fun.

Rooms are a little old, and it shows. Some rooms are excellent air conditioning, but you occasionally get rooms where the air conditioning doesn't work. There's a smart TV in the room, supports screen mirroring so you can project your device to the tv. Everything is alright, but the design of the bathtub/shower door is a little odd and doesn't seem to keep the water from splashing outwards much. The location is near the tube so it's convenient for travelling.

A very welcoming place. Very central to most major places. Walking distance to Oxford Street. Bus services very often, ton of eating places nearby, beautiful park for walks and soaking up the sun, and to get some exercise. I’ve gone to Danubius many times over the last two years, the staff are very courteous and helpful, always willing to make your stay pleasant. I’m not a fan of the food there but there is plenty of choice outside. The rooms are decent in comparison to London places. The rooms do require some renovations but aren’t too shabby for the price you pay.

Located near St. Johns Wood and easily accessible by tube or bus. The hotel itself a little worn down, but the rooms are nice and clean and the beds comfortable. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was not excellent, but quite ok. All in all good value for money and I would come back on another occasion.

Bed super, bathroom very nice, room had adequate size and kettle with tea and coffee. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only the location is a bit off for a city break. The nearest subway stations are 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

Very small rooms originally before asking to move somewhere more comfortable. The hotel looks a little outdated, could do with an upgrade. Breakfast buffet was very standard, not impressed but enough food to fill you up if you want quantity over quality.

Stayed for one night for my partners Birthday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar area was nice, cocktail menu not great. Rooms were clean and bed comfy. Night rooms service advertised with pictures of food that was not available, but misleading. Limited food menu was not great but I suppose you can't expect too much at that time of night. Overall enjoyed stay and would stay again.

This a beautiful hotel, I had clicked on 4 stars because of the humming noise in our room but given the swift room change upon complaint and polite actions of the staff, I changed it to 5 star. Everything is spotless, staff are friendly, great bar and nibbles, We were moved to a new room but the humming noise was unbearable here too… it turned out to be the fridge! We just switched it off and felt embarrassed we hadn't copped it in the first room. We had room service that evening and the toasted sandwiches and presentation were amazing, lovely experience and will return again, we left early so can't comment on breakfast.

My credit card was stolen from the Concierge and many charge attempts were made on it. Luckily the card hadn't been activated yet… my friend brought it over from Canada as it is my Canadian credit card (mine had expired) and had to leave it with the Concierge. Of course, it wasn't known that there was a credit card in there as it was a sealed package and the card was hidden amongst other things. So they opened my sealed package and stole my card and then used it. So I wouldn't trust them. Just really disappointing from a hotel like this…

Fantastic, wife’s birthday treat, hotel and a show in Covent Garden. Booking form clearly says 1xdouble 2xadults breakfast included yet was told on arrival only 1 person had been booked. Offered to pay for another breakfast (even though already payed for two) was told not necessary.
lovely hotel in a great location, super comfy bed with no outside noise, would of liked a view over Regent’s Park but once the curtains were closed not an issue taxi to Covent Garden under £15.
car parking was easy plenty of spaces leave your keys with the concierge,
About to go down for breakfast to finish off a superb weekend. YET AGAIN questioned at breakfast being told only 1 for breakfast

Nice stop over hotel. Great position round the corner from Baker Street and you can see Lords cricket ground from breakfast tables.

Very nice hotel with comfortable room. The view wasn't great as we overlooked a car park and although there were two of us there was only tea/coffee facilities for one plus towels/face flannel for one.
The staff were very accommodating as were room service but didn't know how to prepare a toasted ham/cheese sandwich, so we got cold toast with cold ham and a slice of cheese in it!
Other than that it was very good and we'd recommend it.

This is a nice hotel in London. I stayed in a single room with a king sized bed and the room was a bit small. Staff has been accommodating to my needs and the bar is open 24/7.

Cold, drafty, old, and not looked after, toilets don't even flush right. Housekeeping staff were horrible: no knock keying in and walking straight into my room, took hotel items away without bringing new ones back, threw away items of mine that were not trash. Some idiot was smoking marijuana on a non smoking floor constantly, and the manager refused to move our throw the other guy out. Breakfast is bland and the send thing every day. Wait staff come to work sick, cough on their hands, and then touch your silverware. Disgusting. The only thing this place did right was the smart TVs. I will not be coming back here ever again.

Stayed there for five nights. Room service was perfect. Breakfast was great, variety and freshness. Nice gym. Room was clean. Reception need to be improved: a receptionist that type with one finger? When checking out so slow it’s annoying. Orders from Booking and procedures are a mess.

Lovely hotel my husband chose this as a 60th birthday treat and we loved it. The room was nice with a lovely view. Had an evening meal in minskys food was lovely staff very attentitive. Handy for the train station baker street as we went exploring london on the sat. Very attentive staff on the check in no queing. Thank you all for a lovely weekend. Will definatly stay again.

Recently I went to London and stayed at the Danubius Hotel, hands down the worst experience ever! House keeping went into our suitcase and stole money we kept in our bags. On top of that, the "clean" towels weren't clean and smelled horrible. The manager didn't deal with the situation very well and just apologized. I've done lots of traveling and this is BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had. Would NOT recommended this hotel : (

Great location for Lords cricket ground. 10mins walk to Tube station with buses running into center of London. Regents park is right on the door step. Gym at the hotel but no pool. The food for room service and breakfast is so so but with lots of restaurant around, you have lots of choices. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Went for dinner — Food was disappointing. Scallops were over cooked, lamb was cold, cod was tasteless, slow service. Overpriced for what it was. Except for that, it's a nice environment for groups but needs some renovation.

Four stars Hotel just nearby the Regent Park in London. Very good staff service. Welcome and nice. The breakfast is pretty good. A little far from the metro station. Need to walk for 15 mins. In a very nice and quite area, a good hotel to stay in in London.

Nice location, refurbished room but other than updating the bedding, they've left all the dark wood furniture so it still feels like an 80s businessman would love it. Comfy and clean though, small but nice bathroom. Very pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast selection on day 1, getting worse towards the weekend when we repeatedly had to ask for the rest of our cutlery etc, and were given another table's leftover coffee — cold and not enough left in it for the two of us! Still nice food served.

Having stayed here while on business many times, I decided to treat mum to a few days in town. Shopping, visit to London Zoo and take in an epic show, Cirque du Soleil Amaluna.
As always their service was excellent throughout all departments. Breakfast is the best i've experienced across various hotels. We decided to try their evening food offering, carvery was on the menu and we weren't disappointed!
Tried the gym this visit as we were here for four days. Well equipped, clean, not too busy. A couple of personal trainers in with clients but everyone seemed to work around each other quite well. No rowing machine, but plenty of everything else and all in good working order.
I shared a twin room with mum. Everything was tip top but… the beds have wheels. While I can understand the practical advantages, it does mean that you can't sit up in bed to watch television as the bed scoots away from the wall, pillows disappearing down the gap.
We'll be back in April for another stay and will of course recommend to everyone, bloomin' marvellous staff and service!

Hotel was really nice. Staff was kind and well collected. Wifi in the room was not very good.

The food was quite tasty and the thomas graveny suite was beautiful.

We went to the restaurant for dinner with a Groupon voucher. The setting was great and the foods was excellent. The only issue was that if you wanted any extras that had to be paid for, trying to pay proved a long and drawn out affair. Eventually we decided to walk to the booking in desk, and finally someone came and took payment. I did also notice in the book, a large number of Groupon voucher were being used. It looks like they had an unusually large number of people using these vouchers and were therefore a bit understaffed. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Was on a course were they used one of the rooms which are a nice size and good for the need of function room. We had a pratical and seminar element.

Reasonable hotel for business or social visits, virtually opposite Lords cricket ground. Bar, restaurant and 11 function rooms of various sizes. Room was clean and had all expected in room amenities for the price. About ten minutes walk from the tube or a bus stop is right outside.

The hotel is okay. Cleanliness is acceptable, bed's comfortable but the location is bad (as the nearest metro station is 10 minutes walk). We stayed at an Executive Double Room (which should provide a view over the Regents Park but it really didn't).

Side transport, the hotel is located not far from the metro which is very well more nearby bus stops… We were very happy with our stay in the hotel.

Lovely hotel, looks a bit rough and ready from the outside but everything is a lot different in the inside. Friendly staff, clean room, nice bed, good breakfast and great location. Would stay again.

Service was excellent during the entirety of our stay. We had a wonderful view of Lords in our perfectly sized room. Looking to book again soon for our next trip to London.

Seems for a room it was spacious. Clean. Tub shower. Large bed. The only downside for the view. Otherwise Hotel: the staff is very friendly and the services requested are running very quickly! Next bus stop. The tourist center is 10/15 minutes by public transport. Very good location!

Lovely hotel, doesn't look much from the outside at all, very old but inside couldn't be more modern. Looking lovely at Christmas time Standard double room was nice side with larger than double bed, minifridge that can be stocked at a cost but kept champagne cool for the stay. The breakfast is a huge selection with fresh large croissants and very good cooked food. Car parking is expensive £28 a night for guests but you pay that for three hours in central London as we found after departure. Overall, comfortable and relaxing. (Hot chocolate included with tea and coffee in room which was a bonus for us)

A massive massive disappointment. I really really don't understand how this is a 4 star hotel. Booked the superior double room at an expensive price and I honestly can't tell the difference between this and a travelodge. Overlooking the car park with PVC windows and awful interior.

'Executive suite' worse than rooms at Premier Inn. Dated furniture from the 90's. Broken tiles in the bathroom. No air conditioning and broken thermostat. No safe or minibar. I don't know what level of executive would stay at this room. Ordered room service, worst cheesecake I've ever eaten and the coffee came in takeaway paper cups! Avoid this hotel at all cost.

We loved this hotel! We booked our stay in London at a different hotel and we were transferred to the Danubius. It was a bad time for us as we had been looking forward to staying in the other location so we arrived at the Danubius in a very bad frame of mind. But how wrong we were to have objected to the move for the staff were kind and courteous even when we werenh't and they soon overcame our frustrations. The Danubius is a first class hotel, the rooms were large, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfasts were first class and at least one of our party was able to indulge in his favourite breakfast kippers. The location is right next to Lords cricket ground and we had views over it from our bedroom window and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from St. John's Wood Underground station. We would love to stay at the Danubius again and it will be our first choice when we return to London.

Had a very nice meal at The Danubius. 5 course + a bottle of wine. We got it on an Amazon Deals offer of £39.00 for 2. The staff are likeable and the actual hotel looks very nice. The food is buffet style but of a good quality.

Overall a very good hotel. It sure has seen better days. Its quiet worn off, but beds are good its clean, location is good and the food in the restaurant is fabulous and very affordable.
