Worse plave I've stayed in! Dangerous hotel! Prostition opposite my room. People chucking glassed above our room we had to quickly shut the window! Told manager he told me impossible! Refused to give me his name! Also bed bugs!
Very pleasant staff on arrival.
easy to find and central to train/ underground station. (2 minute walk)
I'd say very good value for money.

Customer service was awful. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive and unwilling to help and were completely unwilling to offer reasonable solutions. They gave excuses instead of actually helping. We had a room for 4 people (2 double beds) the room was cramped and unclean. The TV did not work even though it is part of the room description. The toilet was wobbly and the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. We were given two towels between 4 people. One of our beds did not have a duvet and when I asked for one I was told they wouldn't get one because the rooms are cleaned and changed every two days and offered a sheet instead which was given to us wet so ended up having to sleep with nothing! There is little to no sound proofing and the light from from the hall lights the room up from under the door at night. When I asked to speak to someone about the issues I was told there was nothing they could do because they don't have to put these things in the room. All I kept hearing was that I'll call someone comeback tomorrow. do not stay here!
