Everything about my time here has been amazing. The staff, the service, the food, the room, views, the surroundings and all those little touches to make my day special. They care about their guest.

It’s hard to pin point what I recommend so I will say everything, they go over and above for their guests, we have stayed numerous times and will continue to do so….

We chose this hotel for a relatives wake, the staff were so helpful and we appreciated everything they did for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They printed off some last minute order of services for us as they were delayed due to the storm yesterday. Food lovely, restaurant very nice. A great way to relax after a stressful few weeks. Thank you team Bromley court.

We had our wedding at bromley court hotel on the 25th september 2021 after postponing twice, jamie was amazing throughout the planning time and on the day we had amazing staff helping us out connor was an amazing bar staff and they was another young lady who helped took care of our centerpieces with so much care the day before and even popped in to congratulate us on the wedding and wished us well.

Me and my husband got married on the 10th july 2021, we had such a magical day and took amazing photos outside in the garden area. We had our reception at the Wellington suite, our family and friends had a lovely time. The outside area was perfect for the kids and we also enjoyed the outdoors throughout the day. We would like to thank all the staff especially to Jamie, Amy and Lucy for helping us throughout our planning and also to make our day wonderful. Definitely recommend this wedding venue.

Very Quite because of COVID-19. Spacious room available. Cleanliness is too much closet to Mc Donald’s. Clean rooms highly recommended.

I booked my wedding with Bromley Court Hotel, the staff were extremely friendly. Made creating my special day very easy as they was so helpful. Very thankful to them for the support I received during the pandemic as this was a very stressful time Bromley Court hotel kept me well aware of any updates and supported me throughout the process.

What a wonderful afternoon tea best by far. Thanks to chef Alex, Bibin and Aurora. Wonderful light room, view of beautiful gardens and splendid staff. Treat your self ☺️

Went with some friends for the Tina Turner tribute. Fantastic night, great food and the staff were amazing. Really couldn't do enough for us. Well done Bromley Court. We will be back!

Just going to cut to the chase The room was on the small side but adequate. Did not like not being able to get dressed without natural light, unless you let everyone have a chance to look into your room. As I was a late arrival I could only order from the room service menu. I had decided to order out. I was told that was fine but unable to eat that food any where but my room. I didn't want the smell of food in my bedroom, so had to eat my food outside! If I had been asked to my food discreetly I think this would have been a better solution. Not I think anyone else at the large party would have noticed in their intoxicated state.

Had a work do here today (Croydon Fun Day) Fabulous Food, Fabulous Staff, Fabulous Grounds We had a lovely Barbecue Outside. Couldn't ask for more. ♥️♥️ Spotless, Helpful, Superb Grounds… Can highly Recommend you use for your venue 100% Plenty Parking Space too. Loved it. Really Loved it Thank you so much.

Very nice setting for afternoon tea. Nice interior and polite staff. Lovely presentation. The downfall and the reason for a 3 star is … they had tetley teabags!

Fab staff, lovely grounds, nice breakfast, decent priced bar. But the rooms can be a bit of a mission with going up and down several stairs yet all on the same floor. Some rooms haven't all been updated — not sure if they're staying turquoise or going corporate dark, but still nice amenities minus a cold a/c that's hard to get just right in summer for the price you pay.

Went for lunch. Nice venue, gardens relaxing and overall a delightful ambiance. Food was well presented and tasted as good as it looked if you choose the right options. Overall lunch at the Bromley Court Hotel was a pleasant experience and certainly an experience I will be having again in the near future. Probably the only negative was that the staff could be friendlier to their guests. Not that they were rude but didn't feel that this was the job they wanted to do.

Haven't stayed over here as I'm local, but I've had the food a couple of times and it's of a great standard. I highly recommend the Tempura Prawns! The staff are friendly and it's a very nice atmosphere. Ample parking and in a nice quiet area.

We've been here with a friend. Had early dinner and the food was lovely. There are nice places to just sit in and relax around the building. Although on a very sunny day the conservatory gets extremely hot. When asked to be relocated staff was surprised but offered a corner spot at a different /covered part of the room.

Room was good. Breakfast was the best. Been to so called fine dining breakfast not enough to fill a flee let alone adults. But the Bromley court was second to none. Yum.

The Bromley Court is an all round good value for money hotel. It's good for a family gathering or somewhere to have a drink and work on the laptop Kids welcome too.

Had a lovely time at the hotel. Room was good size. Bed was comfy. Shower was nice. View was okay. Only problem we had was the door card key.

Nice, clean and concise size meeting rooms. Restaurant have a reasonable choice of food options for three course meals. Free parking available which was useful. Staff friendly.

We booked table for two for lunch. We were seated at the table with a nice view but it was way too hot. We asked to be seated somewhere else and it wasn't too much fuss for them. Our next table was well situated. Food and atmosphere were nice. I enjoyed my starter, it was tasty goat cheese with pesto. Then I had fish and chips — generous portion and nice, chunky chips. For dessert, my treacle tart was served. It was sweet and sour. I enjoyed. Wine was nice and chilled. In general — nice food, well presented. Restaurant is elegant but not stiffy. We were asked a few times, if everything is o. K. Staff was nice and diligent. I will be happy to go back there. Thank you.

Nice hotel, easy to find and well sign posted. Large function rooms for social gatherings. Friendly staff very accommodating. Hotel is modern, bright and stylish.

Nice hotel. Lovely public areas and garden. Beautiful tiling in the bathroom. Great buffet breakfast. Room was a bit on the small side, eg could not open wardrobe fully because bed was in the way. We stayed the night before my brother's funeral and also attended the wake there and can see it would make a lovely wedding venue.

Nice place! We are very happy with the fact we choose this place! The room was nice and clean, big enough with a nice view. The food in the restaurant was reaaaally good! Good prices at the bar. The staff was really professional. Nice conversation at the bar. Adrian best bartender I ever meet! Thank you!

Our stay at this hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was lovely, although the bathroom was smaller than anticipated. We decided the next morning to have breakfast and was glad we did!

The food is excellent, very very good quality. The service is also amazing. I highly recommend going there for lunch.

Location is very easy to get to, there is a bus stop pretty much right outside the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and did their best to make sure you had a good stay there.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful, they offered to change my main meal, beef, but I had been put off by the dryness, gristle and weird potato. Have been before and had excellent meals, yesterday was very disappointing (inc boiled eggs on the caesar salad! )

Lovely hotel with a nice bar area, nice food and fair prices. The bar manager Gigi was very helpful and knowledgeable with drink recommendations!

I stayed here because everywhere else was fully booked, wouldn't rush to go back either if you need to get your head down and your not bother about the decor then this is it, cheap and in need of updating along with the timer sauna.

Nice hotel… well presented rooms… cozy with dog beds. I have stayed here numerous times and never been disappointed. Gym is small but it has one none the less if you are there long enough to want to use the gym. Grounds are beautiful in the summer. A lovely place to site during your stay and have a drink or two. Good value for money… nice staff.

Seems there is a lot of history of music out here (pics below) Perfect place for weddings and functions. Amazing garden at the back.

While attending a wedding, the staff were inattentive to the needs of the guests, not turning down music when it was obviously uncomfortable, or even giving warning that loud music was about to happen. The food was similarly badly handled, with some left without anything to eat.

Lovely hotel. Not ultra modern but still very comfortable. Air con in rooms — very useful as the room got very warm. Very friendly, helpful staff. Food in both restaurant and lounge bar was excellent.

Hotel was adequate for my needs. Clean room (found a ladies nail) but no Biggie. Other guests complained the rooms were small. Once parties started the bass travelled up to third floor (invest in a noise limiter) but once again I was ok with it. The strangest part was having three weddings going on simultaneously so it's a busy place. I would return as the grounds are nice and it is a nice retreat if not pricey for its offered product. (The garden restaurant part of the hotel is obviously why the hotel feels it should be in its price bracket)

Too bad for the lack of the bidet and the toilet brush! Overall the accommodation was comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

I had my wedding here at the weekend and WOW! What a venue. Staff were amazing and worked with us to achieve the best day imaginable. The food was superb and everything was just spot on. We were able to use the beautiful gardens to take some lovely photos. The rooms are incredible. We have stayed here a couple times now and I can't fault the rooms or the buffet the next day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely recommend it to people planning a wedding!

The hotel interior was clean, fresh and there is lots of room. The staff was nice and remained at the background (not too much in your face but always available and helpful). The food was really good. Home made, staple and very comforting. Gardens are really well maintained and beautiful. Lovely place to relax and work. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed.

All the staff are foreigners with broken English, hotel is dirty. All the old staff is gone and staff are quite rude but the hotel is cheap.

If you like indian food please Try The Taj Restaurant in 10 Carlton Parade Orpington Kent BR6 0JB open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday 5.30pm to 11.30pm and Sunday 5.30pm to 11.00pm.

Was at the Dinner Dance last night (12/12/14). With 4 friends. I chose the Turkey, which I am sure was processed meat and tasted awful. I had Prawn cocktail to start, which seemed ok and Pavlova for dessert, which was too sweet and sickly and the portions were tiny anyway. When the dinner came round, one friend got her meal and the rest of us didn't and had to wait! She didn't want to start until we all got ours together and her's then got cold. We did complain at the time. Also, we asked for the air conditioning to be turned down as we were cold when eating, and it didn't change. To top it all, I have been awake since 5am vomiting and with severe stomach cramps, which is definitely nothing to do with drink as we only had a couple of glasses of wine (due to the cost of a bottle). It was either the Prawns or that disgusting Turkey that made me sick!. Considering the cost of the night out, and the way it was run — it was like being at a holiday camp — I think the whole night was a disaster. We left at about 10.30pm as one of my friends was unwell, which I was very happy to do. I would never go back there again.

My stay was horrendous to say the least. I had booked in for a 2 night stay and never got any sleep on either night. First night someone broke the glass on the fire alarm at 12.35am. No one bothered to let us know it was a false alarm and when I complained via the customer service route I was told it was me who never evacuated the hotel. They do not want to shoulder any responsibility at all which I find absolutely disgraceful. On the second night there were children running through the corridors all night. I again complained and once again they said it was nothing they could control. Well I am sorry its your hotel so control it! There were no parking facilities as the Christmas nights out had them all and I had to park quite a distance away. The Bromley Court Hotel apparently think by offering you £50 that sweeps the slate clean. Not in my book it doesn't! It was what I paid for I want not some kind of guilty go away money. I would strongly recommend anyone thinking of staying to get another hotel as this one wont show any responsibility towards your comfort or rest and I for one will never stay there again. I will also be sending my staff and clients a note to enlighten them also.

Have stayed here many time and am always impressed, the only reason not 5 stars is that Saturday nights can get pretty noisy with functions going on.

A 'good enough' hotel, spacious and nice garden. Rooms good to ok, as the hotel feels a little aged. Breakfast was excellent. Prices can also be very good for relatively closeness to London.

Rooms are comfortable but I found them to be noisy. Facilities are nice but it has the slowest free Wifi in the world.

Great building, comfortable and spacious rooms. Fantastic shower and the bath fills fast and hot. The staff make the place though, old fashioned and friendly menus are extremely well complimented by the old fashioned and friendly staff. No one expects Sir or Mr Surname, but it does feel professional whilst remaining approachable. The gym is small but well equipped. The sauna is spot on! I've stayed here a few times so decided to write this review. Yes, you are paying for the hotel facilities, if you use them or not. My suggestion, use them. Use the free Wi-Fi, hot baths, well heated rooms, freeview TV with epg, sauna and gym. None of the above are available at the Travelodge.

I stayed at this hotel for three weeks. The rooms are not so good, very little and quite expansive. (90£ x night). Each week end there are some parties with a lot of noise. I'm used to stay in this hotel for business but when I had some problems with my credit card I was treated like a thief. They wanted to be payed in advance with a letter from my company and my boss. An awful experience.
