Bad manager, we stayed in summer we complained about air con not working and the manager did not do anything. It was hot in the room, like 29°C they just gave us a electric fan. We could not sleep well. The fridge did not cool.

The hotel is bad. Here is why 1. No A/C in the room. There is a portable fan, but it works badly, without any cooling. 2. I have found hairs in my coffee cup. This can happen, but it is not good. I expected to put 3 stars but this thing left only 2 for them. 3. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room and badly in the lobby. This hotel is good, cause it is cheap and good bread on breakfast. Booked here 3 days, but decided to stay only 2 and move to the Holliday inn.

Good hotel, well located, nice staff and good value for money. The weak point is the breakfast room which is very noisy. But if I come back to London I will try to book a room there.

My sister and I stayed at this 'hotel' on Monday 5th February and what an utter disappointment. My sister had booked this for my birthday and she is quite upset with the whole stay, as am I. When we arrived, we discovered the room we were in was dusty and dirty. With marks on the walls that are easily cleaned away if the staff was interested in doing so. Then we looked at having a brew, however there was only 1 teabag supplied in a room for 2 people, the buscuits were crushed up liked sometime had stood on them, it was that bad the staff would have known this when they placed it on the tray. The next morning is where the faulty towers experience came. After having a shower I took the towel from the rail only to find the rail came with it, which is so dangerous I could have been injured. At breakfast we were spoken to very poorly. We sat at a table that one member of staff sat us at one table to only be moved by another, we had to be asked twice on which drinks we would like. One of us was asked if she would like white or brown toast then she hurried away while I was shouting after her, she didn't reply so when she next came into the room I asked for gluten free please, rather than saying oh I'm sorry did you book it? Her answer was 'no you didn't tell us'! Her attitude was so rude. After telling her that yes we had booked it she then sent someone for the bread.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a special family event and came away with 25-30 bedbug bites! Whereas I should be enjoying happy memories of a special occasion, I have instead been suffering terribly with itching and a resulting infection. The hotel has been very unhelpful in dealing with the matter and just flatly deny the bugs. However, I shared a room with family from abroad and we have not been together anywhere else and have all been bitten! I seriously recommend you avoid this hotel.

Great location, wonderful, pleasant, help full and very respectful staff. Excellent Breakfast. Have stayed in London on business many times before and I can honestly say, this is the best one ever! Highly recommended.

Ok, first room we were given wasn't made up, went back to reception who put us in a different room. Decent size. Could do with a lick of paint. TV remote didn't work (well it was the wrong remote for the TV! ) Shower ok, bed ok. Wouldn't rush to stop her again but ok for a work stop over. Breakfast is a waste of time. Don't expect a full English. There is bread, boiled eggs and a some cocktail sausages.

Nothing was really working in this hotel. We had to wait 10 minutes to have hot water in the bathroom every day, the kettle wasn't working well, we had to change our room key 3 times… Luckily the people are very nice and helpful. Very smiling and understanding, I put 3 stars because of them. Special mention to Sam the funny receptionnist who tried to teach english to my friend.

Good hotel for travelers, location is central in London. Structure is abit old, however, overall safe. Rooms are reasonably sized with heater and air conditioning. Stairs are abit steep like any other medium priced hotel in London. Has free breakfast for guests, good range of breakfast items to choose from. Breakfast is an authentic English breakfast with sausages, cheese, bread, muffins, egg, coffee, tea, and orange juice. Dining conditions are good and clean. Staff are welcoming and friendly, food items are constantly replenished. Location is perfect for travellers who want to walk around London. Free Wi-Fi is available here, although mobile data connection might be bad depending on room location.

Don’t book until they inform you they have gotten rid of bed bugs (room 12). October 2017, my poor son was bitten all over his face, arms and neck. I did not know they were bed bugs. I brought it to the attention of front desk and they told us it was not bed bugs and moved us. We checked out next day and my son itched the entire flight home. I had pictures from hotel, and researched online and discovered that they were bed bugs. Still waiting to hear from hotel. Oh yeah, and the kicker, this hotel was the only place I handed my credit card and the day I checked out fraudulent charges were being made to my credit card. So discusted!

Comfortable and quaint, close to the tube station. The staff were very kind and attentive, my room was affordable yet spacious, comfortable, and fairly quiet. I found my room to be clean and well decorated.

The apartment was in the cellar and smelled like the dungeons when the chlorine dust had diminished. In the bathrooms was the molding rotten at the floor and have started to fall apart. The cleaning must have been limited to chase the rats away (spiders still there), because everything was sticky when you touched it. We had to throw the shower curtain out and buy a new one at Arbys because it was so moldy. The kitchen had a table for 4 people (in a 6-person apartment) and a lovely view over the neighborhoods waste drums in the immersed space just outside the windows. If you have too much money and like to live in a dry well is this the place for you, we rather commute from Luton into central London the next time we visit London.

Charming small hotel in Earl's Court area, the Kensington in it's name is barely justified. Rooms are okay, slightly showing age but acceptable. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is simple but good, especially the fruits on offer I found quite good.

Great place with good price.

Excellent location, the area is lively and very well served by public transport.
Moreover, the hotel is quiet and warm but if the places are vetustes and the cleanliness peupeut be improved.

Nice area, good customer service. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pub has an awesome selection of ciders. A great breakfast, though it was very crowded with a long line, so get there in plenty of time.

This hotel is getting 2 stars simply for the location. It's in a nice spot next to earls court tube station and lots of bars, cafes and nice places to eat. However firstly my room did not have a shower curtain. The hooks were there but no curtain. The bath (which the shower was over) was full of hair. They put a shower curtain up after I complained so when I came back from dinner I turned the shower on… it was cold no hot water came through no matter what I tried… but it did come hot through the bath taps at this point I noticed the bath was filling up (I had not put the plug in) the drain was blocked. It still had water in when I went to sleep and must have drained slowly during the night. I was freezing cold the first night there were no apparent temperature controls in the room and the radiator was off. It was — 3 outside. In the morning I filled in the maintenance form and left the room. It had been "cleaned" when I returned (there was still hair in the bath and the shower and drain were the same) my maintenance note had simply been moved to one side and a new one put in its place. That was room number 20.

Good london Hotel with a high level of the breakfast. The furnishings of the rooms are classic Ibis. Staff is rarely seen. The rooms on the higher floors have been renovated. In. A good hotel with ottuma breakfast.

Location perfect for getting on tube. Lots of local restaurants with choice of styles of food. Rooms comfortable although a bit shabby in places. Car park at back but very difficult to negotiate if you have a big car. All staff friendly and helpful.

Great friendly staff, let us leave our bags here before and after we checked in/out. Breakfast is simple but plenty to go around and fresh cooked scrambled eggs and mini sausages. Room was clean as was bathroom. Would definitely stop again if I'm back in the area. Great for Earls Court Station 3 mins and the Olympia is 15 mins walk.

Staff is pretty nice, but room is just okay. Missing a bedside table and the TV in the room doesn't allow you to switch display inputs — they've installed a proprietary TV service unit that disables it. Bathroom is a bit dated but decent. Really great location, course to Earl's Court metro station which will connect you to all of the city center sights in one train ride. All you can eat breakfast is pretty good as well. Definitely a good option that won't break the bank (relative to the rest of London hotels) but don't expect luxury.

Great overall 3star hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, bathroom with bath and shower, TV, can make your own tea/coffee, couple of biscuits at the ready, breakfast included but I cannot comment as I had to leave very early and couldn't be asked with the food. In my room I got some noise from the elevator, but it didn't bother my sleep. I would definitely use this hotel again!. + Just a minute away from the tube.

The apartment in which we are on the 4th floor without elevator. Note that they were much better apartments long ago but now simply remain at mediocre.
It will take you approximately 25 or 30 minutes to get to Piccadilly Circus 15 minutes walk to the Museum of Natural history. The district is very well quiet and without any danger of upper middle class.
Charity in relation to the price you have is not very good, better to share it with more people.

Although we had a few teething issues when we first arrived these were ironed out quickly and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Was here in March. We didn't hear the tube and we were on the 6th floor. Very nice staff and the walk to the Tube is just excellent! I reccomend!

Stayed here with school on a trip. Three to a room but quite spacious. Food was ok except the chicken tasted raw. Got locked out of room and gave us another key no hassle. All in all enjoyable.

The hotel has been recently renovated and the staff is kind and helpful. The continental breakfast is included and is pretty decent. My room was recently outfitted with air conditioning.

Absolutely fabulous good value for money! I am staying there since 4 weeks and staff is happy to help with any issue, verry correct and adequate service! The rooms are as spacious and comfortable as you would normally expect from a 4 Star hotel! Everything is there and very spacious. For major issues the hotel manager herself took care for me even at 9pm at night. She is a verry professional and friendly person! I am 200% satisfied and I will stay there for the next 6 months. We spent 7 days in August 2011.
The hotel is not fancy, but isn't bad. The room is modern, clean and comfortable. They leave you a water heater to make tea, and leave you in the cups, tea, sugar and chocolate (Mint, that Yes, very English) and renew the consumed each day. The room has a minibar with soft drinks and water, and the possibility of keeping something chilled. They have a free computer in the lobby and Wi-Fi (although slow).
The breakfast is correct, generous but not too varied.
The staff is friendly and correct treatment. To the such Hazel that indicates a previous comment I have not seen it.
The hotel is in a commercial area with supermarket, shops, restaurants and pubs, and what is better, a nearby subway line, which reaches Heathrow (why choose it) and takes you to the Center.

Walking into room, the air-conditioning panel was hanging off the wall, bath dirty and TV remote not working. Took 4 hours for the aircon to reduce the temperature to a sleep-able level before another hour to get used to the loudness of the building. We asked not to be woken but received two wake up calls at 6 and 6.20am and at both times were not apologised to. The morning staff were friendly and apologetic on check out but the night staff were rude and nonchalant. We arrived looking to relax, we left disappointed and tired.

We had made the reservation at this Hotel. When we arrived at eleven in the morning commented us that the room was not yet ready, which we understood perfectly, but we left the luggage. When we arrived in the evening, we were told that we were sent to another hotel because there we had no room. Before our anger, but not forced, we went to the hotel where we sent and what we got was a room without TOILET inside, was in the hall after paying 136 euro. The most presentable of all is that they never told us "sorry" and calling for complaint sheet, refused saying that they didn't. The Hotel manager called Hazel, "worst", poorly educated and arrogant!. Don't go to this Hotel any problem, you say "it's your problem. " that's how they solve it.
