The worst experience I ever had! We came here for two rooms but we had to go to sleep somewere else because was impossible to sleep in such of a bad situation. The room were awful, super dirty. We found used soaps in the toilets, beard hairs in the sink and mirror in the toilet. Dirty towels, and the shower of one of the room dirty as well. We told the guy in the reception about all those things and told him that we couldn't sleep there in a not igienic, not health and not safety environment, and he told us that was not his problem because he is just an employer. I called back to tell the owner as well and he din't even say sorry about that and was just saying every second that the rooms were clean. After that, I would never reccomend this place at all even if the price is lower also about the area, is located in a really unsafe neighborhood. Never again!

A good place that can of benefit to our community, but the love of money not supported with commit endeavours.

The pictures aren't real, terrible attention. We lied by saying that the company had cancelled our room and actually had sold more rooms than I had. The receptionist waited on us in pajamas and it was very edge.

I checked in, the room wasn't worth the money. Then on top of that, there was no remote for the TV, and the bathroom was so small I had to go the gym to get washed. But the real reason why I will never come here again… at 8am the receptionist had the audacity to wake me up with his penis in his hands asking me how much do I charge.

Price a bit excessive 75 pounds (100th) clean room. To find a place in a car good luck. Very popular area. In fact if you want a cheap hotel for one night that's enough.

The area is an absolute s***hole got of the train and within the 5min walk to the hotel a fire work shot across the street pretty much at us. the manager was very friendly at the hotel. there was a big gang of people outside. the room was a mess most of the furniture broken window would shut shower was cold and there was a dirty sock in one of the draws.

An advice to all travellers: it is not to be taken into account either. Dirty, ugly, run by incompetent people

Cheap and cheerful hotel, very cheap price, location wad OK but not far from the nearest tube station.

The place is worth the price I paid. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I reccomend it.

When we arrived at the Hollingbury Hotel they couldn't find our booking, even when I produced a receipt and showed the payment on my online banking they still didn't want to give us a room. They wanted us to pay again. Eventually after around 45 minutes we were given a room, which was supposed to be a double, but was quite clearly a single, they was only one cup, one towel etc. The hotel is very scruffy, the lamp in our room was held together with sellotape. The bathroom was no bigger than a cupboard, you would have to climb over the toilet to use the shower and the sink was in the bedroom. It's located in a very dodgy area of London. Not once did they apologise about the booking mix up, the guy at reception didn't have a clue what he was doing. We didn't bother staying for breakfast, and from reading other reviews it wouldn't have been worth staying for anyway. This is by far and away the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fresh mold in the shower, breakfast in the kitchen (toasts with jam and milk only) with lady washing dishes behind, not even a table, no parking except street line paid during the day and staff which doesn't care.

I stayed for 7 nights at Hollingbury Hotel, Craven Park. It was a very good experience because of very friendly and helpful staff, good and clean facilities, availability of many food shops and other shops at walkable distance etc.
