Room itself is quite spacious but the bathroom is awful. Tiny and having a shower is a challenge. Water gets absolutely everywhere. Floor gets soaking wet. Also. For the love of god, get fans for the rooms!

Staying in room 21. Lovely and clean, would easily be 4* if it was tiny bit bigger. Amazing value for price, highly recommend (chose room 21) Not to mention amazing staff!

Budget hotel. Very good location. Near to 2 important tube stations. But no fan in room. Can get very hot in summer. Rooms very tiny. No space to move about.

Normal structure. Small room. True cleanliness is not something that the English know. If you are satisfied can go, but you have to be very easy.

This place reminded me of my 1980s student accommodation, but with a very small and nicely decorated en-suite bathroom. There was a single light switch for the room by the entrance door, and the power outlets were there too. There was no air-conditioning, so during a very hot night I slept with the window open to the sounds of Kensington. The bed was comfortable.

Two stars just for the location, everything else discouraged.

Good hotel, great location if you are attending events at the Olympia. Beds comfy and staff very nice. Biggest downside was the lack of plug sockets. We were in a triple room and there were only 2 plug sockets.

Very friendly beautiful clean white bed linen and lovely and warm. Difficult to find though their directions are way out of date. It's turn right at Sainsburys and keep going and it's on the left. Look up for the hotel sign.

Great location near the metro, very favorable prices, cleanliness to improve.

My hotel room was great I recommend to all but 1 minor detail the top bunk of the bed didn't have a guard to stop you from rolling out.

The staff is awesome and very accommodating. We booked 12 days in this hotel and would surely book again if we visited London. It is close to the bus stops and West Kensington underground station. We frequented the local store, pubs, and restaurants. The laundromat is 150 steps away.

The best thing to say about this hotel is the reduced price it has and it is located next to the Olympia London, so if you should attend an event in it is a great solution. True that the hotel is clean, but the truth is that the size of the rooms and the structure of the building, very of the London type, would not allow you in Spain to be beyond a one star hotel, hopefully!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but do the job. It's also very central.

Entrance to the room was fairly spacious, although the beds were a bit close together. The ground floor had a couple of steps up and down making it a little tricky to navigate with a pram. Quite close to a big Tesco which was handy, and not on a main road so not too noisy. Shower seemed to be either cold or very hot.

Easy to access by underground. Great Italian Restaurant down the street home genial and very good value for money. Extra boss and genial server. We eat wonderfully well. I recommend it. The hotel is very nice. It was a great place to be. Just think about taking Europe for your chargers if not at the bottom of the hotel possibility to buy one… Not very expensive about 5 pounds.
The beds are very good and we sleep very well. Well warm not cold at all.
I recommend this hotel which is really very good and close to the underground which allows access to London easily and quickly.

Hotel B&B to stay for a few days, no frills but comfortable and clean.

Stayed here for 8nights in a triple room, room were comfortable, loved this quaint hotel. Easy to reach places of attraction either by underground and buses. Tesco express and Sainsbury within walking distance. Room is clean and receptionists very helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back next time.

Stayed here for 7 nights in a triple room. Front desk is friendly and location is reasonable, house keeping is good. Very nice hotel for the price you pay, has a lift as a bonus. Conveniently located near Kensington Olympia bus station and Kensington High Street. For the price it deserves more than five stars!

Good location, shops, buses and Metro, all close by. The price is not high.
The room is very small, the bathroom is narrow, smelly towels, dirty floor, walls and curtains, bed linen in 4 days have never changed.
You can stay if the budget is very limited and it is important to be in the center.

About 5 minutes walk from the tube stop, small rooms contain everything we needed, although the two key cards we were given barely worked… we were told they were all like that. But then the next day the receptionist replaced it and worked every time after… Not a bad stay at all.

The hotel is in a quiet area very convenient for the Metro and buses to the center. The room was spotless but, our quadruple was really too small.

A nice neighborhood to live and to spend several days as it was our case.

It seems as if you currently have everything, it has a lockable door, as a hotel can rent. This is particularly clear in this House.
But only to the objective:
It is a typical English townhouse (terraced house), whose 4 floors represent the offer of the rooms. The location near the subway (District Line) was crucial for me to take a room here.
The positive:
In our special case, the bathroom was sufficiently large and clean. The available free Wi-Fi also had a usable bandwidth. The reception was always busy when we entered or left the house and also the location in Metro Zone 2 I would still prove to be an advantage.
The negative:
When we arrived in London for several days, temperatures were over 20 degrees. Already in the hallway in front of the room had developed a sweltering sultry and we rejoiced and already to enter a quiet cool room. However, the air was of the same quality as in front of the room, despite the lack of a window. Speaking of which, if apart from three beds there is only so much space that the door can be opened, can you still speak of rooms? Even the wandering view from the room door revealed nothing good — the floor was not only down, but a case for the trash — dirty and a deep hole — something that guests should not be offered.
After the first night, the next realization followed — quietly, as the view of the map suggested, it is not either.

Very small room and shower/toilet space. No air conditioning which in this weather was terrible. Carpet was dirty and badly stained. Bed linens and towels were crispy clean, nothing bad to say about that. But I am not staying at this place ever again.

Horrid place to stay. Staff are useless and bedsheets are badly stained towels smell unpleasant. Total flee pit.

No amenities, no air conditioner, no bath, all the information in the website when you book is wrong.

First of all, keep it in mind it is a budget hotel so the room are small and there is no AC. Having said that it is clean and has an elevator. It's located in a quiet street and 5 minutes walk to West Kensington station. It's ideal for short stay and budget travellers.

It is a clean hotel, but very small, expensive for what it offers and without services.
The publication said she had breakfast, and there wasn't. I'd only be back because of the proximity to Olympia, but I'm sure I'm looking for a new and better option first.

A good price for an overnight stay in London.

The place was very convenient to find. A few minutes from the tube, lovely clean and tidy including the bathroom. We were given all the extras we required and the staff were great… Only downside was the internet kept cutting out so I had to use moblie which cost me money, and the TV reception was erratic, would definitely gi there again.

Great Value! I had a one night business stay as was visiting a show at Olympia the following day. Perfect location, small rooms but was clean and comfortable. The lady on reception was so friendly and helpful, she even upgraded me to a larger room as there were no pillows in the first room. Will definitely use again when away on business.

Useful the nearby Metro, my very small room, but we were in four, the free coffee and room, nice staff, for my stay in London went well, great the area near a supermarket with ready meals and sandwiches X the takeaway, great croissants.
