Reception staff great so helpful, rooms clean and location was. Good kitchen rude and couldn't care less.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay here, especially since the staff was extremely friendly and ready to help. Our room was wonderful as well just as the Location. The underground station is very close and there are a lot of nice restaurants around.

Breakfast was fine for price paid, however this was one of the worst hotels I have come across due to the unprofessional and deceitful nature of the staff. There was an initial mix-up with the booking so I called to explain. The person on the phone told me everything was fine, yet when I got there with my children, they denied having that conversation and insisted I paid £50 for an extra bed, ALONG with commenting unprofessionally on my children’s appearance (specifically weight). Even though I paid, THEY DIDN’T BRING THE BED. The general stay was uncomfortable as the rooms were unclean and some of the staff ignored us purposely for the rest of our stay. I felt as though my money was stolen so called to complain; yet during the conversation the staff HUNG UP on me. An absolutely hellish stay, and even without the staff there are much better quality cheap hotels in London.

I think you can find a better hotel around the same area for the same price or only a bit more. The room was clean but there were hairs on linens. No elevator, narrow hallways with worn carpet. Bed was very comfortable, room climate control comfortable with nice cold AC during an unseasonably hot spring. Breakfast was okay — not much variety, low quality fruit, some pre toasted toast and yogurt. I accidentally booked an extra night as a result of a miscommunication amongst my friends. I know that the reservation was non refundable but sent an email asking if an exception could be made. I never received a reply. A reply would have been polite even if no exception was possible. I asked about it also at the front desk and was given the runaround. This was disappointing. The Hilton nearby is only a few pounds more and in retrospect I’d have just done that.

Very nice Hotel a few steps from the subway. The hotel offers room service every day, breakfast every day, room service fee. A really nice hotel, well furnished and also the people working inside are very polite and prepared. At the reception (open 24h-24h) always available and prepared and, if you need, they can speak 5 different languages.

— : Worst breakfast ever (no choice at all! ). The waitresses don't hesitate making noise from 9.30am sharp (hoovering, cleaning tables and dishes. ). Housekeeping service far from perfect. AC complicated to handle. No lift even if there are 4 floors. Luggage room not secured. Bring toothpaste and toothbrush with you.

Location is okay, very quite. Close to supermarket. But far from the center in my opinion. +/ — 30 min from the center by tube.

This was a really great little hotel for the area. Not at all expensive, goods amenities and a great location. The decor in the bedroom was simple and elegant, the Wi-Fi was decent for streaming Netflix and the shower was very good (important feature as far as I'm concerned). I've stayed in a few hotels in this area and I've finally found one I'll be coming back to in June. Many thanks.

Discreet Hotel at 300m from the Metro. But no elevator and with really small rooms.

Considering the price and location in central London, I was pleasantly surprised by the W14 hotel. Rooms were an average size, but we'll furnished. Definitely good for a solo business traveller. Breakfast was offered, and although I didn't try it — the selection looked appetising.

Location is good, the environment as a whole is OK, heating must actively inform the counter to open, and the staff service attitude is not good:
1. Perhaps there is a misunderstanding of communication, we go back one night to find the room changed, and everything was left in bed, feel very poor, to the counter to inquire when the clerk only said the phone is not through so directly changed the room, but I really did not get the call notice. 2. On the last day standing at the counter waiting for Uber, perhaps because of the road, the staff constantly white eyes on us, the feeling is really poor.

Friendly staff and clean, modern rooms. Fantastic shower! Room was fairly small but actually bigger than expected. Walls felt a bit thin — was woken up by the next room shutting their door! But otherwise a very good night's sleep… Breakfast was ample, but only continental was available. Fine for us, but a shame to not have an option for full English. No bar either, but reasonably priced bottled drinks at reception. Overall, for a short, cheap stay in a convenient location, it was very good and I'd be glad to return.

The Hotel is a little bit far from central London but very good quality in the equipment, the reception, the breakfast. Very clean and very functional Hotel. You have to use the Metro which is 500 meters (BARON COURT) and use the Oyster card. Very good value for money. To advise! C Runt.

Nice hotel not far from the centre, small rooms but adequate.

I feel compelled to write a positive review because this hotel deserves a lot. I state that I stayed in a double with bathroom. The rooms have just been renovated, they are very comfortable, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is modernly furnished with a double waterfall shower from the ceiling. I stayed at the end of September 2014 and they were still undergoing renovations but they always had the foresight to start late in the morning and finish in the afternoon, so no trouble for rest. If you really have to find a flaw, the breakfast could be a little richer and last at least until 10-11 a. M and not finish at 9.30 A. M. Which is really too early. The neighbourhood offers little (a few pubs and a supermarket) but a 5 minute walk you can reach 2 Metro stops (BLUE and GREEN) which carry almost everywhere.
