Very clean and comfortable room was very modern and stylish with only hint of the dreaded purple in the decor. More token addition in the form of a flick in carpet and a strip on the edge of the curtains. Amazing matteress great black out blinds no disturbances at all very covid compliant felt very safe. If I was an auditor I would. Give this site 95% Score card minor issues that didn't effect stay such as 1 bedside lamp bulb smashed water in kettle + bathroom shower gel pouch burst. would I stay again? 💯✅

The staff were very helpful and considerate, especially as they are restricted with the pandemic. The hotel itself is very clean.

Extremely difficult place to get into, on a very busy large roundabout and very close to the Dartford tunnel which we accidentally went through trying to find it. The receptionist even admitted that people do that often trying to get into the hotel, thus incurring a charge. No clear signs for the entrance or reception. Reception more interested in chatting to her colleagues than settling in her customers. Good job we use premier inn’s frequently and know what the facilities etc are because we didn’t get any info from reception. We won’t be using this one again, mainly because it’s difficult to locate and access.

Really nice place to stay. The hotel staff were amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel huge loads of room really close to lakeside shopping centre. But no walk way you have to be able to drive to get any where. Breakfast is lovely and brilliant value the rooms on the surface are clean and tidy. But When we checked in there was blood on one of the quilt covers the did how ever change it quickly for us. My husband being a team member at another hotel likes to help out and strip the bedding off for the cleaners to save them time as he knows the strict limits they are on and when he did he found quilts that shouldn't of been used. Stained mucky quilts that would of been replaced in any other hotel.

A faceless hotel, not even proper reception, just broken computers. Rooms were OK if a little warm and no chance of opening windows as it's too noisy. Main gripe is the terrible car park, half the spaces are too tight for a large car like ours due to all the pillars for the upper floor parking and still having baths rather than showers is a little old hat.

This was such a welcoming place when we arrived late evening on our return from our holidays. Every member of staff made a clear effort to be helpful and friendly and the atmosphere within the hotel was so good and cheerful during our brief stay. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and everything was easy from nearby free parking to tasty breakfast to speedy check out. Thoroughly recommend.

Great hotel for short nights. I stay there every time I go to the area for work. Check-in is automatic but the staff still present at the front desk. Good and fast restaurant. Breakfast is great!

Staff are a credit to not only themselves but Premier Inn. The company are lucky to have such employees. I turned up soaking on my bike. The woman on the desk took my bike to a secure room and let me go to a room even though my wife (who had made the reservation) and the kids hadn't yet arrived. The family room, double and two singles, was clean and had plenty of space. Breakfast was the classic Premier Inn. If you don't like the breakfast. Well I guess there's no pleasing you. The woman from the day before got my bike, wished me well and I got lost in Kent.

The staff here are so friendly and more than helpful. The breakfast is lush with loads of different options to choose from so there is something for everyone! They do really good lattes too! As for the bedrooms they were pristine and had USB ports beside the beds which came in handy. Girls they have a light up mirror for doing your make up! The bed was really comfortable and I had the best nights sleep! Would come here again!

Good location for a stop over for Tilbury Docks. Apparently you can park there to avoid the expensive cost of parking at the docks before your voyage. We didn't realise that. So next time we shall arrange our parking differently.

Hotel Check in wasn't as easy going as we'd of liked. 2 machines out of order, no one around and we pressed the call for assistance bell and no one came for ages. Room adequate, bath could do with a handle to help you get in and out as its quite deep and anti slip mat if having a bath lol. Slept well. Usb charging points by the bed on both sides which shows hotel moving with the times. Check out very easy. Plenty of parking. Restaurant Staff really friendly, they where handing out free brand new toys to children which they've started doing for the summer a staff member said. We only stayed for breakfast but there was plenty of choice for hot and cold which was constantly being replenished. We would stay here again, great price too. X.

Had a great stay at Premier Inn Thurrock West. Staff in both hotel and Thyme restaurant very friendly and very attentive. Would recommend this particular Premier Inn and would most definitely stay again. The beds are very comfortable, rooms very clean and the food in the Thyme restaurant was excellent value for money with great choice.

Premier inn's are always clean and decent, this one has good parking and a great location for my business trip.

I complained about the noisy air-conditioning that kept switching itself on during the night. I spoke to the duty manager who promised it would be sorted out and I would get money back as part of the good night sleep guarantee. A month passed and I heard nothing and got no money back. They must have known about the complain as I usually get online feedback request but after this stay I got nothing. Shame a bit cause with my new job I will be traveling and it's up to me to choose the hotel I'm staying in. Which won't be premier Inn now.

2nd time and last time I will stay here! Staff seem to go missing, nobody at the check in desk same as last time! Nobody at the bar when I came down, again the same as last time! Food disgraceful very thing I wanted wasn't available, yes same as last time! I would highly recommend the premier inn at thurrock east far far far superior in every aspect!

Only ever give 4 stars… otherwise there is no room to improve… big thank you to Enio. You work hard to make the customers feel well looked after. Rooms are clean and welcoming. And if you like s little kick to your starters try the fish cakes and tempura prawns… I thought they were excellent and I’ve had them two nights in a row.

Close to M25, lakeside shopping is nearby. Extra parking for cars with one level structure. Room had larger TV and USB sockets next to the bed for charging. Lifts and stairs for access to upper floors. Reception has touch screen booking in. The free Wi-Fi is adequate for general use.

No issues with the hotel and staff they were as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Restaurant only open from 18:00 to 22:00. The location leaves a little to be desired, not very inviting and tucked away just off the crossing. Serves its purpose as somewhere to get your head down for a night.

We stay in Premier Inn 8/10 times a year. Due to a number of very inconsiderate guests who choose to allow kids to run riot throughout the hotel, slamming doors and shouting making noise throughout the early hours. Our stay here was was great. After searching throughout the internet for the contact number of the hotel (which was not easy to find) we did in-fact contact the manager Reece on the phone to advise him of the issue and he had said he was having problems with a gro…up of guests. He did inform us to come to the desk in the morning and you would arrange a refund. However when we went to do this we was passed a card with your details and told to email in to arrange this. This email address was invalid and to be honest asking us to email is just another inconvenience to the regular good customer after such an awful stay. Surely a manager should be allowed to approve and resolve these issues quickly and efficiently. We should also point out that the breakfast service was appalling due to short staffing. Although the food was hot it was not consistent and we waited over 25 minutes to get a breakfast. We were readily waiting for hot food, glasses, cups and bread to be replenished. We did however have a lovely evening meal and received a great service from a waitress Maxine. And the rooms were of a good standard. So it was a shame to have a bad stay. We are returning next week to the same hotel so hopefully they can win our approval again.

Room Clean, tidy and comfortable. Sadly only a shower, no bath (didn't realise when I booked, didn't notice if there was a choice). Restaurant food was good but service was poor. Nobody on reception. I was checked in by computer and dropped my card on exit. Very basic, even by premier inn standards. Also took me a few laps of the roundabouts to find the entrance, both my car sat nav and Google got it wrong.

This is always where myself and my girlfriend stay every year for Comicon and have never had anything but a lovely stay. There is now a new 2 level car park so parking is certainly not an issue anymore and the room is perfectly kept. Didn't want fir anything.

Poor parking — round the back and next to great big dumper trucks. Noisy and very dirty area. Poor service. Rubbish in my opinion.

Good food in the restaurant and a decent family room. Beds were comfortable but could of done with a few more pillows.

From checking in to out for our pr cruise stay excellent service, was provided by Lynn on reception, Martha and Reese in the dining room and all other staff working at that time. Would highly recommend.

Rooms fantastic, brand new. Nice staff, good parking. Breakfast was poor though for the price. Eggs overdone and dried up, same for black pudding, bacon and sausages. There were no bowls for the cereals, had to ask and wait, shame as normally premier Inn breakfasts are very good. Food did not seem fresh as normal. This was a let down. Staff were attentive however.

I like the hotel Thymes being my favourite of the chain the 4 stars are well deserved as the room is nice, lovely shower in the bathroom.

Good location good price clean.

Never had a problem whatsoever. Any room I stay in is always clean and tidy, polite and helpful staff. Never had any problem with parking either, despite what it says on the website. In fact the only slight downside is if your room is facing the A282 it can get a tiny bit noisy if your used to peace and quiet but this is mentioned so I can't really complain to be fair. All in all just like any Premier Inn I stay in excellent service. (Typical how they always give you a survey of how did we do? When you go somewhere excellent, yet go somewhere awful and they never do)

Clean room — air con a little noisy. Comfy bed and a good nights sleep. Staff were helpful on check in and at meal time. Food was good. I'd like to commend the staff though, we stayed here (as did others) the night before running the London marathon. The staff became aware of this and early in the evening came to the room (s) and delivered a good luck letter and a bottle of muscle soak bubble bath to the room — an amazing gesture. They also offered early breakfast as we were leaving pre 7am. Heartfelt thanks to the staff on duty 22/4/17 evening.

Bed was great room was clean although there was some damage to the wall right by the bed, food was adequate, both nights long list of things not available on the menu, would be quicker to say what was on the menu never like a breakfast​ buffet and would prefer a lot of tea in the morning. Overall I would stay there again.

Not the best premier Inn we have been to difficult to find sat nav got us a bit lost. Work was being done on the building. Staff were friendly and helpful as always at premier Inn and always a comfy bed and clean room.

Double room was basic but a good size. Bed was great. Fresh towels, tea and coffee in the room, what more could you ask for the money! Arrived to late for dinner but the all you can eat breakfast was great.

Quite an old premier inn. Small TV. Undergoing construction work outside of my bedroom window. Outdated decor. However, friendly and helpful staff and nice food. Free parking on site too.

It has everything I need for a week away at work. Good service, a restaurant attached and plenty of parking spaces. Its very close to the Dartford crossing, so that's good. The only thing I would want to be improved, is that I work nights, so I don't have my room cleaned as I am sleeping. It would be good to have fresh towels and some coffee left outside my door.

As always, comfy, polite and clean. Thyme restauraunt though, as always expensive. Breakfasts horrible, fried eggs under a hot light are never nice.

Premier Inn Thurrock west is clean and tidy, one downside is too many workers in bar with dirty stinking work clothes on, but apart from this as usual premier Inn wins hands down against other budget branded hotels.

Nice rooms soft bed nice staff apart from as of posting this review (3/2/16) a couple seemed fairly untrained but everyone has to get new staff at some point eh?
