In a Central, convenient location. Reasonable prices, good Breakfast.

Whilst the outside of the building looks like a very delapidated office block the inside was fine, we stayed on the 10th floor, it was quiet, the room was comfortable, clean and large enough. Staff were pleasant and helpful overall it represented good value for money.

Very handy short bus or tube from everywhere. Room well appointed with adjustable temp. Comfortable beds very quiet. Great views from top floor. Reasonably priced. F.

With regards to the room, it's fine. Presumably one for disabled people on the third floor given the space and grab rails, so wheelchair users should be accommodated well. The restaurant was terrible. 3 hours from entering to dessert, drink orders were served at random regardless of flavour, tables weren't cleared and they clearly tried to make up for not having food with regards to dessert, by using smaller portions and filling with cream.

The neighborhood is a bit lively in the evenings but there is a lot of place where to eat. The stairs make a lot of noise, flush the toilet and the shower work rather poorly. Otherwise it is nice and the proximity to the metro is highly appreciable.

This is not run as a B&B but as a hostel. There is no service at all. But on the other hand it is the cheapest accommodation in London. You have to make you breakfast yourself but can just so as you like. Food was always there but as people have there own hygiene sense you have to live with that. 1. No towel in kitchen or used dirty ones 2. No towel or soap in ground floor toilet 3. Two hangers in room 4. No hook or towel holder in room 5. Toilet paper loose beside bath tub (can get soggy when people have a shower) My room had the TV in the wardrobe with an DVBT antenna which had to be taken out of the wardrobe for better signal. I placed a cardboard box on the bottom of the wardrobe to lift the TV to have a more comfortable tele night. With no hooks and the tele on the wardrobe just imagine how and where you put you clothes and towels. I had a unpleasant conversation with the owner of the house in which he stated that it is not his intention to make the people happy to stay in this house. The reason for this was that at 11 pm there was no warm water for having a shower. The warm water will turn of at a certain time he said which is not true as the days before and after there was hot water. Then he blamed me to he changed anything with the warm water. I should be lucky for paying the low price as £45 per night and if I would be unpleased for any inconveniences I am free to leave and find something better which of cause means to pay more.

No any sign showing it is a hostel unless you know the address. The water hoses make weird noise in the guests room when someone uses it. During night lots of people making noise.
