Fantastic location, very close to Holborn tube. Lovely concierge Nilan sent a basket to the room for my birthday. Access 24hrs to tea, coffee etc in reception.

This knocks the socks off of CQ Travalgar (where Vanessa was not helpful), and CQ Grace Church (where the plumbing had problems).

This is a very high quality hotel with great standards for the rooms and reception areas. There's a wine event between 5-6 that is welcoming. There is an external bar for additional drinks and cocktails. I went to the Chinese themed restaurant for breakfast and while the service was good the fare was lacking. On the food side this was no Marriott. Overall a great stay. Then have their own app which is very good.

Great hotel. There is a really nice and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are wonderful and great for a weekend break, plenty of room and very well equipped. The hotel is centrally based, so close to the main tourist attractions, it is also very close to the tube station. Sadly there is no car parking on-site, but there is a good associated car park which is very secure with large generous spaces at a discounted price, but it is a fair walk from the hotel.

Good location, clean roooms, but not much else to offer. Horrendous breakfast — everything in the diner is smelling like an ashtray, continental breakfast is just ridicolous and you will be much better off with the nearby Paul.

Loved the location right next to Covent Garden and Holborn Station. Couple of little niggles with the bed and room not being set up for 3 which were dealt with promptly. However, the complimentary bottles for water & refills, snacks, wine and coffee were a great touch and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great casual dinner at the restaurant. The have great fried okras and very good spicy chicken. Great find and fairly economical!

Nice place. Good surroundings near to LSE and Holborn tube station. Free drinks for guests in lobby from 5 pm to 7pm.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Large for European standard. Only problem is the "club rooms" are in the basement so don't have windows and the walls are thin. I can hear other people making noise all night.

Pros: Location and outside building architecture Cons: Unfriendly staff Rooms with no windows Rooms underneath the ground Rooms where you can hear the tubes drive and water pipes Scary toilet flush Rooms that are absolutely creepy with, did I mention, no windows! I never stayed in a hotel with no windows, I never wanted too. I never sayed in the basement of a hotel, in this case further deep in the ground than a basement. An upscale hotel or 4 star hotel, should not offer rooms without windows and deep in the ground. It is scary and makes one closterphobic, we dreaded to return to the hotel.

Excellent location for this hotel that looks rather stylish and which boasts a nice club lounge area with complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water. The rooms are very functional, modern and clean but won’t win any design awards… if you are looking for ornate plush rooms, then probably best to look elsewhere. I had expected the rooms to feature a safe however, but this wasn't the case. Staff were always friendly, very accommodating and efficient… What however makes this hotel unique and a good value proposition is the fact that you can enjoy the front terrace which faces the Lincoln’s Inn Fields square and allows guests to enjoy this very chilled out area while having one of the aforementioned complimentary drinks — or whatever snack you picked up walking around London — throughout the day. In the evenings you can however enjoy the outdoors ‘pop-up’ bar and have dinner here. And more recently (April 2018) we have discovered the daily wine tasting between 5-6pm… which on a sunny day is rather enjoyable on the terrace. Food however is what brings me to the only negative experience about the hotel unfortunately. We tried to have breakfast here but the rather limited ‘full’ English option was actually cold… literally none of the ingredients were warm and the cold sloppy scarmbled eggs were terrible. We tried a few bites and left the breakfast for what it was.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and pretty much attached to the subway 5 minutes from central London. It is very clean as hotel, the beds are very comfortable with possibility of choice between double and single with an extra charge. Breakfast if not included is fee and depending on what you take you have a certain expense.

Business focused hotel in the heart of London. Few frills, no fancy tiling or expensive bath fixtures, but definitely above average. Everything is clean and modern. Rooms come with microwaves and refrigerators and hot water for tea and coffee. Very quiet. Some have views of the nice park. Fresh water dispenser in every floor with empty bottles. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Happy to assist with in room delivery (e. G. Deliveroo), plates and cutlery on demand. Guest accessible espresso machine on the ground floor. Located near many offices (and tourist destinations) and several underground lines. The perfect hotel for a comfort and convenience.

I can recommend this hotel to business travelers. The location is great. The rooms are not too small and clean. Internet is free is fast (200 Mbps up and down. Breakfast is good and reasonably priced. Staff is not only friendly but also efficient and helpful. If you have any problems, talk to Pina at the front desk. She is great!

We liked the hotel, we were upgraded since I use a wheelchair. Expensive to get late checkout £ 35 to 1500 and £ 72 to 1800. Our room was large and well equipped for hc users. Breakfast is not included in the normal rate and costs £ 15 at the hotel. We chose not to eat there. We had great views to the park just across the street.

This hotel was in general superb, but its restaurant was very poor.
The day we got to the hotel (we were exhausted from the travel, which made our situation far different from most people traveling, I'm sure, but still…), we were told yes there is a restaurant in the hotel. We went to said restaurant and found that its entire menu was some kind of modernistic take on Chinese food. I tried the sweet and sour Lamb. I was quite amazed to find that their version of S&S lamb was to make the chunks of meat the consistency of hockey pucks. I had to do some very serious chewing to get to any sort of material resembling meat, and my spouse was similarly underwhelmed by her dish.
I think the idea of a restaurant for a hotel choosing such an arbitrary limitation of choice (and in addition, the staff clearly did not know what they were doing) constitutes very poor judgment.
In all other respects, the hotel was superb. You can make yourself a coffee or tea to your specs at a little installation near the front desk. I ended up getting a cuppa every time we returned from any trip. The coffee in the room is, as is usual, not really coffee at all, but I have never found room coffee that was decent anywhere, so that's not really a surprise.
Also, it's a good idea not to go exploring Lincoln's Field. Just sayin'…

Great location, despite the beautiful facade the hotel itself is more like a 3 star. No safe or minibar in the room. My room had no view whatsoever.

Very good hotel. I stayed on ground floor. Room was very big. Even by American standards. Hotel is very centrally located. 900 meters from many tourist attractions.

Great staff. Baiba, Livia and George. Sit outside on the glorious terrace and enjoy the sun. Some rooms even have a balconied area overlooking Kingsway. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Great location. I bar or restaurant as such but you can access the Chinese restaurant and bar below. Or lots of local eateries/ shops.

Great location, its so quiet around that area its hard to believe that you are right in the thick of it and so close to Covent garden area. The cocktails and bar snacks in the bar/restaurant were really good, 'lucky hour' from 5-7 so cocktails were really well made and a bargain at just £5.
The rooms are small but really well equipped modern you have everything you need for a weekend break. The hotel was excellent and I would recommend this brand and hotel for this district of london.

It was an amazing experience, the architecure is amazing and it has a very good vibe in the bar/restaurante.

Great location and great customer service. Not a huge fan of the food, all of it is upscale and would like to see some burgers and fries, or chicken fingers added to the menu.

Strange bedding. Quiet location, but easy to find. NB — this hotel charges *extra* if there is more than one person staying in the room, which is very odd considering that they don't include breakfast in the rate — no explanation is given since an additional person isn't getting any benefit and it costs the hotel no more. The 'club lounge' coffee machine was broken all day when we visited. The snacks are decent and fresh fruit is on offer.

Club Quarters is an exceptional business hotel for those looking for a location right in the middle of Holborn. From here you are are close to all of the local businesses as well as within walking distance to all of the best old city sites. The rooms may be small but are very comfortable and with plenty of amenities to enhance your stay.

Nice hotel with helpful staff and good rooms, the area around it is nice and quiet even though the city centre is on the other side of the building.

If you like indian food please Try Zeera Spice Restaurant in 12 Addington Road West Wickham BR4 9BS open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday Afternoon 12:00pm to14:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm to15:00pm and Evening 17.30pm to 23:30pm.

It's very clean and well maintained, it had a great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. I stayed in the double room and it was small but big enough for two people. The bed was extremely comfy and breakfast in the morning was delicious, although very expensive.

This hotel has everything an average tourist would want from a hotel in London: 1) Location: — It's walking distance to Holborn Tube stop — Piccadilly line (blue). Basically, that line will get you from London Heathrow airport in 40 minutes at a 8GBP cost. — The Holborn Tube stop is aslo a Central line (red) stop. Between these two lines, you're pretty much covered for most of the London's main attractions. — The hotel is also walking distance to Covenant Garden, Oxford street, Big Ben, House of Parliament, Westminster Abbey… 2) Price: — for the location and convenience, hotel pricing is really affordable — includes water fountain for bottle refill (along with a complimentary water bottles) — includes coffee and cappuccino service in the main lobby 3) Convenience: — USB charges in the room, so you don't have to worry about electricity converters/transformers — free Wi-Fi Hotel rooms are simple, modern, and clean, as well as very quiet. Automated check-in is available in the main lobby. Staff is very friendly, patient with your questions, and friendly.

Nice and quite modern hotel. Not so spacey rooms, but sufficient for us for three nights. The bathroom was quite standard. The location is excellent. Short way to the Underground, buses, Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford street and to Westminster. The surroundings is very quiet and very good for a good night sleep. Quite good Japanese restaurant in the basement (Wabi) too.

I stayed there for 4 days during a romantic getaway. The hotel is very well located, hospitality was great, spacious, well equipped room (large flat screen, alarm clock with ipod… dock) with good sound proofing. Park view was nice :).
More during my visit, work took place in front of the hotel and to apologize we had the right every morning to a complimentary continental breakfast in a restaurant next to the hotel. Really nice of them.
Good however the room price was not given.
