We were guests for the third time … Unfortunately, the last time, unfortunately, too. We travelled as a small group of 7 people to the 2 booked family rooms. Unfortunately, our was in the basement. In the room measuring about 12 sqm there was a double bed and 2 folding beds, or rather, Pritschen. There was no cupboard for the clothes or a seat or room for 2 suitcases at all. They had to be pushed under the bed. Running between beds just went through grinding with your back to the wall. After all, there was no place. To top it all off, however, there was room for a sink in the room. Washing hands or brushing teeth is not fun under observation. The bathroom was mini. So small that you already come across the walls while turning in the bathroom. No wonder the sink was in the room. The flushing buttons on the toilet had broken out, the ventilation was not working at all. One was happy if you were the first to be allowed into the "Bich. " Ventilation in the room only went over a roof hatch — in the rain no opening was possible, the bed stood directly under the hatch. At our request after a change of room, the staff reacted very kindly, wanted to put us on a waiting list, as the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately, nothing happened. Breakfast was ok. Sufficient, fresh fruit — quintessentially English. In the evening we wanted to take a sacker in the well-advertised hotel bar. Unfortunately, the Aperol Spriz failed due to non-existent prosecco, the caipi on non-existent liquor. In the end, we everyone took a whiskey — you couldn't get it wrong. In the end, it remains to be said that we expect and were allowed to expect more for 568 Pfund/Nacht/rooms.
