Lovely clean bedroom comfy bed and so central.

Good value great location in an historical town house.

Very dated rooms, need a good update and spruce up the bathrooms. To get a drink you need to go next door and carry your drinks down the street, not acceptable.

It is a cozy hotel, quiet place and close to anywhere in London city center. At the back of the British Museum.

Walls are thin so easy to hear other people, shower needs more pressure.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very small.

The room was warm and didn't have air conditioning. The hotel didn't have a bar but had To go next door. The breakfast was ok, made to order, would have preferred a self service.

I’d say good service and a very nice staff but the toilets are too tight, tall and wide men will find it hard to fit in the rooms too but overall I’d recommended it because of its location (being at the city center) and the service.

Its London, so you get what you pay for. My room was quite noisy and not from the street below. I can't say if it was the windows rattling or pipes but there was something making a noise on repeat pretty much every 10-15 minutes throughout the night. Yeah, not great. Room decor was tired. Shower was faulty (low pressure) and the cubicle was leaking onto the floor. Room information mentioned about plugging in a "high speed modem" for Internet access so yeah, not been updated in years by the looks of it. Also given the wrong Wi-Fi information (network name provide was incorrect but luckily I found it through trial and error). Staff were friendly however.

Friendly staff and a lovely hotel! We arrived and were able to leave our luggage until check in was available — we were then upgraded to a four poster bedroom free of charge. The room was lovely and plenty big enough for the two of us. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again!

A warm welcoming Receptionist, Beautifully clean, nothing is to much for the Staff, lovely Breakfast, very clean room and lovely bathroom, fresh fruit left your room daily beautifully fresh lovely red and green apple. All in all enjoyed my stay comfortable bed.

For London rather cheap. Very nice staff. Rooms are tiny and a bit worn out but charming all the same. Great public transport connection.

Lovely hotel and service. Free upgrade and chocolate cake as they knew it was our silver wedding anniversary. Lovely clean room… oodles of hot water. Comfortable bed x.

Nice rooms, great location, lovely building. Bathrooms in the rooms seem a little tired but are clean and the showers are great.

Tiny quite out dates rooms. Nice location but £117 per night I expected more especially after staying at other grange hotels.

Friendly welcome from attentive staff. Room was clean and quiet considering road side location. Location close enough to lively areas. I stayed on a hot day and my room was very hot at night. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel. Lower rooms can be noisey early in the morning from deliverys. Excellent breakfast.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet area with spacious and cozy rooms.

I stayed here for a couple of nights on business in July 2015. Found it ok. A little far from transport but right beside the British Museum and within 15 mins walk of Covent Garden. The room was pretty basic but ok. I got an upgrade seemingly. I wouldn't have liked to have seen my original room. Like a lot of hotels in London you have to ask for an iron. It arrived promptly however. Breakfast was basic and it was the first time in any hotel where I went into the breakfast room and there was no-one to greet me. A generally average experience overall. I am back again tomorrow again (26/10/15) on business for a couple of nights so may update rating at the end of that stay.

Very nice. The only problem the shower in the room. Without door when you have share with friends.

Very nice hotel, cost me 189/night. The bad thing there is no free Wi-Fi avalable in the rooms.

Smelly, old, loud, dirty feeling, unfriendly staff, need I say more? cant believe some of the good reviews of this place. Its gross, the beds are horribly uncomfortable unless you like the springs to poke you. Got bug bites all over my legs.
