I stayed here for 4 months as a tenant. The rent was 870 per month. So, my comment is based on the tenant experience. The place was totally, ridiculously dodgy. 1. You cannot sleep on Friday and Saturday or sometimes Sunday because there is a night club in the 1st floor of this building. That means you loose peaceful weekends: you will absolutely loose two nights out of one week. 2. Shower room sometimes smells sewage gas. 3. You have to pay electricity. This building doesn't have Gas facility. In the winter you have a very cold room with expensive electricity. 4. There are around 10 households in one building. You can see bunch of the letters in a corridor since there are no mail box to assign each mail to each room. 5. Because the building was also used as an AIRBNB room, you will hear the noise sometimes. 6. There are no rules to discard the baggage bin hence there are sometimes black bins in the corridor… (But this will be solved easily, I guess. ) 7. The landlord provided a nearly broken desk and a window lock and subtracted the fee from the deposit. Nonsense. I strongly recommend you to take a picture all the things there and to ask them to use deposit secure scheme of the government. (This is mandatory for all the landlord. Legal matter) 8. Good things were they are relatively cheap. 9. Very close to the station 10. They have never used deposit-protection scheme. Aren't they illegal businesses?
