Really nice in a good location beds nice and comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby and tube station just around the corner. Also reasonably priced so well worth a look if you are staying in the area.

Please don’t use. I used the apartments next door to the hotel and they are managed by so arch. We didn’t get our full deposit back and at first we was told we wouldn’t get anything back. No contract was signed either. Apparently the manager is quite rude, staff seemed pleasant enough, but not great. Use premier inn!

I have been here on numerous occasions and every time it's amazing. This time I stayed in a normal room as the garden shed wasn't available but was great downstairs living area and an upstairs bedroom spacious with wardrobe feels like home which is good modern clean bathroom. With gorgeous shower. No noise can be heard so a good nights sleep and check out is late which is perfect also so you can relax and not rush.

Good rooms and excellent location. However, the carpet on the rooms is not well maintained with lot of marks. The barhroom and shower are good as well. Finally, the parking is free which is a reel plus in london. the two floor duplex is spacious and good for families with kids.

Awful place, Aircon broken and making loud noise… (even after reception powered it down) … have been trying to sleep for the last 6 hours but given up, no plug in sink, no blind on skylight above bed (so now watching the daylight flood in after no sleep at all), no light in walk in wardrobe, pillows like breeze blocks, stains on carpets, chipped paint on woodwork… £150+ for the night — — would have preferred to have spent the night sleeping rough under an arch somewhere … pretty sure would have at least got some sleep. Loads of previous bad reviews all say the same things about Aircon issues and manager keeps saying it's getting sorted… STOP RENTING ROOMS OUT UNTIL IT IS (if you have any business ethics at all). Owners are clearly scoundrels with no conscience or scruples. Would strongly advise sleeping rough in preference to this place… seriously avoid at all costs.

Not as nice as the photographs suggest, the staff were friendly and the location is excellent. The rooms are fine but sound proofing was a bit of an issue we could here everything from the room above us, and were woken up at 6am when they left (sounded like an army walking on the ceeling). I read reviews before I arrived and it wasn't as bad as some had made out, but it's definatly not as impressive as the photos suggest.

I stayed at so arch last night, great location and real close to the station. however the hotel its self isn't so great, it lacks personality, my room was really cold and drafty, the carpets are in desperate need of being replaced, they look like they are really well worn and have been spot cleaned with bleach all over the room I was in, the wardrobe was built in and very badly done, the bathroom and kitchen where very cold, I remained in bed for most of my stay just so I could keep warm. the room was clean but definatly needs a good modernization. the receptionist was very helpful, however didn't have alot of knowledge on me changing my dates of my stay given I had asked if it was possible due to the heavy snow, I eventually got info I asked for 2 hours after my call, telling me it would cost another £80 for me to so. on further investigation this morning about the draft in my room, I found there was cement around the outside of my door that had fallen away that a tributed to the cold draft blowing threw the frame. it's far from a great place to stay and I won't be back, I explained that my room was very cold and it was quickly dismissed because of the age of the building. my partner joined me late afternoon only to find that the reception door was locked and no one was on reception to allow him in, he called me to let him in. not only did I have to pay £98, I was asked for a further £100 for any damages that might occur during my stay.

Quaint place in great area but bed uncomfortable. Hot water not hot enough. Needs a good clean and coat of paint. Loose handrail, door banging in wind.

Lovely apartments not far from central London. Easy location to commute. Have stayed twice and will definitely stay again.

We had the garden suite which is small and a little rough around the edges but lovely and quiet.

Didn't meet expectations — room was very shabby and the stains on the carpet were really shocking. Advertised as a room for 4 adults but the sofa-bed was almost too small for my two children to share (see photo). Rooms are cleaned only after a four night stay (but towels are changed daily). No security safe. Keycard never worked (no problem to have staff open for us each time). Aircon is unpredictable and had exposed wires. Would be a great place if they refurbished it. Why two stars and not one? Location is ok for the price, staff are cold but polite.

The location is great, right next to the underground station and only a few minutes from the centre on the tube. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby for food/drinks etc. The rooms are gorgeous, huge beautiful windows and lots of space. Friendly staff, who are very helpful, and great value for the price.

Great room, close to the tube for transport, quiet and air conditioned, would recommend.

Superb experience. I made a booking in person, as I had read variable reviews and wanted to see the rooms for myself before booking. All of the rooms that I saw were clean and spacious. The room we stayed in was very large, extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything we expected to be in the room was there and functioning properly i. E. Toiletries, hangers, hairdryer, iron, fridge and TV etc. Check-in and out was quick and easy. The two receptionists and security guard that I met were all very courteous and helpful, particularly Natalia who took my booking. We would love to stay again.

Perfect. It was a good price, no problems. If there had been there were always staff around to approach.

Very good environment, the staff strives to understand those who do not speak your language, in addition, the rooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a good vacation.

Upgraded to only what I say explain as the shed. Awful night sleep. Stains everywhere so dirty.

+ 5 minutes walk from Archway Tube Station + Upper Holloway is literally round the corner + Shops, cafe's and amazing restaurants at close proximity, must try The spoke burgers are bonkers there. + Aparthotel is very clean and tidy. + Spacious and all essential amenities are provided. + Perfect for two. + Shower is amazing + Microwave can also do grilling. + Free Wi-Fi, speed is good. — Air-con for some reason always blows out warm air even after setting the temperature. — Tele / TV is downstairs not in bedroom. — There is no table in the tele room, which was a downer. — No water/juice glasses, all they give you is Tea/Coffee mugs.

We stayed for two nights at So Arch as a family and were one of the first people to stay there after it opened. Whilst there were a few things not quite finished, the quality of the rooms was outstanding and the staff were really friendly, particularly Francis. It is great value and in a good location and we will definitely be paying a return visit.
