Having spent 4 nights at hotel signature at £100 per night, was for me an experience inadequate for this price range. Firstly on top of this £400; we were asked to pay £50 safety deposit, however the hotel had taken £60 from us as a result of not having any change; this was sound as we knew we were going to get it back; however there is no mention of this if you were to book online. Also, on leaving we found that some of our personal items from our room had gone missing, and even moved around. Firstly I wouldn’t like to accuse anyone but as a matter of fact we had fairly expensive useful items that we were disappointed to lose, even after searching the whole room and our bags. And we were 100% sure where we had left it. Lastly on day of departure, we had not been told checkout was 11pm and therefore as we thought it was 12pm left accordingly, only to found out that ‘late checkout’ was an extra £10 charge! This for me was an experience not because the hotel room wasn’t nice but because it wasn’t worth £410, and even having money kept. Moreover, I found the hotel was sneaky in that they didn’t tell us the checkout time was 11am and that it would cost £10. In conclusion wouldn’t go there again, it’s tiny from the front, about a door size.

Very modern. More space than seen at first.

What a shambles. Arrived late no reception had to ring for reaction. Finally got to room no room number on door so guesswork. No teabags in room. Got up this morning for bath no plug. Sink plug jammed. Shower not working until I managed to locate someone who managed to get working. Went down for breakfast no milk. Downstairs toilets out of order. Parking misleading on website very limited and you have to pay for car parking down the road… Good job it was not raining. Do not use this hotel. Don't want to give a rating so bad but won't let me post unless I give a one star!

Terrible Hotel, in a Terrible Area. The best thing about the location is the Charity Shops, McDonald's, and, oh wait no, that's it. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you like rats and running the risk of having acid thrown in your face. Service Terrible, Rooms terrible.

Staff pleasant & helpful — rooms are good quality for the price. Good hotel for people working away. Continental breakfast served from 5am upon request & full English from 7am onwards. Unfortunately no evening restaurant or lunch area but as it's on the high street there are plenty of restaurants only 30 seconds walk away — including a local weatherspoons. Hotel Wi-Fi is good for streaming films & playing game consoles online. Parking can be reserved when making a booking & is a garage located round the back of the hotel. This garage has a shutter so vehicles are secure at night however there are limited spaces (maybe 6/8 spots). Enjoyed my stay here.

Booked a room only for them to cancel it for some stupid reason that my card wasn't correct. Yet I correctly put my card details and have successfully booked before at other hotels. Maybe they were pissed I cancelled a previous booking.

Stayed on 2 occasions. Starting with the positives, probably one of the better hotels in Ilford for the price. Attention to detail like blue lighting behind the beds and automated ceiling window which was a nice touch, but that's where it ends. Here is why I give it 2 stars, on first occasion the ceiling window was defunct and due to heavy rain, water was dripping on the bed (4am in the morning) receptionist was helpful enough to resolve issue but having taken a good while. This of course effected our sleep and decided to sleep in longer during the day but was still charged £20 extra (no compensation whatsoever) Second occasion I decided to give it another chance thinking with a different room I'm sure everything will be fine. How wrong I was. We were provided a loft room with a small double bed (not a standard double) on it was a single bed duvet tucked inside a double bed bed sheet, so already the duvet was not fit for 2 people. The TV was also not working. No compensation was offered and the guy at the reception was little to no use (he is getting paid to sit down at the reception and presumably YouTube) No compensation was offered. Won't be staying here again.

This is a wonderful place within easy reach of central London to spend a night or more. Staff were helpful, room was clean and tidy and very reasonably priced. The stay included a complimentary breakfast, either full English or continental, with plenty of choice. This was the ideal place for us to stay on this occasion and no doubt we'll find ourselves the again when choosing London.

I had to have the room originally changed as it was not as described when booking. However after the room change the room was very clean, had a decent array of facilities. A few things to note is that there rear parking entrance is difficult to find without directions. You will also have to reserve parking ahead of time if you need it however it was free and they easily accommodate you if you let them know. Overall aside from the issues mentioned the stay was very pleasant. Their breakfast isn't the best quality but there is a good enough selection of hot and cold breakfast items. For what I paid the stay was overall a very good experience and would recommend if your on the area for work.

Very poor customer service like pakistan and bangladesh. There is guy called Assen he got zere customer service skilks. He cant understand English but very rude answering for queries. Please avoid this hotel.

Modern looking hotel. Higher spec than mosr others in the area. Air conditioning in every room.

Rip offs They refused to refund my money 2 mins after I paid. But wanted to charge me double for 1extra small bed for my 8 year old daughter. Do not trust these people with your money.

Nice Rooms and air conditioning but big let down what the bacon on the breakfast.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with very clean comfortable rooms … Staff are very friendly and it's great access to Stratford city shopping.
Off road secure parking for 9 vehicles so book your parking in advance.

We stayed at The Signature hotel for one night and it was fantastic. It was a little hard to find but the staff member was extremely helpful with her directions. Both the staff that we encountered couldn't have been more helpful, the room was immaculate and it was very quiet despite the location. The price was the lowest we could find and they didn't charge for parking like a lot of other places. We couldn't really fault anything.

The hotel was absolutely spotless and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, they made our stay fantastic. The room was quiet and extremely well appointed. Although we only stopped one night having attended a family funeral, I would highly recommend this hotel as it represented excellent value.

Had such an amazing experience at this hotel… Staff is so helpful and always there when u need them… Even the owner stays on top of everything. Couple of time went there at the last minute and they were able to arrange a room for me. Very neat and clean rooms. Free continental breakfast is a plus… location is perfect … I'm recommending it to all my buddies.

I have just stayed at this hotel signature for the weekend, I have to say, it was the best place by far I have stayed. Considering everything was booked up and prices sky high, I managed to get a room here at a price lower than I was expecting to pay. Room was very spacious, nice double bed, it was actually memory mattress. Staff was very helpful and very friendly, guy at front desk with pointy beard was very down to earth, and very friendly, and offered free breakfast as I stayed two days and checked in late, breakfast was amazing, beans toast eggs and tea, with croissants, I would have paid extra £10 atleast had I gone out elsewhere. All teas available, coffee, hot chocolate etc. I would highly highly recommend this place. The bathroom was the cleanest by far, nice hot shower, and very big room as said before. Wi-Fi was free and good connection, all TV channels available, amazing deco upon entrance. I am visiting east London again on the 16, 17, 18 of November as I travel for work, and I have already made my bookings with signature hotel for then. I would highly highly highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting in london, if you see that pointed bearded Chap at the desk feel free to tell him I recommend you hopefully I'd get a loyalty discount! We recently visited to London with family we were not sure about where to stay but somehow I came across Signature London. We booked 3 double rooms and we loved the stay in hotel the staff was amazing so were the rooms the environment was outclass the hotel had private parking with no outside excess to it. The rooms had high speed Wi-Fi and 24 hours excess to shops and station. Overall we loved the hotel and would visit again in future.
